Another perfect house sit with a wonderful pooch! Kim was a great communicator, had a helpful welcome guide, and a beautiful and peaceful home close to local trails. Her home is comfortable, scenic, and safe. I enjoyed my time with Benny Ray walking the local trails, right out of the front door and down the block. Benny was easy to care for, he is well trained, and he "communicates" well when it's feeding time or he's ready for a walk! I would highly recommend this housesit to anyone who seeks peace and rest. Santa Fe is a 10 minute drive away with arts, culture, entertainment, shopping, and a wonderful selection of restaurants and eateries. Thank you for a lovely sit with Benny Ray, Kim!
Sarah was so lovely - was so friendly and communicative about Bella and her stay. She gave me a few recommendations around Bristol to try which was so helpful. The flat was lovely and in a great location to explore Bristol. Bella was an absolute gem! She was so well-behaved and we had such a lovely time - she is super affectionate and loves a cuddle. I would love to look after her again and I would recommend this sit to anyone!
Erin’s place was a wonderful spot for exploring West Seattle and beyond. Finding the place was easy. It has walkable grocery stores, restaurants, bars and is a short walk to the water taxi for venturing to Seattle downtown. Their is a bus stop right in front of the apartment as well. The kitties warmed up after a day or so and are so sweet and friendly. They are both playful and Cannon likes to investigate all the things. Instructions were super clear and detailed and commutation was easy even with a time zone difference. Erin provided great recommendations and things to do in the area. For the homebody/remote worker this was a perfect comfy spot. Nice and quiet, aesthetically pleasing with a full kitchen/bath and really fast internet. To top it off their were views of the Olympic mountains(on a clear day). The building is very safe and secure and had great amenities (rooftop, gym, coffee machine in lobby). I’d highly recommend this sit. This is a great place to enjoy West Seattle best Seattle and beyond.
This is by far one of our favorite sits thus far. First of all, the apartment is beautiful and has a spectacular view. It is conveniently located to explore San Francisco and all it has to offer. We found a great yoga studio within walking distance plus we were able to get in our daily steps walking to nearby bookstores, cafes, Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown. There are plenty of restaurants and Trader Joes is just a few blocks away if you feel like cooking in their well equipped kitchen. Valentina’s instructions were very clear so we were never left wondering what to do or how to manage anything in the apartment. Although I could never figure out how to program the Neato, there was a Dyson in the closet so I could quickly vacuum. The kitties are so sweet! They are very affectionate and super easy to care for. We sat for 2 weeks and while it took a day or two for Natalie to warm up to us, once she did, she wasn’t shy about finding her spot to join us on the couch. Jazmine was friendly from the beginning and she found her spot in bed to sleep with us on the very first night. It was such a pleasure to sit for these beautiful fur babies; so much that we’ve already agreed to come back on their next trip. We highly recommend it.
I had a wonderful time pet and house sitting for Tom and Julija and I can’t say enough great things about this stay. Dogs are wonderful and some of the easiest I’ve cared for. Always ready to go out and play but will stay and relax at home just the same. They’re lovely dogs and will warm up to you as soon as they meet you. Tom was also very communicative and accommodating throughout my stay which was very appreciated. It’s a small town feel with a special community which was felt through Tom’s cafe and meeting locals through his neighbors and family.
