Simona has been a great sitter throughout her stay and gave me total peace of mind while I was away. She is experienced with cats and was patient with Eva when Eva was very timid the first couple of days - Simona knew how to approach her and make friends. I received a daily photo or video with updates as discussed, and she was great with instructions about Eva's routine and the flat in general. She is very tidy and clean and left a spotless place for my return. She is self-sufficient, practical and punctual so I knew Eva and the flat were in good hands. I will definitely be contacting her for future stays and I'm sure Eva will be looking forward to Simona's company again.
Sandra and Brandi were EXCEPTIONAL; I can't overstate how wonderful they both were, how communicative they were from the application stage, all the way through their departure from our home. It was very clear to us during their visit that our pup was being loved and cared for, and that Sandra and Brandi were treating not only our pup, but also our home as their own. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in need of a reliable, and flexible sitter, who provides true care to your home and your animals. THANK YOU BOTH!
What can we say? Jenn and Stephen were amazing sitters and all round amazing people! During the sit we had just the right amount of communication with a pic and update every couple of days. It was clear that our dog Nessie was receiving lots of love and attention (and enjoying every bit of it!). We came home to a clean home and Jenn even picked up a few bits and pieces for us so we didn’t have to worry. We would recommend Jenn and Stephen for any housesit and we hope they can come back to housesit for us again too!

Lady Roxy loves Doggy Carers. waiting impatiently every morning for one of the team to pick her up.. so excited to see them every day. The fun she has with the other dogs makes her so happy and always tired out at the end of the day. We have used Doggy Carers for boarding on several occasions and its just like home from home for Roxy. A clean, safe, fun environment for dogs to have some great times and be looked after just as they would be at home.
I use Doggy Carers every day to walk and look after my dog while I work. He waits patiently at the window and is so excited to be picked up. He absolutely loves his time with the other dogs. The team are friendly, professional and great with the dogs. Highly recommend this service.
Boarded our 2 dogs for the first time when we recently went on a cruise.Very professional set up, dogs were introduced gradually to detect any signs of aggression. Videos were posted on Facebook daily so we could see them on their walks which they thoroughly enjoyed. Dogs appeared to have a great couple of weeks socialising with their doggy friends.

I don't know this person so I can't imagine why they would rate my business at two and not leave a comment to justify the rating, it is possible they are mistaking Doggy Carers with another another business. Our dog George (see photo taken by Elaine) has been visiting the Happy Hound Hotel for 8 years and we think the set up there is brilliant. The best bit is that the dogs are free to come and go between the house and the yard as they please, and they get a big field to run around and play together for exercise. This is so much better than being stuck in a concrete cage and getting a perfunctory walk around a yard, which is the set up at the other places we looked at. Elaine is really nice and looks after the dogs well. One time I turned up with George unexpectely as there had been a mix up on dates. I turned up at Elaine's front door and her husband answered it (holding a new baby). As he wasn't expecting me he had every reason to be a bit put out, but the way he greeted George it was like one of his family. In summary, a great place for your dogs; I can't recommend it enough. Only thing to watch, is book early as places get booked up quite quickly.
We're really happy that we found the Happy Hound Hotel as our two dogs love it. The rooms are great and the outdoor space is brilliant with different enclosed runs and a big paddock for the dogs to play in. Elaine is great with our two girls, one of which is a rescue, and she is happy to cater for raw food as well. She sent us lots of pictures when we were last away and it was great to see the girls so happy. So much better than traditional kennels.
We've been using Happy Hound Hotel for our dog for a few years now and we highly recommend this place. We love receiving photos and updates about our dog and it's reassuring to know he's having a wonderful time and he's settled. We love the outdoor area and the clean rooms provided for dogs. We think of the Happy Hound Hotel a holiday home for our dog where he has a chance to play with other dogs and run around. We are confident he's well looked after as as he will be at home. Please book well in advance as the demand is high for such a good service.
The Happy Hound Hotel have been looking after our much loved dogs for a good number of years now. Our first dog had boarded in a few different places both in Ireland and Scotland but never seemed to enjoy the experience - the Happy Hound Hotel was just a world apart. He was so relaxed and happy and as an owner you know when they're really content and they happily skip back when they get to visit again. I was worried about leaving our second dog but things couldn't have been better. The premises are beautifully decorated and kitted out with lovely beds, sofas, decor - the only difference to other hotels are the very happy dogs enjoying the amenities instead of humans! More important than that, Elaine, Andy and family are so good to the dogs. Quinn has been treated like one of the family and even the children remember the dogs by name and the dogs are as pleased to see them. The dogs get fantastic walks in the stunning surrounding landscape and the genuine loving care that you would give your own dog. Make sure you book early as they're rightly very popular and fill up much more quickly than most places. I think everyone who's used them turns into a returning customer for life!
We spent a lot of time taking advice and visiting Many local boarding options for our two very special Samoyed twins. For us it was almost love at first Sight Happy Hounds Hotel is quite frankly like no other. Elaine the owner is very friendly and attentive And frequently sends us photos of our two On what’s app while we are on holiday. It’s so much Easier to enjoy your time away knowing your paw Family are settled. The set up at happy hounds is perfect plenty of secure gates lots of exercise areas and numbers strictly limited to 8 boarders. All of whom must pass Elaine’s friendly test before being Admitted to this 5 star hotel. Our only issue is the fact our two don’t want to leave when we pick them up on our return 😃. Well done Elaine and family don’t know what we would do without you guys keep up the great work. 😃
Calvin our cockapoo has been going to the Happy Hound Hotel for his summer holidays and other short breaks since we got him three years ago. He’s always well looked after and happy there. We didn’t want to put him in kennels and this is a great alternative. The dogs have much more freedom and a comfy room to stay in. Elaine the owner is lovely. She sends us photos while we are on holiday. Calvin always looks happy running about the fields. Calvin always looks well cared for when we pick him up at the end of our break. Highly recommended!
We left our 4 year old cavachon with Elaine and Andy for 2 weeks .It’s the first time we’ve ever left her and Elaine sent us pictures of her throughout her stay . We could see how happy and well cared for she was . I wouldn’t ever hesitate to leave her with Elaine and Andy , she had a ball and we had peace of mind .
We have been a regular user of the Happy Hound for 7 years now and my dog loves it. Elaine & Andy are great & I have no worries about leaving my boy with them. They have the dog’s best interest at heart and make their stay with them comfortable & fun. On my summer holls away I get photos & regular up dates on how he is doing & I think I am missing him more than he misses me. I would definitely recommend the Happy Hound hotel. We would be lost without them. X

The best dog place ever. I have not booked holiday if I can’t get my girls into the Happy Hiund Hotel. They love it. It’s like a home from home and I feel really safe leaving them there. Elaine is really lovely and cares about the dogs she looks after. Highly recommend her and also the dog grooming business she does too.
I can not rate glendale kennels highly enough. Staff are brilliant with my dog he loves going his holidays there he is a timid dog but is no bother when he is there Thank you for looking after bailley so well I would highly recommend putting your dog in Janice Goodfellow

You can tell that a Kennels is good to your dog when you come to pick them up after a stay and they are affectionate to the staff. Left dog here for a day to attend our wedding at Loch Lomond and couldn’t be happier. Dog ate all his food which is a good sign he wasn’t stressed out too.
Very good and reliable staff on Sunday very pleasant. The kennels are very clean and both my dog's are very happy with there stay so big thumbs up and would highly recommend them. P.S the bill was not to heavy.

First time being away from our dogs never mind putting them into Boarding kennels and we are happy to use Glendale kennels again..When we went to pick our dogs up they were running between us and the worker not able to make their mind up who to go with.. so we thought that was a good sign that they were being treated good when we were away and plan on using them again.
1st time at this kennel. We will definitely be using them again. Knowledgeable & friendly. Bernie was tired from playing and socializing.

We have used Gio for over 6 years now and not only is he reliable, professional and experienced in what he does but he is also so passionate about the dogs. He has such a lovely relationship with them all and our big guy absolutely loves him. They have a special bond as he walked him from a puppy. Gio has a lot of experience when it comes to training and the recall on our dog was so much better after a couple of walks. Highly recommended.
5 stars is honestly not enough. Gio is super. Really professional, reliable and literally treats your dog like his own. He is so genuinely invested in the love, care and welfare of all his dogs. He walked our Vizsla from 4 months to just over a year (we moved out of area after this) and he really helped with his training over those tricky puppy and teenage months! You're not just getting a dog walker here - Gio always gave feedback and training suggestions too so we could holistically cater to our boy's needs depending on his development. He was also wrecked after his pack walks, which is saying a lot for a wildly energetic Vizsla!
Gio has been walking our dog since she was a puppy (over 6 years now), he really takes time to get to know the dogs and their personalities. She loves her pack walks with her gang and is always excited to see Gio. Would highly recommend!
Gio has walked my dog since she was a puppy. She just loves her walks and has so much fun with her doggie pals. My pup is quite nervous generally, however when she sees Gio and her pals she gains her confidence and has the best time. Gio has such an amazing way with the dogs he walks, people often think she’s his dog on walks such is the bond they have my Molly is beside herself when she sees him or hears the van ! I trust him 100% with my fur baby 🐶!
Gio, Has walked our dog Rosie for over 5 years and she loves going out with him on a twice weekly basis. The walks have also helped with her obedience and being friendly with other dogs. Fantastic dog walking service and definitely second to none. My Saroo loves his time out with Gio and is so excited every time he hears the van stop outside. His recall has vastly improved and I couldn't be happier and trust anyone as much as I do Gio with my boy.

This cattery is great for your cats. The old guy that runs it is friendly and helpful. The cats have run out the back and can come into the warmth or run around outside in their run. He is also very reasonable priced!

We are often away overnight with work and Jamie can be relied upon to feed and care for our 2 cats twice a day, sometimes at really short notice. Completely trustworthy, he really cares about all animals and if we’re ever away for longer we get regular updates, including his amazing photos! We couldn’t operate without him!
We have used Jamie for the past 1.5 years to walk our puppy. Due to COVID our dog was very shy and unsure when she was younger and we were unable to book her into any puppy classes. Jamie helped us socialise her with other dogs and he has been walking her every week since. On a Thursday when he comes to pick her up she looks out the window waiting for him before bounding off with excitement - I dont know what more you want from a Dog walking service. The blog posts he puts up online always make us laugh and its great to see all the pack having fun. I could not recommend Bishopton Dog Walking service more!
After looking at Bishopton Dog Walking Service's website I found it to be so user friendly and the photo's of the dogs on the website so sharp and good compositions I contacted the owner Jamie Shanks and asked him to help me with my dog walking website. Jamie was only too pleased to help, he changed my website's overall appearance and added professional looking photographs of the dogs I walk. I spent a day with Jamie walking dogs whilst he took pictures for my website. Not only is Jamie a very talented photographer but is also a very caring dog walker. This is the company which look after my much prized cats when I'm away on holiday and business trips. Jamie is very flexible and responds to my last minute arrangements. I often get held up a long distance from home. A phone call to Jamie gets him quickly on the job to rush around to my house to feed my cats. I can't praise Jamie high enough. I've used Jamie and Bishopton Dog Walking Services every day for over 3 years and I couldn't recommend him more highly. He is a natural with dogs and my dogs both adore him. His walks are often well over the hour and my dogs always come back happy and exhausted which is just as it should be.
