Neon Dream has been taking exceptional care of my cats for over 15 years. I am so grateful to be able to call on them, and can relax and enjoy time away knowing my cats and home are in such trustworthy hands. Donna, Lauren, and the whole team have always been so loving to my cats, leaving detailed notes about their visits. Lauren went above and beyond recently when I shared that my cat would not eat any wet food after I tried to switch him to a prescription food. During Lauren's visits she bought a variety of foods to try based on her experience and found two that he would eat! I offer my strongest possible recommendation for Neon Dream pet sitting!!

I love Neon Dream. I’ve been working with them for years, and really trust them with my beloved cats. Donna, the owner, is great, and Kristina, my current sitter, is wonderful. She texts me pictures of the kitties every couple of days so I know all is well, and Neon Dream always leaves a sheet of notes so I can see when I get home how each day went. I love their professionalism and care. I love that they keep a copy of my key so they are ready even on short notice (though you should give them plenty of notice if you can, so they can schedule). They are patient with my exact dates fluctuating as I settle my plans. I would never go back to having friends watch my cats. Neon Dream is worth every penny of their very reasonable rates.

We've been using Donna & Neon Dream for frequent catsitting since 2013. We very much appreciate the care she and her people have provided for us. It's very easy to book petsitting online, and I love the little notes the sitters leave behind for us. Our three cats are always calm when we return, which is a good sign that they were well taken care of. Plus, I like that the sitters pick up the mail, bring in packages, change lights around, and do a little plant watering.

Donna has been taking care of our pets for many years. We really appreciate her care. Our mewtants are safe and secure when we're out of town. Neon Dreams is a shining star in Albuquerque. Wouldn't want anyone else to sit for us!

I have known Ms. Donna for 20 years and her service is beyond measure. Trust is a challenge and never did she or her crew make me feel doubtful about her care. My pets can attest to this as they love her when she cares for them as if they were her own babies.

When only the best will do. Spectacular ! We lived in Albuquerque 5 years, and we traveled alot before Covid, and they always did us right. Animal came back so well behaved I was in shock. I was left with a typed up manual of commands for my dog to obey. Hideyo has watched my cat multiple times over the last two years. She is always attentive, communicative and most of all accommodating. She sends texts updates each day showing both proof of services and time spent with your pet. She is effortless to work with and takes the time to know your animal and its eccentricities. She is a great value for the price of her services and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.

I had a good experience with Hideyo sitting my two cats. She is very experienced, so I felt confident leaving them in her care. She gave lots of tips to prep for our trip to make sure the cats would be safe in our absence. She sent photos and updates daily so we could keep track of how they were doing. We will happily have her sit our pets again.

I can't recommend Hideyo enough! I was really nervous about leaving my two dogs, but at our first meeting she put my mind at ease. She took the time to build trust with my more anxious pup, and it was clear that both of my dogs adored her. Her communication was outstanding—she kept me updated with photos and messages, which really helped me relax while I was away. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, she was incredibly accommodating and made extra visits without hesitation. I felt like they were in great hands, and I will definitely be using her services again in the future!

Hideyo does a great job with our 3 cats that have very different needs and personalities. She's able to manage them all and sends us regular updates and photos. We recently had a travel emergency and Hideyo was able to come over and make sure everything was good at home. We always appreciate her attention to detail and quick responses.

She is one-hundred-percent responsive, responsible, organized, and trustworthy, and most importantly, she clearly loves the pets she cares for, as do her associates. Hideyo was extremely professional and made us feel extremely comfortable during her initial visit to get to understand our living arrangements and meet our furry friends. Extra points for all the attention to detail around ensuring our home would be secure and safe for pets while we were gone. I do not travel much because I do not like to leave my fur babies behind, well Hideyo and her company solved that. I feel very comfortable leaving them in the care of Wags tp Whiskers. They send me a picture each day. She is able to get my anti-social cats to come out from under the bed and greet her!!!!! Hideyo is one of the sweetest humans I have ever met. I feel very very comfortable recommending her and her company.

I'm really glad I used Wags to Whiskers to check on my 2 cats while I went on a 2 week vacation. They'll be my go-to from now on. They are very knowledgeable about caring for our animal companions, professional and conscientious. I got texts with pictures of them during every visit and was able to have a real-time text dialogue. This was enjoyable, and helped me have a worry-free trip. The mail was collected and packages received. Highly recommended.

We went out of town for 5 days and Hideyo visited our cat, Paul, twice a day. She also visited once in advance to meet him and see where everything was. We got regular updates with lots of photos to see that Paul was doing well. We'll definitely be asking Hideyo to watch him again the next time we're out! He was clearly happy and well-cared for when we got home.

I can’t say enough great things about this place, my dog has never been happier or safer and it brings me peace of mind every time I drop him off to know that he is in great hands. I want to personally thank Francis and Stephanie for their excellent management. Stasha, josh, Nallely, Kris, Geo, Kea, Mario , and Alina and all staff members for taking such great care of my dog and everybody else’s. I’m always met with a smile and loving arms for my dog. I know the staff works extremely hard every day to keep a clean and happy environment for our pups. I would like to give compliments to Daniel the owner for having such an affordable place for me to leave my animal when I have to work long days up at Los Alamos. The extended hours makes such a huge difference in my life and my dogs . This place is the absolute best!

As a travel sonographer (ultrasound lol), finding a happy and safe place for my little corgi to enjoy his day while I’m at work is important to me. Caring Paws welcomed Fergus into their pack and took amazing care of him during my long 10 hour shifts. He never hesitated to go in each morning, got to “play ball” during the day and was always happy when I picked him up. I would recommend them 100% ++!! They even send me this pic of him playing ball ♥️

The crew here is absolutely amazing! Been coming for 3 years now. They care for your pups like it was their own. Capo loves coming here! Place is clean. They require shots so you know your 4 legged friend is in good hands. They also have a vet tech here on site. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Pet Boarding in ABQ. Our dogs always arrive & leave so happy. They get individual attention, food, toys, playtime inside & on their outdoor playground, & an individual room for sleeping. Our rescue dog has severe separation anxiety. We needed to leave him for an extended period of time and we were concerned. The staff had ideas to help with his anxiety and obviously loves animals. It was suggested that we bring him in for regular day care to help in the transition. We also took him in for a couple of overnight stays prior to his extended stay. His stay went well with no problems. We are grateful to have found Caring Paws.

My dog comes here twice a week and he loves it! The staff are all so sweet and he’s always happy to see them. These are people who really love the dogs they work with. My pup plays hard and comes home tired out. Their pricing is good compared to other doggie daycares in the area and they’re open until 8pm every day. Definitely recommend.

After a bad experience with Camp Bow Wow, we came to Caring Paws and they accepted our rescue dog with open arms. They were patient with her and gave her the time she needed to adjust. Now it’s her favorite place and she loves going to daycare! We also boarded her there for her very first time and the team was great. Highly recommend CP!

We took our 2 YO dog Emmylou to Caring Paws for daycare weekly for 6 months while living in ABQ for work. She had the best time! She is high energy and loved running around all day with her friends. The hours are amazing, so convenient! The staff was always kind, helpful and welcoming, we trusted them with her. Great value, highly recommend and will go back if we're ever back in town!

I highly recommend Caring Paws. The staff seems like they like dogs and they have been really nice in every interaction I've had as well. My two dogs, one a corgi mix and the other a German Shepard mix puppy, are always excited when we drive up to daycare and always worn out when I pick them up. Both of my pups aren't fans of the dog door to enter the main dog area but the employees have been kind enough to walk them the back way instead. I've now used Caring Paws for boarding as well, the pups look well feed and loved so I have nothing but praise for this place. The cost is competitive and totally worth it.

I have been using Ashley's pet care for regular walks for my dogs for the last couple months and highly recommend them! My dogs can be reactive and I have specific instructions for the walkers. I always feel comfortable knowing they are in good hands with Ashley and her walkers, plus I love their updates of how they did on their walks with photos.

Ashley is extremely reliable and always on time. Our dog Baxter smiles all day after his morning walks. We were so pleased that now my Mom's dog gets twice weekly walks from Ashley's service too…..UPDATE: Ashley has expanded and now has several people working for her! She is very careful about who she hires and trains them thoroughly. She has added an app for scheduling that tracks where they went on their walk and allows the walker to share photos with you. She offers dog sitting too and it’s such a relief to know the pups are in good hands while I’m gone. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

When we got a new puppy, the first thing we did was enlist a helping hand from Ashley's Pawsitive Pet Care! Puppies can only be crated for 3-4 hours until they need a break and Ashley and Piper have helped us since the beginning of May to provide playtime and love to our two beloved pups, Hazel (5 months) and Honey (7 years). We typically schedule our drop in pet care visits each Saturday or Sunday for the week ahead. They can do 30 minute or 1 hour drop in play sessions or walks. They've helped us during busy afternoons when we are unable to come home from the office, and even helped one Saturday so we could get out for a date night. Puppies are a lot of work! But Ashley Pawsitive Pet Care proves you don't have to do it alone. Her business sends pictures for each visit and communicates reliably. Scheduling is easy through the online portal. They even host doggie field trips (2 hours) which we plan to do in the future for our pups. Most importantly, our dogs love them. Our family recommends this pet care business!

Ashley watched my dog nala for a weekend & Nala absolutely loved her. I received daily updates & photos of her. I would highly recommend, if you need a pet sitter. I have also seen her go above & beyond for the residents at my work place for their pets. She is awesome & her love for pets is genuine. I will definitely be using her anytime I need a sitter. I've had nothing but positive interactions with Ashley and her staff at Ashley's Pawsitive Pet Care. I work long shifts as a caregiver, and knowing that Ashley will be by and my puppy will be taken care of has been SO reassuring!! My pup has a BFF at Ashley's, and I can always tell after she's been there because I come home to a veeeeery happy pup! :) Ashley has been flexible and accommodating. There have been times when my schedule has changed drastically, and Ashley has been willing to work with me on that. I get regular updates including SUPER adorable pics so I know the adventure my pup has had that day.
