I really wanted to leave a five star review as I have with every other sitter we've had, as Miriam was very lovely and said she loved our dogs. But the lost house key was a big issue for us. I'll start with the positives: -I had a great first chat with Miriam and was happy to have her at the house; she was pleasant and very flexible to change her arrival by a day when I messed up the dates, so I was grateful for that -She said she regularly took our dogs to the off leash park (which they love) -She left the kitchen and most of the house tidy -The plants were all in good shape -The cat was happy and healthy Less positive: -She lost our house key and seemed a bit cavalier about it; she didn't offer to pay for a replacement key or pay for rekeying the locks (which I now need to do) -She didn't communicate much during the whole sit unless I reached out; I never heard anything about the cat, and I didn't find out until days after that our 8mo puppy had been left unsupervised and uncrated for hours and had eaten an entire tin of liver treats; luckily she didn't get into something more dangerous/toxic -Our dogs were unusually starving when we got home, with both eating multiple servings of food that night (very weird for both of them as they are not big eaters) -There was feces in one toilet that had very likely been there for days; I had to scrub the toilet multiple times -The dirty bed linens were tossed on our bathroom floor -There were many bags of dog poop piled in our front garden -There were two dried puppy pee stains on one dog bed and one on the front door mat (either missed or ignored?) -Almost nothing on the zeewoi post-sit cleaning checklist had been done (I certainly don't expect a professionally cleaned home, but I always hope it to be as clean as I left it) As we've had many great sits previously, this was quite a departure from our normal zeewoi experience. And I'm guessing Miriam was likely overwhelmed with three dogs, as she also had her own puppy with her. But the loss of the house key and unusual intense hunger in both dogs were especially unsettling for us.

Priscilla did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs and house. Her communication through the sit was exceptional and she didn’t hesitate to ask, if a question came up. When we returned home, the house was immaculate and the dogs were happy. We were at peace that Priscilla had everything under control while we were away. She is already booked to take care of our next sit and we couldn’t be happier.

What a fabulous time I had in Pat & Loren’s beautiful home.
I truly fell in love with Mr. Mac. He is very fond of people and loved to play with his fishing rod toy. He will snuggle beside you or hop on your lap
and purr away while getting a cat massage.
Pat & Loren are incredible people. Generous, respectful, kind and really thoughtful.
Thanks again for a fantastic time, I can’t wait to sit for darling Mr. Mac next month.

Janine
Janine made me feel really welcome the day before she left on her trip.
This gave us a proper chance to see a handover of the daily tea/ bedtime and breakfast routines.
Monty and Teddie were 2 adorable westie boys. Teddie skips along on walks and you would never know he’s 12. Monty had a history of a broken rear leg, but this didn’t prevent him from enjoying really good substantial walks as well
They both travelled well in the van and had excellent recall.
They were both full of love and cuddles and Monty kept a diligent eye out for the resident hedgehog each night about 8pm and were a comical pair running between the sets of patio doors to get a better look at him
Janine has a beautiful house , with everything you could wish for with the most beautiful sunny garden - great for sunbathing with the boys
The greenhouse also generated a brilliant supply of veggies for me to enjoy as well during my stay
I would highly recommend these lovely bots and a great area to explore the Dorset coastline

Islay the black lab and Wilbur the very gentle cat as well as the five chickens were the loveliest of companions during our stay in the Woodford Valley near Salisbury, the most delightful spot next to the river. We found some excellent walks as well as visiting the Magna Carta and Stonehenge. We had a warm welcome and a very comfortable stay and would recommend and happily return.

We had a lovely time in Dublin taking care of Milo and Tao.
Jane and Alan were so welcoming to us on arrival and made us feel at home.
Everything you could possibly need is there and it's a lovely environment to stay. I worked from home and spent everyday with Milo and Tao, which was so enjoyable. They were both so affectionate and wonderful company.
Great trip and hope to look after them again in future.
Thanks again Jane and Alan.

Andy & I had the absolute pleasure of watching Indy at Emily & Nick's tropical getaway home. Indy is an absolute cutie! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood & soaking up the sun in the backyard with him. Emily & Nick gave us very clear instructions and were easy to communicate with. Their home is steps to the beach and in close enough proximity to all Tamarindo has to offer. Anyone would be lucky to be chosen for a sit by them!

I enjoyed my time in Frankfurt with Feta and Olive. They are two lovely gals with fun personalities. Feta is a total extrovert, so it’s not hard to get her love. She is more territorial than her sis, but never overly-aggressive. Overall she and Olive got along well and they are hilarious together, especially when they play. Olive is much more shy & skittish, but her desire for affection greatly outweighs her fears. Within a matter of hours, she was begging for pets and chin scratches! Like most shy cats, just give her space and she comes to you.

The home was comfortable with a beautiful outdoor area, and the building very quiet and secure. And the location itself was great for exploring the city. Jessica was a kind host and I would recommend travelers to sit for her and her girls!
