She was right on top of things, communicated promptly and efficiently, and never got rattled. Her engineering background served her (and us!) well. All the while she loved up and took great care of our cat Pi while enjoying our home and town. When we arrived home from our trip the house and property were perfect and a happy Pi was there to greet us. Bottom line: choose Tricia and thank us later.
