Ashley and Mike were wonderful! They were very attentive to all our animals. Ashley periodically provided “PUpdates” with photos and those were wonderful to receive and read while we were away. Ashley was calm and levelheaded when one of our horses developed a cyst that ruptured. She kept us updated and raised concerns appropriately without creating or causing additional stress. I was able to get someone out to evaluate and treat our horse and he has healed up nicely, thanks to Ashley using the medicated spray that was provided. Our dogs all looked well taken care of and, while they were happy to see us, it was obvious they weren’t lacking attention. They were spoiled with gifts and treats. We couldn’t be more grateful. Our goats were plump and happy. Ashley even took care to rescue a couple who got their heads stuck in the new fencing we installed and she took photos so we knew exactly what needed to be fixed when we got home. Our chickens were laying regularly, which is another sign of good care. And our peacocks tail feathers were full and beautiful. The house was neat when we arrived home - sheets were washed and ready for us to re-make the bed they stayed in. A little dusting and wiping down of the patio furniture was all I needed to do when we got home and settled in. We had record growth in our front and backyards. Even though my husband did all the yard work before leaving, it was like Jurassic Park when we got home. I had to apologize to Ashley. We’ve never seen so much growth in the 10 years living here. The drought in CA is over folks! We’re happy about that, but we will likely hire a Gardner to keep the lawns and landscaping up next time we leave during the Springtime.

We couldn't be happier with Lynn and Ray caring for our pets and home. Their communication was exemplary before, during and after their stay. We used mostly text but also email for more in depth conversations. And we so enjoyed the regular photos of kitties, Ray and Lynn's interactions with them and their stories from home. They really made us feel very confident that all was well at home.

They are clearly mature, knowledgeable home owners, and nurturing pet lovers. They took great care and kind effort to help our timid male came out of his shell and kept the younger rambunctious female loved and entertained.

We came home to a sparkly clean home, with everything in it's place. Our fur babies were contented and our plants well tended.

We highly recommend Ray and Lynn to others. In fact, we hope to have them sit for us again in the future.

Stella is definitely the most affectionate kitty I have ever seen! She is clearly loved and well looked after as she accepted me the moment I stepped into Bree's beautiful and very cozy apartment in one of these gorgeous, cute, colorful SF houses! Whenever I had a call, she was always the third buddy conversing with us because her purring is so sweetly loud :)))
Bree made everything to make my stay the most comfortable, provided clear instructions, and gave awesome advice and guidance about exploring SF and the historic neighborhood around the corner.
Thank you, Bree, for your hospitality and opportunity to explore the Bay, missing Stella's warmth already!

Linda
Three week sit in lovely Deeside for an Irish wolfhound and elderly Labrador. Both dogs were quiet and gentle but Boru was the star! He was also the hairiest dog ever but luckily he loved a daily brushing which helped to keep the hair down indoors and for our spring clean before leaving. He was very bright and we loved him. Linda's home was very large and interesting and I enjoyed cooking on an Aga for the first time. She and Peter were helpful in taking us on a couple of favourite walks from the house, so we were able to continue twice daily in their routine. Linda kindly shared an evening meal with us on arrival and we were happy to reciprocate for their return but unfortunately had to leave before they returned as we had a 10 hour drive home. Many thanks Jennifer and Mick

Barbara
I had a chance to briefly meet with Barbara, Brandon and Hunter before the actual sit. On the day starting the 3 week's sit Barbara and Brandon kindly picked me up from Minnamurra station so that I could get a rundown on house and garden, and let Hunter familiarise himself with the new houseguest.
The home is in a wonderful location, has all mod-cons one would need and a lovely deck and spacious garden.
There are local shops nearby however it's an easy bus ride from the corner bus stop to the fabulous Shellharbour Shopping Center, or alternatively Kiama, for more serious shopping.

Hunter was a real joy to look after. He is a lovely, easy going older chappy who loves a good cuddle and is only to willing to receive his massage and belly rubs - endlessly :))
He enjoyed his walks in the immediate neighbourhood and particularly our trips to the local beach. His favourite game though is catching the stream of water from the garden hose, utterly hilarious :))

I highly recommend this sit and would happily accept a repeat sit.

Glyn
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Glyn's house. It was very relaxing and Daisy and Nel a joy to be with. The house was clean and comfortable and they have a special place overlooking the valley of Ammandford. Glyn made us feel comfortable and welcome too. If you like tranquility, you will love this place and it is still close to amenities.

It was so great to hang out with Zug and Blue! They are so sweet and loving. They are definitely high energy and love to be around people and enjoy long walks. Blue is the sweetest! She loves to be close and was quick to warm up to us. Zug is a bit more independent, but listened well and never wasted an opportunity to remind you to play tug-of-war. Avery and Avery went to great lengths to make sure we felt comfortable and at home. The area is so nice we didn't even need to drive anywhere! There were so many walking paths and trails right at the doorstep! We had a lovely time and would jump at the opportunity to sit for Zug and Blue again!

We had an incredible stay at Sonya and Roger’s! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, we couldn’t have had a better first sit using this app! Sonya and Roger left us with clear instructions for taking care of their beautiful fur babies Opale and Ariel and we always felt supported. The house is stunning, and the cats are easy to care for. We would 100% stay with Sonya and Roger again!
