Laurence was a wonderful pet sitter - from the very beginning communication was consistent, diligent, and thorough. I appreciated getting to know her over zoom ahead of time and once she arrived she asked many questions about my home and my cat to make sure there were not unforeseen issues. She sent me regular photos and left my home in impeccable condition. It was my first time leaving my cat for so long, and five days after she had had surgery so I was a little nervous, but Laurence put me at ease from the beginning. It was clear from the photos and videos that my cat was having the time of her life and was well cared for. I would absolutely have Laurence over again to cat sit if given the opportunity.
Allison and Alastair and their boys did a great job of looking after our dog, cat and house. From the start Allison's communication was clear and responsive. We were a bit worried about their young boys in our not-very-toddler-friendly house but they are obviously very used to dealing with this. We were amazed how clean and tidy the house was when we returned, they'd obviously gone to significant effort to leave the place as they found it. The cat and dog both seem to be very happy with the experience too! We would have no hesitation recommending Allison and Alastair or welcoming them back.
