Loved minding Heath and Ghost and getting to know their different natures. Even though they are big dogs they are very gentle and loving. Loved the house and it’s a perfect location as it’s only a 15 min walk into the centre of York. Communication was excellent in all aspects. Would recommend this housesit.
We have had the absolute pleasure of taking care of Heather and Dan's home twice in the past 6 weeks. The 2 cats, Shadow & Kitty, were awesome creatures and extremely easy and fun to take care of. Their very inviting home and property are situated in the country but not totally remote. Shopping only a 1/2 hour away. Large and comfortable with fully equiped kitchen and main floor laundry. Porches surround the home to catch a breeze, soak up some sun, relax with a good book or enjoy a refreshing drink in the late afternoon sunset. Heather left us detailed instructions about the home, property and Cats which were very helpful. Needless to say, this was a wonderful place to spend several weeks and very relaxing & refreshing..
