Robert and Mark went above and beyond to care for our home and our two dogs while we were traveling. This was our first time using the service and I am so glad we trusted our friends who recommended it. Robert and Mark were communicative and on it the from the beginning of our sit through the time they left to head to their next destination. They let us know if anything was wrong, but were also self sufficient. They left our house cleaner than when we left it! I would absolutely recommend Robert and Mark for a sit and hope we can work together again. They even left us with Irish butter in our fridge. I feel like our family gained a couple trusted friends after this experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Oana and Catalin do an amazing job with Luna. It’s good to know that Luna will always have a familiar face she can stay with. At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if she loves to stay with Oana and Catalin more than us now 😅
I wish there were more than five stars to rate Dana and Dave's visit. They were simply the best. Dana arranged for them to stop by a few weeks before the sit to meet Bixby and become familiar with the house and surroundings. We corresponded several times leading up to the visit and when they arrived they were enthusiastic, thoughtful with a few questions, and immediately connecting with Bixby. I knew that he and my home were in very good hands. Dana communicated at least 2x daily with pictures of a happy, exercised pup and shared their activities on and around the lake. They had everything completely prepared for my re-entry, including having Bix outside when I drove in so that we could greet each other and begin our debrief with him energetically in the mix. Bixby loved Dana and Dave...and so did my neighbors! One of them said that if I ever sell this place, it should be to them. That showed just how beautifully they had connected with the people, the place, AND the pet. Thank you, Dana and David, for making this trip so enjoyable for me and for Bixby. We hope to see you again at Wall Lake!
