Andy and Teresa were very welcoming and communicative while I spent a week watching over Stella, Milo and Nala. They made sure I felt comfortable and they were available for the few questions I had during my sit. Stella was an absolute gem to care for! She accompanied me on a few hikes (she’s great on the leash and also great with recall). She’s also content to hang around the house and play ball or go for a walk up the road (beautiful views). Milo and Nala are total sweethearts; They stay inside most of the time but sometimes like to lay out in the sun on the porch. Nala is the more talkative and affectionate type while Milo is more on the quiet and mellow side (but still a love bug - he practically purrs the moment you touch him!). I had a lovely time and would definitely sit for this family again if the opportunity arises.
It was a real pleasure taking care of Skyler! She is an adorable dog. The house is wonderful and Alan & Judy are very nice people. I had a great time, it was more than perfect!
A great housesit! Marti was very clear, organized, and easy to work with. Pan and Elf (the cats) are active, fun, and easy care. The house is very nice and open while the surroundings are very serene, with small mountains, deer, and a flock of turkeys that come by once a day to visit. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay in Paul and Rachel's home. It is a beautiful place where we were very comfortable and made very welcome. Paul was quick to respond to our questions and they are both very kind and considerate people. The dogs were well behaved and easy to look after. Solly is particularly attached to his sofa and remained there most of the time, other than when we took him out or he sensed a treat on the horizon. Hester is a loveable little bundle, who likes to be in your company and also loves to chase a ball or a stick. The cats are delightful. A pair of minx's as you'd expect from young cats but affectionate too. Carl will curl up in your lap and purr contently, while Beau's insatiable curiosity is highly entertaining. The garden and surrounding countryside is stunning. A really wonderful stay in a beautiful place. Thankyou to Paul and Rachel for your hospitality.
The home in Puerto San Luis is in a beautiful location. Rebecca is a responsible, helpful, lovely host. Lily is a 15 year old cat who has her personal tastes and makes them known. She loves raw fish, treats and to be brushed. Fulfill these and you are then her best friend! She is sweet, loving and sleeps quite a bit. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at Rebecca's home.
Sitting for Cindy was fantastic! She lives a great little neighborhood that's walkable and close to Sloan's Lake, stores, coffee shops, etc. Her home was lovely and stylish and Cindy made us feel welcome and right at home. Bugatti was the star though. Such a sweet and cuddly boy, we enjoyed keeping him company for the weekend and would recommend this sit! Thanks for having us!

I' ve been using Chip n Chill's services for a few weeks now on a daily basis, I cannot praise them highly enough. Mae comes and does exactly what shes supposed to do, and does it well. My boy Freddy loves her coming , and she is great with him. All is done at a very reasonable price, and I would not fail to recommend Chip n Chill to anyone. Mae is utterly fantastic! She's super professional and organised - she did a free consultation visit with important paperwork, met my cat Pigeon, and gathered as many details as she could. During the actual sitting she sent regular updates, which is very reassuring to a worried cat mum! He's usually quite anxious with strangers but Mae knew exactly how to interact with him and when he'd had enough. I can't recommend Chip 'n' Chill enough! I'll definitely be going back to Mae for future sitting.

Melissa looked after our elderly, anxious cat while we were away for a few days and she was brilliant. She put my mind at ease by sending lots of updates with photos and videos, and Marni was surprisingly relaxed when we got home considering she hates being left on her own! Melissa was absolutely amazing! She really did go above and beyond. Loved the regular updates with pics and videos. She was so good with the cats and I know they loved her. We have 4 house cats all with different needs and personalities, Melissa was excellent with all of them and really put our minds at ease with plenty of pictures and updates. She also looked after our cockatiel and fish. We have used Melissa twice now and have her booked twice again this year already. I asked Melissa to look after my 2 cats as one of my cats is terrified when put in a cat box and put in the car. Melissa was great and made a fuss of them both, feeding them twice a day and sending us regular updates, they were very chilled out, she even had to clean up ‘presents’ (2 mice), but nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Melissa if you want to come home to happy cats

Melissa looked after our cat whilst we were on holiday recently. Just back from a week's holiday in Tenerife and left my 3 cats in Mels very capable hands! One of our cats has specific diet requirements & daily medicine and nothing was too much of an ask for Mel. We got daily updates of how the girls were doing, and came home to the litter trays scooped and the house lovely and clean! Left Daisy our little Jackapoo there for a couple of nights. She was well looked after and exercised. Our dogs are always happy here, they don't get agitated about going and they're content when they come home. There's a field for them to run free in their family groups, underfloor heating, they very are reasonably priced and flexible too.
Recently visiting family in Carlisle, and found this gem. Brilliant kennels. Baxter was looked after so well, and the owner had all the appropriate Covid precautions in place. Will definitely be rebooking.

my 14year old lab sky has just spent a week at radmores kennels. Nothing was too much trouble for them,she is diabetic and partially blind so required special care and insulin injectionson a daily basis. Cant thank them enough!

Skye has been going to Top Dog since she was around 5 months old. I was so anxious leaving her but all of the staff were fantastic! She went for a settling in session first which helped us both! I love that we are sent photos throughout the session so we can see how she is getting on. They ensure she gets plenty of exercise, socialising, enrichment and rest! I honestly can’t recommend them enough!
Our boy has been going to TopDog for the last 2 months and we are so happy with the care he has received. It is just like taking a child to childcare! You drop them off with their food and a jacket if needed. The facility is secure, vaccination records are checked ✔ and all dogs go through an induction before attending. We get regular pupdates throughout the day and it's so nice to receive photo's of him when I am at work. Our boy loves it here and gets so excited when he realises where he is going. They love having him and I reckon if we were late one day they'd probably keep him ☺ The app for bookings is easy to use. Going here is a great for his socialisation with other dogs, and they take time to play and cuddle with the dogs. We can also get him groomed by Abbie who is the groomer on site whilst he is booked in for the day if needed. Overall a well rounded, friendly and professional service. Highly recommend 👍🏻🐶🐾💙
Amazing!! When Rio started just over 3 months ago he was so shy of everything but loved other dogs. We gave Top Dog a go as more of a social thing than a daycare and I can not be more thankful for the team there. He loves it! He’s gone from making a scene in the car park to jumping up at the door on arrival!! The guys there are amazing and clearly have so much care for the animals. I love getting photos throughout the day and he always comes back smelling amazing. When you ask him is he wants to go to daycare he now tilts his head and heads for the door. When a dog that is overwhelmed and becomes a little boisterous the response of Top Dog is to kick them out. No attempts made to calm down and then move the dog into a different group. Staff notified us once of this issue, then at the end of the next session provided video of the behaviour and staff doing nothing about it whilst in their care. The honest advice provided by staff when collecting dog at the end of the session was that he needs to be neutered, and that he wasn’t welcome back. I thought a business working with dogs would understand dog behaviours (including anxiety and overwhelming behaviour) and have the ability to separate from the larger mixed group when required to allow them to calm down. During the introductory walk around I was shown a quieter area that dogs could use if they needed separated at any point, but clearly this area was not used by staff to help in this circumstance. This behaviour has not arisen in any other environment, and I have not had the same issue whilst at other daycares or dog services used.
Couldn’t recommend Top Dog highly enough! Our dog cannot control her excitement when she knows she is doing to daycare, and comes home tired and happy after her fun day. All the staff are lovely and we love getting photos throughout the day showing us what Coco is up to!
We have been taking our dog to TopDog since he was a puppy and I can honestly say that the development he has made is amazing! We are greeted by a happy face every morning, and our little Arlo can’t wait to get in and start playing. The staff welcome every dog in by name and know them all inside out. The updates we receive throughout the day are a fantastic peace of mind, knowing that he is having a great time and is making friends. I would highly recommend TopDog to anybody looking for doggy day care. They are second to none and we are extremely grateful for all their hard work!
Our pup Fergus has gone to TopDog nearly every week for the last few months and he genuinely loves going there! For a dog that suffers with a bit of separation anxiety, he always trots in happy as larry with no turning back! The staff treat him as one of their own and he has lots of friends he plays with there. We get regular pictures and videos of him playing throughout the day which really puts us at ease knowing he is having a great time there. The price is really reasonable for a whole day of daycare and is worth every penny, not just because he isn't on his own when we are in work, but because he clearly loves going there and playing with all his friends! I would highly recommend :)
My senior dog recently starting attending Top Dog and he comes home after each visit full of joy. Dave and Vicky clearly have alot of care and compassion towards your dog and I feel very comfortable leaving him for the day there. Fantastic service from lovely people in beautiful surroundings. Straight away you can tell how much Lesley and Allan both love all the cats they are looking after. When taking your cat into its area all the other cats look relaxed and at ease and everything is kept immaculately clean. I wouldn't leave my cat anywhere else.

Where do I start! I housed my 3 kitties with Lesley and Alan for 3 months whilst in the process of relocating. Lesley and Alan managed to make available space short notice and whereas I'm very picky who I leave my fur babies with I couldn't be more trusting and happy with the service provided. From the start they showered my kitties with love, attention and met all their tricky requirements. They sent me photos and updates frequently and were always on hand for any barmy question or demand I had. Lesley and Alan put their hearts and souls into this place and are the most wonderful of people who have now become very wonderful friends to me ! I'm very grateful and couldn't recommend a better place to house your fur babies. Highly Highly Recommend!
Pawfection is like a tranquil oasis retreat for cats. You really need to see the cattery to appreciate it's beauty. Alan and Lesley are just the most lovely, genuine, caring people. They love and care for each cat as if it were their own. Trust me, you won't take your cats anywhere else once they've been here.
Came here to view rescue cats as the RSPCA rent units from this business. It's an excellent cattery. Safe and clean with very caring owners. All the cats looked well looked after and are often treated with the secret cat weapon of Dreamies!
