Cat Sitters in Carpenter, NC

It was a pleasure to meet Amanda, Dallas and Hannah and I am so pleased that they enjoyed staying in my house, they seem like such a lovely family, happy and fun. It was obvious that they gave Digger a great deal of love and attention - verified by Digger going to Amanda and sitting on her feet rather than coming to me on my return! The weather was unusually hot whilst I was a way and my pot plants in the garden were all watered for me. Amanda left the house in good order which was much appreciated. If I had any tips for future sits it would be few more photos of them out and about with the dog - this is always so reassuring to we dog owners whilst we are away.

May was a great cat and house sitter for me. Even though it was rather last minute, she was able to arrange her travel plans to get to Carcassonne - in August (not always easy) - and even came the day before as I suggested, navigating a change in the train schedule. She was always quick to respond to communications and sent photos which helped assure me that Chernish was being his regular self (lazy but interested in food!). She took care to follow the specific feeding instructions - and I could tell Chernish was well taken care of as he was very relaxed when I got back. May also left the house in perfect shape, watered my plants (which were fine despite the heat) - and left me a nice note explaining everything when I got back (since she had to leave a few hours earlier). And, she’s also a very interesting, nice person to get to know - I managed to get her to catsit in between two study abroad programs - a resourceful, intelligent and responsible young woman. Recommend happily...

We thoroughly enjoyed having Dennis stay at our home with our pets. Dennis thoroughly read the house instructions, asked questions when he had them, and was responsible in every way. He took great care of our big dog Hank who seemed to quickly bond with him. Our cat Reuben needs insulin shots twice daily, and Dennis was able to manage this without problem. The pets were happy and the house was tidy when we arrived home. Dennis was great, kind, and independent. We would be delighted to have him sit for us again.

James and Aja were ideal house guests. The were very communicative before and during the sit. I got updates with photos every day and I was able to travel with peace of mind knowing my pets were being so well-cared for. They were also extremely clean and tidy! I would definitely have them back in the future and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the future.

We were so happy to have Razeen return to sit for our dog Jake. He loved meeting her and sat next to her for some affection. We communicated well about arrival, departure times and Jake’s feeding schedule. House was in excellent condition upon our return. No worries while we were away.

Cath took great care of our dog and 2 cats over several days. We could tell she really enjoyed playing with them. Very professional and a great communicator and kept the house clean. We hope to be able to have her sit our house again in the future, HIGHLY recommended!

I wish that I could give Lori (and her hubby Louie) more than 4-Stars. I felt completely at ease the entire time that I was away, and I came back to a perfectly happy, possibly even sweeter dog than I left. They even worked on walk-training her while they were there. I got regular check-ins and picture updates, which I always appreciate. Lori would be welcomed back anytime!

I highly recommend Emery and Nick as house sitters. They were exceptional from start to finish. It was clear they had thoroughly reviewed our welcome guide, arriving with thoughtful clarifying questions and asking us to review details we hadn't even considered. Their understanding of cats was evident, as our feline friends took to them immediately. Emery kept us updated throughout our trip, providing peace of mind, and we returned to find our home in perfect order. Emery and Nick are trustworthy, attentive, and caring sitters, and we would gladly have them back anytime.

Dani is an absolute sweetheart of a pet sitter and house sitter. Both of our fur babies were very well taken care of. She sent us updates multiple times during our vacation, to include pics of the fur babies. They looked very well cared for, as was our house, when we returned. She is neat, organized and an all around perfect house & pet sitter. On her departure, she had left us a cute thank you note and a catnip toy for the fur babies. We would highly recommend her and would get in touch with her again if needed.
