We had the pleasure of staying for over a week in Elizabeth and her family's home, taking care of their two adorable kittens. The house is beautiful, very spacious and tastefully decorated, conveniently located near public transportation and walking areas. Elizabeth was always in touch with us and always made sure we were doing well. Oscar and Ollie are amazing: they are two cats with such opposite personalities, but at the same time complementary. Oscar followed us up and down the house and loved to be petted and talked to all day, while Ollie was very fond of my wife, and always tried to get close to her when I wasn't around. This was truly a very relaxing and well-deserved vacation for us, and taking care of Oscar and Ollie only made the experience even better. Special mention for Hanna (the neighbor who lives downstairs in the house): she is extremely kind, helped us whenever we needed her, and even gave us very good advice on what to do in the city (plus she makes very good muffins!). Overall I would say that this was an outstanding experience, and we would like to thank Elizabeth and her family for trusting us and welcoming us in their home. I wish it could be repeated!
Cobi and the house are just as described. Rudy and Alex are fabulous people: super welcoming and very friendly. During my stay the checked in weekly if everything was okay and if I had any problem. It was good to know they were there in case problems would have happened. Highly recommended. Grazie!
It was great staying at Jan's place. The place is very quiet and very peaceful for one or two people. Jan went above and beyond to communicate expectations clearly and extend every hospitality needed. And while Shabar is very reclusive and I only saw her when I looked for her, Sheba runs the place but was very chill with me right from the start (just wants to be let outside sometimes). I highly recommend Jan, for anyone looking for a great homeowner, pleasant cats, and a peaceful house sit.

Edgar and Meeko are simply the most adorable duo! Though initially a bit shy, they gradually opened up, revealing their delightful personalities with every passing moment. Each moment spent with them was an absolute joy! 😊 A heartfelt shoutout to Pauline! Her exceptional kindness made me feel completely at ease—chatting with her was an absolute pleasure. The house was spotless, perfectly located, and incredibly convenient! I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to care for Edgar and Meeko again in the future! 🌟
We had a wonderful week staying in Dave and Tracy’s beautiful, modern home. The property is a sanctuary within close proximity to all of Penticton’s attractions. The gardens are low maintenance, as is the home. I suspect you will also fall in love with Bryn, the gentle giant dog. She is calm, very smart, and a sweet companion. Lucy, the cat, has her favorite sleeping spots and we hardly knew she was there. She is extremely shy and her preference was to be left alone to come and go as she pleased. Communication with the homeowners was excellent. You won’t regret saying yes to this 5* sit!

I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. It is always a little nerve racking leaving fur children at home, but especially when they are old. We were so relieved with the care and compassion shown by Jenny from Pet Friends in looking after our 4 cats - 1 requiring some special care. She is usually very stress with stranger after attacked by a neighbour dog last year. Her first time boarding with Helen for 9 days when I am away to attend business conference. They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

We are over the moon with the service Tess provides at Perth Pet Palace! We were very worried leaving our beautiful puppy Alfie with someone while we were on holiday, but as soon as I spoke to Tess I felt we could relax knowing he was in good hands! Tess has been Mabel's, our almost 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel's dog walker and sitter, since she was 12 weeks old. Mabel absolutely loves her walks and staycations with Tess and her other doggy friends. Tess recently looked after Oakley when we went on holiday. He’s never stayed away from home before so I was worried how he might go. I definitely didn’t need to worry. Tess and her gorgeous dog Ted E welcomed Oakley into their lives and home and looked after him as if he was theirs!! I got multiple photos and videos every day of their wonderful adventures and I could see how happy and settled he was. He even came home slightly better behaved so that was a bonus!!! Can’t recommend highly enough! Tess is absolutely amazing with dogs. Our two boys, Bailey and Mo spent two weeks with Tess, while we had renovations going on. She was incredible - adventurous and fun, caring and generous with cuddles. Tess shared daily updates so we could see how much fun the boys were having. They had an amazing holiday and we could get on with things knowing they were feeling happy and loved. All the staff at K9to5 Littles are just amazing. The way they look after your fur baby is absolutely top notch, so much so that my sausage dog is a tad depressed when he comes home! lol He loves it there so much. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a fabulous daycare for my boy to go & know he’s always in the best of hands.
We have been sending Sunny to K9-5 for the past two years and can’t recommend this doggy day care enough. The staff are amazing, Sunny is always so excited at drop off to see her friends, the photo updates are fabulous and the birthday parties are a highlight. It’s such a great way for Sunny to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and makes us feel so much better heading to work knowing she isn’t sitting at home waiting for us to come home.
My cocker spaniel Reggie loves coming to K9to5!! He is now 2 and been going once a week for about 18 months. He bounds out the car when he arrives and is so excited to play. The staff are all very friendly!
I have been taking my doggo here since the beginning of the year and I feel so incredible grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare that he absolutely loves going too. It was the best decision we made, for him to be socalising with other dogs and being cared for by the amazing friendly staff. I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about each and every dog. Our Zoe has the best time playing with her furry friends and always comes home happy and tired. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. They have plenty of toys and activities to keep the dogs entertained. I also appreciate the photos they post throughout the day, so I know Zoe is having a great time. It’s clear that the team here loves what they do, and it shows in the way they treat the dogs. The team at K9 to 5 take so much care and love looking after our little fur babies. Everyone is wonderful here they take such good care of all the dogs, with lots of activities and fun. Percy has been going to K9-5 for approx 5 years and knows exactly what day of the week day care day is! He is so excited to go and comes home absolutely exhausted from all of the playing! The staff treat him like their own and on the couple of occasions when he needed a little medical attention, they were amazing. The team have created a fun and safe environment for Percy to socialise with other dogs and it has made the world of difference as he has matured. He loves it so much, and so do I !

I’ve recently started dropping my border collie Goose off with Tracey at UpDogs and I can’t recommend this daycare enough. I get video updates twice a day of Goose having the best day and he comes home tired and happy. Highly recommend this place for your best friend!
Family owned which absolutely means family to my dog. The care and love given to my pup when she visits is amazing not to mention the above and beyond details too like homemade treats to take home after each visit and the special visits and birthdays!!! Highly recommend to any busy humans who are out all day and their dog could use some fun and running around
Our dogs love coming here! It has an outdoor area with grass, paddling pool for hot days, a ball pit, sandpit, and heaps of other activities for them! Tracy sends lots of vids throughout the day so I can see what they’re up to and the friends they’ve made that day. Super cute!
My 2yr old Cavoodle Charlie had his first day care experience at Updogs. Tracy is lovely & explained everything to me as I was a nervous mummy leaving my Charlie. Tracy also sent me videos of Charlie playing which put me at ease. Charlie had the best time with his new friends and came home and fell asleep. Will definitely be a regular at updogs 🐶😊

Updogs has become a wonderful part of Rebels weekly routine, she has the absolute best time and looks forward to every visit. Tracy is excellent, keeping me updated with lots of photos/videos throughout the day and even sends Rebel home with home made goodies, which makes the experience even more so special. Our spoodle Harvey just had his first half day at Updogs, and I was thoroughly impressed. He had the best time, and it was wonderful to see the videos of him playing and having such fun. I was impressed with the set-up, especially the sandpit and the outdoor area, and it's a great space for dogs to play or chill out. I was very comfortable leaving our furbaby with Tracy, who is obviously such a dog lover. I will be recommending Updogs to all Harvey's friends.
Tracy and her team are amazing. Teddy loves spending time playing with his friends and the setup is awesome. He was so tired after his first day he couldn't even walk up the stairs to bed! I also love getting videos of his day, especially while I was away. Highly recommended.

Absolutely appalling experience today. To top it off, this experience came after I moved my life around to come in early and accomodate this business after they experienced a cancellation. I left my doggo here and was feeling a bit uneasy about leaving him. He gets a bit nervous around new dogs and I was assuming the grooming part would be private to the day care. There were 2 other dogs in that section with mine. I explained that I was hoping to stick around to give him some comfort. The groomer said it was against policy and angrily took off his collar and lead and shoved it back to me. I explained that it was okay if that was the policy as Vinnie was super overdue (due to his groomer of 9 years retiring) and needed to be done regardless of whether I could stay. She refused my service 3 times and was extremely rude about it, until I forced her to take him back. She then had the nerve to ask me to pay for the service in cash upon pickup. Disgusting. The initial customer service also lacked as they didn’t return my calls after assuring me they would. I’ll never take my dog back here. Edit: What the owner has responded about "trying to rip them off $5" is completely false. I was asked by staff on arrival what price I was quoted for the groom. I said that my phone was in the car and that I could run out and check, but from memory it was $60. I was then told the minimum price was $65 so it must have been that price to which I fully agreed and paid. Checked the phone when I got to the car and it was indeed $65. And nothing about the encounter was "polite". Also worth mentioning that the person replying to this comment was not even present while this was going on.
UGH! I’m so unhappy with this place right now I can not believe this I took my beautiful baby to get groomed today and of course I have stuff to do so I left him there, after i did my errands I gave you guys a call a lady on the phone told me he was ready to be picked up, as soon as I walk in the lady who was there at the time was very rude to me (I was very scared uwu I have ANXIETY 😥 ) anyways she told me I must pay cash (I didn’t have cash on me at the time) so I panicked and left, after I came back with the cash she was literally tugging my dog with his leash very hard which wasn’t necessary I threw the cash and took my poor baby and protected him like the alpha I am. Not to mention I farted on the way out hope you liked the smell of Taco Bell!!
We drop our boys off for a day at Boo Boos when we need them out of the house. They always come home exhausted after a fun filled day. The staff are friendly and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend Boo Boos.

Used these guys a lot over the years, sadly Charmaine has left she was great but new guy Anton seems very nice. Kennels are clean, well thought out, prices reasonable dogs always come home happy and healthy and they seem to have made friends with the keeper. 2023 was scary due to a bush fire getting very close, charmaine kept in touch and assured us overseas with communication and that she had plans and volunteers at the ready. We returned twice since and will again.
We had our boy Gary stay for a week and it was a breeze from the booking to pick up We will definitely use again . Our boy had plenty of space and exercise area. The kennels are very clean . Very happy with the service from Charmaine.

What a wonderful place to take my Blue Staffy Zeus for 10 days. Charmaine and the team provided a wonderful and caring service to my pooch, I could tell by his happy demeanour and shiny coat when I picked him up. Many many thanks and can highly recommend.
We boarded our two dogs, one which is 16 and they were well looked after. Both happy and healthy after a week of care. We will definitely use Donna again. Great price and great bush setting.
My little furbaby had the best time. Donna was fantastic and she loved looking after my dog. He was in there for a week and when I picked him up he looked brushed and clean and he was happy. Best kennels ihve found in Perth. Definitely taking our Chihuahua "Rabbit" back to Australann Kennels again
My toy poodle Pixie loves to go to Australann. Since she spends up to 3 weeks at a time here and is very happy and excited each time she returns here. She comes home happy and healthy. Donna( lady in charge of her care) is wonderful with her and Pixie loves her. I am really happy we have found somewhere really nice
Small dog kennels are clean and spacious. Small dogs let out together for periods in the day. Kept separate from big dogs.
Our Chihuahua has been going to the small dog kennels periodically for 9 years. We are always welcomed and Donna is great with him. Would recommend!

Our Syrah a Chocolate Labrador seemed happy, content and excited when we picked her up after her 2 week holiday camp. Albeit a little bit of weight. We included cognitive training and play days with others. Her report card from teainer/handler Steph gave us some tips for further development. May not be the cheapest kennel but quality is what we wanted, both for Syeah and our own comfort . Highly recommended...
Amazing! My very anxious greyhound comes home happy and clean and it's obvious he loves all the team and they love him. Wouldn't take him anywhere else. I drive past many other kennels much closer to home but it's well worth it as I have complete peace of mind when I am away. Patch had his 7th birthday when i was away recently and the lovely team gave him a birthday treat and sent me some gorgeous photos of him in a birthday hat. So thoughtful. Highly recommend
Thank-you Hanrob for looking after our gorgeous boy Archie for three weeks this July 2023. We were a little worried about him as he is very active and three weeks is a long time away. We needn’t have as the staff took great care of him and judging by the Facebook posts he had lots of fun. He came back smelling nice and they even cut his nails! On leaving he kissed the trainer goodbye. He will be back 🐕
Our big black, naughty, clever cat, Ollie, is always very well looked after and entertained when he stays at Hanrob Perth. He's been there twice now and is always healthy and happy when we pick him up. I recommend this pet accommodation.

Took me ages looking around and finding the right doggie hotel for Akira and my other 2 dogs. I'm very fussy and wanted a place that treats our dogs with 100% love and care. I found the staff and the professionalism at Hanrob great. Akira aka KIKI as the staff has named my sons rotti haha loves coming here and she acts like she owns the place. The staff has showed her love and attended to her always. When akira has come home she is balanced and happy. Looking forward to when the more luxury accommodation for pets arrives. Also good that they offer FIFO rates. Because of Akiras breed she is not allowed to play at play time with other dogs, but she seems still happy to meet new friends through the fence. Her nature and beautiful loyal nature I'm sure is seen when she stays at Hanrob. My other two dogs loved it at Hanrob as well the socializing is so good for them .
Love this place. My dog has Diabetes and eye problems and needs a lot of care. I couldn’t fault them, they took exceptional care with her. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Great staff, any dramas, and they give you a call. I don't worry about leaving the dog there, and to be fair, the dog doesn't seem to mind either.
Just started my Kelpie cross hunterway rescue dog, Doug at Hanrob Perth for daycare and getting him used to the hotel rooms for a future stay. The team at Hanrob have been on point with their communication and information and really clear on expectations and inclusions. First day check in was super smooth and easy. Being a rescue, Doug is pretty timid at first but the team were really professional in handling him and he looked pretty happy when we picked him up at the end of the day. Julie's kennels provided excellent care for my Dog's recent stay. She entered the kennels with a previous injury which required 4 different medications to be administered during her stay. She had a bandaged foot which had to remain dry, she had to wear a cone, and she also required a prearranged vet visit to change the bandage. All of this was accomplished without hesitation. I would highly recommend Julie's kennels.
My dog has stayed twice now for a week each time. He has been happy and very relaxed away from home. Staff are passionate about caring for each of their guests. They were able to give me a detailed handover on my dog’s experience. What he did, what he ate, if he got on well with other dogs etc. I would definitely recommend this boarding kennel. We had the worst experience at this kennel, staff lying and making offensive false comments about our dog just to prove she is correct. We previously had great service and accommodation for our dog when Shannon was in charge, but since she left, the service has gotten extremely bad! the owner, Julie, doesn't understand anything about customer service, rather than diffusing a tense situation, she further escalated it, she is absolutely irresponsible and very unreliable, don't trust your beloved family pet to these people.
First time leaving our doggy, the care seemed fine, I liked how they let the dogs have a play with the ones that get on.
We sent our fur baby in for a week.we have sent him to another boarding kennel before and he was happy and relaxed when he came back. We chose this place as it was nearer to our home.However, when we dropped him off he was happy. When we picked up, its been 2 days and he seems withdrawn and quiet with tail tucked under. He is always a happy and active boy, its sad for us to see him this way. Makes us wonder what might have happened.The lady at the teception seemed flustered and generally staff there did not seem friendly.We are definetely not sending our fur kid back there again. 👎
I can highly recommend Julies Boarding Kennels to anyone looking at boarding kennels for theirs dogs! Shannon was absolutely amazing with Amy and we are so grateful for the time Shannon spent with us leading up to Amy’s first stay. After a not so nice experience with another boarding kennel it was a huge relief to find Julies boarding kennels. We were so impressed with Shannon and Lexy’s experience with challenging rescue dogs like Amy, I felt extremely comfortable with leaving Amy in their capable hands for the weekend. Amy came home happy, content, soft and clean! Thank you both for taking such good care of Amy and bathing her! We look forward to using Julie’s Boarding Kennels again when we are away next.
Terrible experience. My male dog has been left with a female dog and the kennel owner found them "stuck" and it resulted in an unplanned pregnancy for the female dog. They didn't even contact us but were told when we picked up our dog. Very unprofessional and shocking from a long established boarding kennel.
Loki and I love coming here… Loki has his friends and his favourites… the staff are friendly and I adore Brittany and Lexi who have such loving personalities. When I leave my Loki Bear. I know he is safe and has a great time because he basically walks himself to the back door and barely says goodbye. Little jerk.
I can't reccomend these guys enough! Working FIFO sure has it's Downfalls around leaving my furbabies behind, however, knowing my pets are in great/safe hands makes it that little easier being away. Julies Boarding Kennels and Cattery go above and beyond as well as empathetic towards other people's lifestyles working FIFO. I also want to say thank you the Team and especially Tania (Reception/Admin) for all your efforts and always being in positive spirits! Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed, so thank you!😁
I have nothing but good things to say about this dog day care. Max loves his day at day care and comes home so tired it's made him an easier dog to manage at home to as he can be very high energy. All the staff are lovely especially the young lady who gives updates about how Maxes day was when we collect him on a Friday afternoon she is so warm and you can tell she loves her job, I so appreciate the extra help with training they do as we are working on Max not jumping on people and I really love the photos they take especially when it's one of the dogs birthdays it's so cute. Lastly I really appreciated the beautiful Christmas photo of Max they took and made into a fridge magnet for a little gift it's one of my favorite photos of him you guys definitely go above and beyond and it's really appreciated thanks again
Was recommended this daycare by other dog owners in our neighborhood and I would definitely recommend it to others as it's been amazing. Sarah and her team are very friendly and professional and take the time to get to know the dogs. They provide photos during the day on Facebook so we know our puppy is always happy. The area is spacious enough for our working dog and they have lots of obstacles and games. Our dog is always so excited to go here and doesn't want to leave afterwards. We have also seen an improvement in her puppy behavior since she started going here.
We have been impressed with how our dog chilli is looked after and welcomed in doggydaycare. The staff have always been welcoming and Chilli our dog loves going there. Chilli becomes very excited when she realises she is going and to us that is a sign she is well looked after at the centre.

I can honestly say that everything about our first home sitting experience was excellent. Our communications were all answered very promptly and the whole process was explained to us very well. Our house sitter Brad was just amazing, from the first time of meeting him he made the whole process so easy. He regularly sent us photos of our pets whilst we were away and we returned home to an immaculately clean house and pets that were very happy and relaxed. We will definitely be using Allpet Sitters again in the future and I thank them for an excellent service.
Thank you so much to Jan and Sharon for sending the lovely Jan to us to look after our home and our beautiful Lola while we had a short but much needed break away. Jan was amaxing! Sending us regular updates on Lola, I knew she was in good hands. When we returned, the house was immaculate and Lola was wagging her tail :). Laurissa and Rodin were perfect house and pet sitters for our staffy Boye and our 2 cats Ricky and Bluey . They kept us regularly updated with pics of our fur babies which we loved. Our babies were so happy and content, we were at absolute peace while on holidays knowing they were being well cared for and loved . They left our home lovely and clean on our return and even bought fresh bread , milk and biscuits which was really appreciated as we got home quite late from airport ..I would definitely and highly recommend Allpets Sitters to anyone looking for house or pet sitters .
I couldn’t be happier with Erin’s care for Rommy while I was away! Rommy was so happy and content when I arrived home, and it was clear that he had been well looked after. Not only that, but my house was left spotless — everything was neat and tidy, which was such a lovely touch. Kirstyn and Mike were fantastic, we would highly recommend them. We met them twice before we went on holiday, and they were here when we left and here when we arrived home. Our dogs Bertie and Billy were very chilled when we came home, and the house was spotless. We also gave them use of our car and that was spotless too. Allpet House Sitters go above and beyond. They have arranged sitters on a few occasions for our dog. They do everything they can to match your pet and house with a suitable sitter, and the personal touch provided by Jan is what makes the service special. We have used AllPets several times a year for over 5 years now and have always felt that we are leaving our pets and home in good hands. We have had some excellent sitters - singles and couples and all very caring and very pet loving people. The girls in the office - Gemma, Lee and Catherine are friendly and Jan runs a very professional business. If we have been away for long sits (4 or more weeks) she usually does a visit to the home to make sure everything is running well. We mention AllPets House sitters to lots of friends and family and thoroughly recommend them. We are just home from two weeks away and we had an excellent young couple Celeste and Fernando looking after Teddy (4 year old Retriever) and Scout (2 year old grey cat). They sent us photos and updates every so often which is lovely when you are away from home and your 'fur babies' . We have our next two trips already booked for this year. We used Allpet sitters when we travelled overseas and I can’t recommend them enough. Robbie was our sitter and she looked after our cat so well! It was really peace of mind to know Robbie was there to look after her and we loved receiving photos and videos of how she was doing. We have used All Pet House Sitters twice now - both times we were away for approximately a month overseas and have been delighted with the service we received. On both occasions our house sitters had done a fantastic job looking after both our home and the pets (we have a 6 year old schnauzer/poodle cross and a 3 year old cat). The dog, particularly, can get a bit stressed when we're away and we find it is so much better for him to be cared for in his own environment and sticking to his usual routine. We have been very happy with the care and professionalism shown by all the Allpet staff who handled our bookings. They really understand the anxiety that many pet owners feel when having to leave their beloved fur babies and have thought through all the details very well. It is also reassuring to know that the housesitters have the back up of the office staff at all times in case of any unforeseen eventuality eg delayed flights back home or the like. We would definitely use Allpet's services again and are happy to recommend them to any pet lovers looking for reliable and caring house and pet sitters.
We used All Pet House Sitters to look after our very precious Dalmatian in August/September 2015 when we were overseas for a month. We were thrilled with everything about this service. Jan was so professional and efficient and was an absolute delight to do business with. David and Rachel, our house sitters were so gorgeous. We met them a few times before going away and couldn't of been happier. While we were away we received constant updates and photos which was brilliant. Our dog Lilly was so spoilt and so well cared for. We would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again when leaving our pets when we are on holidays. When our original house / dog sitter plans fell through, we came across Allpet House Sitters. Jan and her team were very efficient with their communications, and I appreciated their thorough sets of documentation for us to prepare and go through with our sitter. Andrew was an amazing sitter, sending us regular updates, taking great care of our dogs, going absolutely above and beyond with maintaining and cleaning the house; buying us some eggs, bread, milk and a box of chocolates ready for our arrival back. Our first experience with All Pet House Sitters was absolutely fantastic. Claire and Lucas were amazing with our little dog, two cats, goldfish, garden and house. They kept us regularly updated with news about the animals, and were such lovely people that all the dog-walking people at our local park will miss them (as will we). Alison and Bob were amazing. From the first time I met them, they gave off a warm and friendly vibe and our cat felt immediately comfortable with them. When we were away on our trip, Alison kept us updated with photos of our pets and any other info from home. When we arrived back from our holiday, the house was spotless, there was fresh bread in the kitchen and fresh milk in the fridge.
