Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

Just finished 5 weeks puppy training course for our 20 week old C.Spaniel. Really great tips on basics and training on heel work and recall. I booked my 1 year old Spaniel in for one to one street obedience training due to him constantly pulling on the lead and being all over the place, within 45 minutes of the training Ryan managed to get my dog walking 100x better. Since the training my dog hardly ever pulls on the lead and he walks by my side pretty much at all times. It feels like Ryan has given us a completely different dog. Ryan is calm, patient and knows what he’s talking about, all the advice he gave me regarding walking my dog and my dogs diet has been very beneficial. I can’t recommend him enough.
Took part in Ry's puppy class course. Was a great informative course that was reasonably priced. The knowledge that Ryan shared with us was great and we would recommend anyone with a new puppy taking part in these course here.
Just completed the five week puppy training course with our 12 month old miniature bull terrier. Ry and Alanna have both been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and even though our dog is still fairly unruly, we can see progress has been made and we have more confidence in what we're doing with her. As we'd already had sessions with two other trainers on the island, we were a bit wary, but have been very impressed with Ry's professionalism and structured training. Thanks a lot!
We have just finished our second session with Ryan, at our home. Ryan's natural affinity with dogs shines through as he shares his huge knowledge, experience and insight into what makes both dogs and humans tick! Being a "lockdown" puppy training and socialising was difficult so behaviour problems were inevitable. Everytime I drop my dog off at Ry's in the morning for daycare, she can't wait to go in! She has such a lovely time here, and comes back so happy and puffed-out from all the playing and fun she's clearly had! I also can't fault the staff, so friendly and helpful all the time. I have used Ryan numerous times for both 1 to 1 training and doggy day care with my German Shepherd Dog Baz. He is patient, caring and great with the dogs in his care. He is extremely knowledgeable about dog behaviour and training and will also give the owners the training they need to get the best from their dogs. He is my go to dog trainer / day care provider.
Highly recommend Ry's dog training he has brought our Cyprus rescue dog on leaps and bounds, from a very frightend little boy into a very confident boy whilst out walking and to heel no longer worried about outside noises, he is now a better mannered young man in the home. Kelly has been walking my Labrador Hubble for about 18 months. Kelly is professional, trustworthy and caring. Kelly has never let me down even when she is poorly. Kelly has my house keys which I am very comfortable with. I trust her with my precious boy so why not my house?! Highly recommend Kelly. She is wonderful with animals and has been a great friend to me in difficult times.
I have used Kelly to care for my cats on long weekends on two occasions now. I was apprehensive about leaving my cats and home with someone I didn't know but from the first conversation with Kelly I felt reassured. She is flexible and keeps me up to date with photos etc. She genuinely cares about the animals. When I get back from being away they are calm and happy. The best review is from the cats themselves who adore Kelly. Last time Kelly popped the keys back one of my cats ran up to her making all sorts of excited noises and my shy cat has taken to her very quickly. Will deffinately be using Kelly again.
Kelly has looked after our cat Amy 3 times, and each time we were very happy with her service. We always got regular updates (including pictures), and Amy is always relaxed and happy when we get home. Kelly genuinely cares for animals and it gives us confidence to go away and enjoy our holiday without needing to worry. Before the most recent holiday, Amy had an eye injury, and required careful monitoring and medication. As usual Kelly was just brilliant with both us and Amy.
Kelly has been looking after my dog Tia for the past couple of months and has been absolutely brilliant. I was quite worried about finding someone who would be patient with my dog as she is quite shy and a bit nervous, but Kelly has been great. She has been very patient with her, spending time with her and taking her out and Tia looks forward to Kelly coming to see her. We were looking for someone to come in and look after our little ones while we were on holiday, we found Kelly's Pet Care on google and from the minute we contacted Kelly, we knew we were in good hands. Kelly will have been taking Puzzle for his morning and afternoon walks for almost a year now and I have to say how pleased I am with the service she provides. Puzzle really gets on with Kelly and I'm sure he likes the fact that he is the only dog getting her attention when he takes her to the park for his run about. I have been using Kelly's Pet Care for the past 3 weeks to look after my dog, Odin. Kelly visits once a day while I am at work, to take him out and spend some quality time with him. The service we have received from Kelly is excellent, I love the updates I receive after every visit, knowing that he is ok and happy while I'm not there is a huge relief and Odin is always content and happy when I get home. The one on one walks that Kelly offers are brilliant, it allows Odin to get all the attention for the hour and I don't have to worry that he will be with other dogs that he doesn't get on with. I highly recommend Kelly's Pet Care and the services she offers.
Wonderful service and a very patient lady with my three boys. There was no rush to "get it done" which was great because one is very timid. Now all my cats are chipped and napping happily.

Zelly has just returned from her holiday at this wonderful spa hotel for dogs. She was clean, inquisitive and full of energy when I collected her. Amazing kennels with wonderful staff. My two dogs were in for 12 nights and they were cared for brilliantly. I even received videos and photos of them playing while I was away and they looked so happy! I don’t think they wanted to leave as they loved the people looking after them. The facilities are excellent, with indoor/outdoor pens large enough to accommodate more than one dog. There are also large outdoor play areas and acres of grounds so the dogs are exercised and played with a number of times a day. I think they got lots of cuddles too which was lovely. It felt like a very personal service, which I hadn’t been expecting. Thanks to Sue and everyone for looking after Pom and Ted so well. We will be back!
Clean, immaculate, beautiful complex, easy to drive into. Warm welcome: my little dog for all his confusion, trotted away with Sue to his kennel with his own bed. He was safe, I was reassured and will be using Grange again. Thanks Sue.
Our Cocker Spaniel was so well looked after. The kennel staff spent time with him learning his personality and, not only did he come home happy, he went eagerly for a second visit. Cannot fault them.
Beautiful grounds meet you at the entrance. Staff friendly when you find them. I was not shown around and my cat was taken from me at registration. On collection my cat was already in his basket waiting for me to collect him, unkown how long he was in there. Price was not bad just a little above other catteries. Would I use it again unsure on that I would like to see more of the facilities.
The Grange Kennel take such good care of my dog, a male New Foundland. He looks fluffier when he comes back from the kennel than when I left him there 8 days earlier. It is my first choice of kennel on the island. My dog is calm and happy when he returns back home.
Visited today to book our dog in for a 2 week stay. Very pleasant, helpful owner who gave us lots of information and advice which we appreciated. Hopefully he will pass his trial day and be accepted.
The staff are magnificent and my dog gets really excited when we pull up in their car park and dogs are a very good judge of people and places.
It's difficult to find a good cattery for one's cats, but Grange is a great place. There are three types of pens for cats - inside, outside and "half and half". I've used the Grange a few times and keep coming back as the service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Our cats have been well looked after and I'd highly recommended here for cats or dogs.
Charlotte looked after my cat over the Christmas weekend and bank holiday. He’s not usually receptive to new people in our home, but when Charlotte came round to meet him, he instantly took to her. She was really friendly, professional and obviously loves animals. We got some great photos and videos of Salem whilst we were away, and it seemed Charlotte got lots of Salem fuss too! He was so chilled when we returned, we could tell he had been really well cared for. I’d definitely recommend Fisher’s Friends for cat sitting, she’s the “cat whisperer!”
Charlotte was fantastic with our two dogs. Her communication was excellent and she was flexible which made it so easy for us to plan our days. It was great receiving the regular phone updates via pictures and video from Charlotte so we were completely worry free, knowing that both of our dogs were in good caring hands. Charlotte also gave us lots of suggestions on things to see and places to go. We would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Charlotte and will definitely be using her again on any future trips.
Charlotte was very flexible looking after Tom our cat over Christmas. Tom is quite shy and anxious but took to Charlotte and looked forward to her visits. Charlotte is trustworthy and reliable and obviously loves animals.

I was so nervous leaving them for the first time but they both put my mind at ease with lots of pictures and videos at every visit! I came home to 4 happy cats which was great. Charlotte came to our holiday let to take care of our American x old tyme bull dog.. While we attended a wedding overnight. He was a little unsure at first as he'd never stayed with anyone other than his nannie but Charlotte and Charlie did all the things he loves treat Walkes on the beach. sausages and ear scratches they soon became friends.. Charlotte kept me updated with photos and videos of Gelert having great fun... A much better option than kennals weather you live on the Isle of Wight or just visiting, I will definitely be booking fishers friends on my next visit... Charlotte came in to feed and look after my cats while we were away. Although my 2 bengals can be very fussy and are not necessarily people cats they seemed to love all the attention Charlotte gave them. Charlotte looked after my 2 dogs whilst I was away on holiday for 7 days. Knowing I had to leave them crippled me with anxiety as they each have specific requirements that can be hard work and as a dog trainer I’m quite fussy with who I want to interact with and influence my dogs. Charlotte took them with total ease and looked after them way better than I could have wished for. She went above and beyond to ensure they had their usual routine and high level of exercise and stimulation. I genuinely think they might have enjoyed their week with her more than they would have with me!! I was kept updated consistently with photos and videos, i didn’t worry at all whilst I was away and felt so confident in her abilities with them. Charlotte kept to any instructions and was understanding of each dog. She handled them with confidence and kindness and I don’t think I could have found anyone better for them. I know they have really bonded to her and will miss her now she’s gone. She also left my home clean and tidy with fresh bed sheets!!! which I didn’t expect at all but it was such a lovely touch on my return. You will not go wrong booking with Charlotte- I only hope she doesn’t get too busy that I can’t get in with her. Thankyou so much for looking after my babies xxxxxxx
From the very beginning Charlotte was really friendly and clicked with my dog - Bear. Whilst I was away, it was really reassuring to know that Bear was having an amazing time. Charlotte was really great at sending through lots of updates, photos and videos. At one point, I thought Bear might not want me to return! 🤣🤣 I came back home to a very happy dog and felt I was able to thoroughly enjoy my (much needed) break knowing that Bear was in good hands. Thank you Charlotte for taking such good care of Bear. I will definitely be using your services again!!! 🤩🤩
Excellent caring service. I felt so confident leaving my two dachshunds with Charlotte, she stayed in touch whilst we were away, provided photos of how they were getting on- both had big smiles on their faces in all the pictures. She went the extra mile with them and made me feel very secure being away. Could not ask for a better service, they went on beautiful walks and were showered with love.
We have total confidence in Charlotte’s ability to look after our GSD and our house. She has great empathy with and understanding of dogs. Strongly recommended.
We were very pleased with the care our cat received during her two night stay at Bohemia Boarding recently. She was well looked after and the staff were very good at keeping us informed of her wellbeing, due to it being her first time at a cattery. She had a warm and well equipped, secure pen in a modern and clean environment. Would definitely use again. Many thanks.
This was the first time that we had placed our cat, Poppy, in this particular cattery. It was superb. We went to have a look at it first and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They showed us around and where Poppy would be staying. It was spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming. Even had a little background music playing. We couldn't believe how much effort and time was taken to look after the cats there. We would thoroughly recommend it. Poppy was well looked after and we would definitely use them again.
I left my cat in the Cattery for 5 days and I truly recommend the facilities. The pods are spotless… my cat had a window to view outside and he could also see the neighbours either side as I was able to take in his tree as he uses it all the time at home. When we came to collect him he didn’t want to leave and for the first time ever didn’t want to go in his carrier…(he loves his pet carrier) and then made a fuss in the car for the short journey home. Obviously he had a great time and I have no worries when goes again after Christmas… thank you Bohemia
It is with sadness that I have to say that Bohemia Boarding was neither socially unconventional nor artistic in the case of our dogs. They are, perhaps, best suited for well behaved smaller dogs. Despite being representatives of the RSPCA and as such held in high esteem by the general public they were unable to keep our reactive dogs for their full 4 day stay. Our COVID dog had to be removed by a family member, causing us worry and distress whilst away, the larger GSD was reluctantly kept for their full stay. Communication at the Kennel was very poor, for example, we were told that all was well at one point and on arriving to pick up the GSD the receptionist thought they still had both dogs! We have had no offer of a refund for the shortened stay of our COVID dog. The concerning behaviour mentioned to us on picking up the GSD has never been observed at kennels, not run by the RSPCA, in The Midlands. We are left with no other port of call for boarding our dogs on the IOW now we’ve been banned. On a positive final note: The staff we met were friendly and pleasant. The initial booking was made by telephone, the receptionist going out of her way to make sure they had a kennel to offer, available and the opportunity to give us a break. We are regular supporters and donators to the RSPCA and ardent supporters of animal welfare.
Samara, my cat has stayed at Bohemia Boarding several times, and each time I returned to collect her, she has been very relaxed and happy. Thank you very much to Vanessa, to take the time to give me updates and photos of her. It is very clean and with the caring staff, I know I can go away reassured that Samara will be well looked after. Thank you everyone.
My cat was recently housed here for a week. The premises look very clean but unfortunately my pet was housed in a small pen with no chance of exercise as there was no access to an enclosed outside environment. I didn't see if there was a window looking out, otherwise the only outlook was into the lobby. I paid half the money up front, as requested but was constantly chased by email for the balance, despite it being agreed that payment could be made on drop off. I must have around 10 emails over a 4 week period. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, I kept receiving the communication and I was told it was how the system worked. May I suggest, try and change your system. I was also phoned a few times for the same request. On a good note, I was able to drop off my pet outside the allocated daily hour window of opportunity. Collection is also an hourly window allocation. Sadly on collection my pet was quite distressed ; this I have never seen before during his previous stays in other facilities. Staff were overall friendly.
What a fantastic place for your pet to stay . Very friendly , caring staff who I found my cat smoothing around when his stay was over and being collected. He had obviously been fussed over !! He looked happy and healthy and I will have no worries about leaving him here again. Thank you all very much ! 😻
Fantastic…… I was really worried about changing kennels but I needn’t have been. I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff and shown around very clean and spacious kennels. When we took the dogs in for their first stay the staff played with them and put them and us at ease. When we collected them they were happy and clean and well looked after. RSPCA boarding for small mammals set in beautiful surroundings. Lovely caring staff. Good lodgings each with window & ares for Food/ sleeping / litter tray etc. Excess money made goes back into the charity, which is nice & allows air con lodgings & food of choice for your pet etc.
Our 4 cats stayed for a short break last week while we moved house. We were greeted by Lorraine on checking them in and she made a careful note of their individual requirements. We were a bit stressed ourselves as our cats hadn’t boarded before, but after meeting Lorraine and settling the cats in we left feeling they would be absolutely fine! When we collected them on departure we were met by Vanessa who had them all ready in their carriers for us with their beds, waiting for a swift set off to catch the ferry. It certainly made our move more manageable! The accommodation looked very secure, clean and calm. We can recommend Bohemia Boarding to anyone, Jane and Colin 🙂😺😻🐈⬛
Couldn’t have asked for more when putting my two into boarding for a week for the first time. Maria made sure they felt safe and confident in their temporary home and let me go away feeling that they would be safe and cared for. Only problem was collecting them - they’d settled in so well and were so pampered I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to leave. Massive thanks to Maria - excellent service, professional, knowledgeable and dependable from start to end. Would use again and again.
This Lady did an Exceptional job of looking after my dog at very short notice. Nothing was to much for her if she could, and did, go out of her way to make sure my pet Max was well cared for in a safe and professional manner.

Our dog got treated like a king ! Janet is so kind and caring. Our dog was in the best hands and loved how she sent photos with updates and kept a diary. Would not go anywhere else now we have found her. Recommend 100% to anyone .
Janet looked after our Labrador for 5 nights while we went in a cruise. She was wonderful, was very thorough in gaining information about our dog to make her stay as comfortable as possible. She included her in her daily life, lots of walks and out for coffee and lunch. This is clearly more than a business for Janet. We were very lucky to find her and wouldn’t hesitate to leave our dog with her again.
We left our two Old English Sheepdogs with Janet for the day and she was absolutely fantastic. We had never used her before and found her online a little while before holidaying in the area. She was very friendly and professional from the start and put our minds at ease about leaving them in her care. During our dogs stay she kept us updated with their day and activities via message and on the collection of our dogs we were provided with with a diary of their stay along with photos. I really can't recommend Janet enough. If we are ever holidaying in the area again I would not hesitate to use her again.
The care our dog gets here is fantastic. He is always happy to go in, as he is made so welcome. The diversity of walks and activities he gets truly stimulates the dog I would give more stars if I could! I read a previous review from someone who said the garden was full of dog mess???? In all the years we have used JB dog care I have never seen any. Don't let this one unjustified comment put you off, for your dog's sake.
Was really discusting, the amount of dog muck out back was terrible. Constantly trying not to stand in it and then stepping in it anyway, really discusting. Would not leave my baby here if last place on earth
