Rachelle is THE BEST! We've worked with her multiple times now, and couldn't imagine a more perfect pet sitter for our two cats. She is excellent with communication, so clean (I think the house is even cleaner when we get home!), very thoughtful, and our cats have gotten so comfortable with her. She sends us multiple photos and videos a day, and I have ZERO worries about my fur babies when I am on vacation. She goes above and beyond, and is a very genuine and trustworthy person. I would highly recommend her to take care of your pets and home, you will be worry free while you are gone!
Casey was a terrific pet and house sitter. We had the opportunity to meet up twice prior to his sit. These visits gave us a chance to chat and go over in person all the details related to my cats and house. One of my cats is now on a daily oral medication and we discovered in my absence, she became extra nervous and fearful (she was a feral rescue kitten originally). With some strategy and back and forth, Casey was able to still ensure Edie received her medicine. This gave me great peace of mind. Ella came out of her shell for Casey, so he was able to engage with her daily, sending me a few photos along the way. Casey was always good about communicating. Casey very respectfully left the house in great order for my return and took equally good care of my plants. Casey is very personable - and interesting - and I would have no problem recommending him to others or having him sit the girls and house again.
Tyler was a good house sitter (he left the house tidy and in good condition) but he was disappointing as a pet sitter. Despite requests for lots of updates and pics, we heard very little during his stay. It didn't seem he like he spent much time with the pets, gave them much attention or bonded with them. He also didn't appear to have reviewed the Welcome Guide, and despite going over pet care instructions with him in person at the start of the sit, he ignored them. The most obvious example was we gave him specific instructions as to how much food each cat was to get per day broken up into meals. We came home to find overflowing food bowls left out for the pets to eat as much as they wanted.
