Brian has been nothing but flexible and understanding while walking my dog Hooch. Hooch's temperament is a bit on the anxious side, and having Brian walk him has made a big improvement in how relaxed he is in the evening. Brian has also been very accommodating with shifting his walk schedule from time to time due to my work schedule. Great communication, and has always let me know how my dog was for the day if I ask.

Brian has been amazing! Brian has been walking my Chocolate lab since I was relocated to St. Louis in January. He is great at communicating how your pet is doing and any changes he notices. He has been super reliable and adaptable to my work schedule. I would recommend STL Happy Dogs to anyone looking for someone who cares about the care of their pet.

Brian really helped me out during my travels through St. Louis. I had tried several larger dog sitters and all were either booked, didn’t return my calls or required a meet and greet prior to my dog spending the day. Upon meeting Brian, he was immediately aware of my dog’s anxiety due to traveling. She willingly went with him which made me feel at ease about leaving her. I am so glad Brian was able to keep my dog as active as I was while we visited St. Louis. His prices are reasonable and his service was greatly appreciated.

I agree, Brian was a lifesaver! He was able to watch my dog Riley when I had some last-minute plans. We did a meet a greet and my dog loved him, she was immediately at ease! Brian was super easy-going and nice to work with. He even took care of Riley's upset stomach after getting into the trash (sorry!). I felt horrible that she got sick at his place, especially bc I was running late picking her up the next day! But he was so nice to take care of her and was not upset that I was late or at the fact she got sick at his place! He even said she was welcome back :)

Brian with STL Happy Dogs watched our 3 cats when we went on vacation recently. He was responsive and made sure they received lots of pets, food and a clean litter box. Our travel plans were disrupted and we had to stay an extra day and Brian made time to stop by and check in on the cats that extra day. It's clear he really cares about the pets he is caring for. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Brian when I was a student and needed someone to care for my new cat over school breaks. He was very professional and accommodating to the specifics of what I needed, including playing with and spending time with my cat. He took great care of my neighbor's dog, too. Brian was a miracle worker from day one. His response time was impeccable. We struggled with getting control of our rescue dog for nearly three years before we reached out to Brian & STL Happy Dogs. His presence was immediately helpful with finally integrating our dog into the household as a real family member. We have also used his boarding services when we travel and I wouldn't trust my dog more with anyone else.

Brian did a nice job taking care of my 2 kitties over a weekend. He was calm and quiet so they took to him instantly! He has reasonable prices, sent pics of my cats at his visits and he kept their food and litter bucket areas immaculately clean. I really appreciated that. I would use his services again .

Brian was very responsive when I contacted him on-line for pet sitting on short notice. He came right out to our house to meet the animals. While we were away he kept in communication with us about how it was going, especially with our dog who can sometimes be reluctant. It so happened that our neighborhood lost power due to a storm while we were away, and Brian let us know and was making sure it didn’t get too warm in the house for the animals. He visited several times a day, and was very flexible when we let him know we would be returning later than originally planned. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brian and STL Happy Dogs, LLC again, and actually plan to in the very near future! Thank you Brian!

Brian watched our cat for two trips and we’ve been very happy with the service. He came by ahead of our first trip and learned our cat’s needs and routine. He sends text updates with a photo with each visit, which we appreciated and keeps everything tidy.

Celsi is the BEST boarding host! She is absolutely caring about each and every one of the pets she watches and my dog loved her so much I wasn’t sure she’d want to come back home! Not only is Celsi an amazing host but the environment she provides for the dogs is such an essential primal canine experience because dogs are pack animals. I have not seen my dog thriving more than when she’s roaming as part of the pack! I highly recommend boarding at Celsi’s Dog Care. You can feel confident that your pet is getting the best attention and stimulating environment while you’re away.

I just had the best experience boarding my dog at Celsi’s! Celsi is super friendly and really cares about the animals. The facility is clean and spacious, with tons of space for exercise and play. I loved receiving daily updates and photos—they really put my mind at ease knowing my pup was having a great time. When I picked him up, he was so happy and clearly well taken care of. I can’t recommend Celsi’s enough for anyone looking for quality dog boarding. I’ll definitely be back!

Celsi is awesome! My family planned a road trip through St. Louis, and wanted to go up in the arch, but dogs aren’t allowed. I found Celsi through maps, and she was easy to get a hold of, and said that she could watch my Shepherd mix while my family went to the arch. I totally forgot to submit all of my paperwork and confirm my booking, but she made it work for me, even though it was my mistake. She was so accommodating, and took great care of my dog while I was gone. So glad I found her!

Celsi is the best! We’ve boarded twice with her. Our two pups get all the love and attention they need. They were spoiled and loved playing with the other dogs. Great socialization for your pups.

Celsi is amazing. Her love for the dogs is clear and I know our lil dog is in good hands when I drop her off for daycare. I love that they are active and get to play, but also have opportunities to snuggle up and relax. I also love that she takes pictures of the pups playing that I get to see while I’m away! We took a 10 day vacation this year and boarded with Celsi. We had no issues and Celsi makes the whole process easy. She was a happy loved dog when we brought her back home. I’m so grateful we found Celsi!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I just recently moved back into the area and I have an 8 month old puppy named Bear. I work full time and had in home care for him regularly up until a month ago. I wanted to find somewhere that was warm and welcoming but also safe for my dog. Celsi is all of those things and more! Bear has been going for almost three weeks and I have already begun to see positive behavior changes. He is so tired when he comes home in the best way possible and just relaxes. He now knows when we are going and happily jumps in my car to go. I take Bear 2-3 days a week and the prices are extremely reasonable for the care and level of love your animal is getting. Celsi is professional with her business and processes as well as considerate of people like me who are new to this process. Her daughter makes and sometimes sells home made treats which are nutritious and yummy. Celsi posts on Facebook which I love because I can see how Bear is doing when I am not with him. I cannot say enough positive things about this little gem of a business in Affton!! Look no further If you are looking for a place for your dog to be loved, mentally stimulated and safe. I am so grateful we have found her space and can’t wait to watch Bear make new friends and grow there.. :)

We are so lucky we found Celsi’s Dog Care a little over 2 years ago! We have such peace of mind when we leave our dog for vacations knowing that Celsi treats them like her own! She’s very accommodating, keeps you in the loop with pictures and videos, and my dog loves her! I can’t recommend her enough!!

I have used Celsi multiple time to watch my pup on long trips and have never felt better about the care of my pup! He gets so excited to see her so I know how well she treats him! I get pictures and videos and when I reach out to check on him she responds quickly. Celsi is great to work with, professional and organized. Finally, her prices are the best I have found, which is great because I feel I get the family touch for a price much lower than the big kennels! I highly recommend and will continue to work with her!

Celsi is amazing. I take my 4-month-old puppy once or twice a week and he has the best time ever he comes home. He's happy. It's an amazing place. They have little dogs. They have larger dogs but she does a great job with all of them. I recommend it highly

Celsi is AMAZING! We boarded our three pups for the first time and had some hesitancy about doing so because they’re our babies. But Celsi made sure to update us when we requested and she always posted pics and videos of them so that we could see how much fun they were having! She definitely gave us a sense of comfort and trust when it came to caring for our pups. We would definitely use Celsi’s services again and definitely recommend her go all the dog moms and dads out there!

First pic is of his grooming at the Maryville location in August.. 2nd pic is his grooming at Ofallon location a month later. As you can see, the quality of service drops dramatically. I was not aware that all of their groomers weren’t excellent.. I literally could have given him the cut the Ofallon location gave him for free if I wanted him to look like he was handled by an inexperienced groomer. It’s not even … I dropped off my very cute mini poodle and picked up a Russian hit man with a bowl cut. I’m devastated. 😭

Michelle and Renee are amazing trainers. Our baby Maisey can now be walked at the park and be around people. We are so thankful for all of the hard work from everybody. We never thought we would be able to enjoy going places with our fur baby. They customized the training our baby needed. Everybody in this location loves animals and are so wonderful. Thank you all so much. Maisey loves coming.

We are helping part of our military family out by watching their fur baby Prince for 2 years. We were told prince could not go to a groomer due to being scared of water and was asked to never come back to any groomer he visited. Kennelwood was able to take a nervous dog, give him a bath and do his nails with no muzzle and give him a great experience! He is a nervous 114lb Great Dane, Labrador retriever and Bernese mountain dog and came out happy and smelling great!

We used Kennelwood in O’Fallon, Il for our puppy Teddy and we couldn’t be happier. The staff and trainers are all so welcoming and Teddy loved going everyday. The trainers did a wonderful job of working with Teddy and showing us how to continue our work with him here at home. He has shown so much growth and we would highly recommend Kennelwood to anyone that is looking for support with obedience with their dogs/puppies.

I’ll post pics so you can see his hair is still super long just looks cleaner& combed! 1st pic is before . I called to make an appt for my husky. Told them he needed a hair cut. She said ok when you get here we will discuss the cut you want, it’s up to me. When I get to the appt the stylist I spoke with said she don’t cut huskies hair. I’m like that’s not what they told me . So she said she would trim him up. Well long story short my dog is still shedding like crazy, hair is still super long and I paid 111$ Just for a bath and a hair comb !! That is ridiculous. They didn’t trim his nails. But didn’t give me a discounted price either . Told me to bring him back for a nail trim. Which is an inconvenience for me ! He didn’t even get a scarf like the other dogs ! They are money hungry. Only thing about the service is he looked cleaned . But I could have took him elsewhere for a much much cheaper bath ! I won’t take him back unless they give me a free groom for wasting my time and money !

Elizabeth was able to tame my tornado doodle into a sweet and obedient dog. She also explained things well to me, so I feel confident moving forward with training at home. As a year old pup, she even responds to commands from my three-year-old, and he is able to easily take her for a walk. Nothing short of amazing!

I will always recommend Kennelwood for grooming, boarding, and training services. They are THE BEST! Friendly staff and you and your pets always get great care! They squeezed my two dogs in for a grooming appointment when I accidentally scheduled at a different location. I trust them with my fur babies 100%!

My puppy Charlie stayed for 5 days and went to the day camp every day. We got picture updates of her playing each day and I know she had an awesome time because she was tired when we picked her up. Kennelwood was diligent about getting all the necessary info about my pups medication at drop off and then called to notify me she wasn’t eating much dinner (which is normal for her) and checked to see if they could add some enrichment food to encourage her to eat. They took great care of her and made for a worry free experience for the both of us. Would definitely board her here again.

I loved my Kennelwood experience. My pup came with very little training and just in 3 weeks left with knowing everything I asked the trainer to work on. My baby left with being able to sit, climb, come and heel. I would get photo updates daily along with sessions with the trainer. It was a great experience - I also loved the drop off times and pick up. The team really works with you.

We decided to take our Luca to Kennelwood on a recommendation from a coworker and we were amazed with the progress our boy made! Raegan was so full of knowledge and a huge help with training us as his humans and answering all of our never ending questions. Luca got to the point where he would ‘ask’ us to go to school on the weekends when it’s closed. Thank you all of the staff who gave our boy so much love during the week, even though his 6 week program is over he will be back! 🙂

I’ve been using All Paws 🐾 to kennel my two dogs when I go on vacation, they’ve always come home happy and in good condition…I would not hesitate to recommend them …

As I was leaving the facility, I heard a worker in the outside pen screaming at the dogs to "shut up". He did this several times. If I hadn't had a medical appointment, I would had taken my dog right then. My animal was there for a "daycare" interview. Needless to say, I will NOT go back to this facility again. Side note: the owner is breaking military regulations by advertising his rank and the USAF insignia in postings for hiring

Me and my pup both had an amazing experience with All Paws. Staff were so kind and I felt that she was in good hands plus she had a blast while she was there and they took the time to update me on her first day. The pics provided were sent by them!

Freya seemed to enjoy the visit. She came home tired and ready to nap...a sign that she plated hard. Staff was great. Obviously enjoy the job and the dogs in their care.

My doodle tillie loves to go to daycare at all paws! Staff is always friendly and helpful coming out to the car to get her. They all seem to truly love pets! They even made the cutest valentine card with her paw print and sent home a goodie bag for her! Thank you for making my dogs life better!

When looking for a new daycare, I was worried about finding a place that my puppy liked. I can safely say that I was not disappointed in choosing All Paws Inn! My 5 month old puppy loves going to daycare during the week, and the staff is amazing! They are very understanding of the fact that Ryder is very young and still learning! One of my favorite things about All Paws Inn is the fact that they even come and pick up dogs from your car, which is very convenient if you are in a rush or wanting to make a quick and easy drop off! Occasionally, they even send us pupdates throughout the day! We would recommend All Paws Inn to anyone looking for a new doggy daycare! Another plus, our pup plays so hard at daycare that he falls asleep in the car before we can even pull out of the parking lot!

I would recommend this place to anyone. I was very nervous to leave my cat for as many days as I did and they made me feel good about doing it. A plus, they sent me pictures every day that she was there which eased my anxiety.

I have had my labradoodle groomed here many times and left six months ago in search of a groomer who would groom him according to photos provided and our preference. Despite repeated requests, they would completely shave him - nose, ears, tail and barely trim his nails. Once a few years ago we arrived and we were told he did not have an appointment. I heard things have improved so we thought we would try again and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out, arrived only to be told he did not have an appointment. They said they could have worked him in, but he needs updated vaccinations. That should have been discussed when the appointment was made. Never again.

It was the first time taking my dog somewhere for boarding, and I could not be happier with my decision to take her here. I got to watch her the whole time on the live stream cameras, and she did so well. Would definitely recommend Lucky Dog and will bring my dog back!

I have to say that our dog loves Lucky Dog. I wish I could say the same. Not that his stay was unpleasant, but, the staff definitely was. I was so surprised when I came to pick him up after a long stay, no one greeted me. I brought 2 blankets that were folded in a bag, and, they were handed back to me in a bundle, not a bag. I asked if he was good, no response. I said I hope so, no response. I was told what I owed and asked how I wanted to pay. Never was there a Thank you; hope to see you again, nothing. I felt very uncomfortable. I also recently referred my neighbor, and she took her dog here. Never was there a “thank you”. Hope the friendliness returns as it has been in the past, or I may have to check out the competition.

Really great experience very quickly started new first time visit, everyone was super friendly my dogs grooming was done quick and he looked so nice and smelled amazing. I'm glad I did review checks, just moved into town and had a great experience on my first visit.

We have used Lucky Dog for years for our dogs. This is hands down the best place whose staff treat your dogs like they are their own!!! They are trained to recognize the first signs of issues with pets. While we were away recently, our dog started to show signs of bloat while in their care. They rushed her to a vet clinic and we were able to have life saving treatment for her. We are so appreciative of their exquisite care. We always feel like we are dropping our dog off with family when we leave them in their care! I HIGHLY recommend Lucky Dog for day care or boarding needs!

Twice now Buster's hair has been trimmed(cut) too short. The first time it was shaved, this time it was still too short, even after asking for it to not be trimmed, too short.

Lucky dog watches Our dogs from time to time. Always professional. Also 3 days ago their tag on our dog helped him get home when he escaped my yard.

Best doggy daycare around. Everyone is so friendly and they take good care of the dogs. I'm glad I started taking my dog there. The grooming is really good and when I leave my dog overnight, i know she is in good hands.

Judy has been our pet sitter since July 2016. We moved back to this area and I was very cautious about finding a pet sitter to watch over my 3 beagles. We interviewed Judy and my dogs took to her immediately. We did a couple of trial visits before signing on with her full time. I cannot say enough positive things about Judy and her staff. I would recommend her without hesitation. One of the things I love most is not worrying about my dogs being by themselves overnight as she provides this service. As you can tell by the photos I've attached, they love her!!!

I have been using Judy's service for over a year now. She has been a God send for me & my fur babies. She cares for both my dogs & cats. I have two senior dogs & cats (one dog has special medical needs) that makes boarding them out almost impossible. In steps Judy with her at home care! So far I have taken numerous extended trips where Judy pet & house sits for me. Great job each time! She takes excellent care of my furbabies; daily care to include meds, clean up, indoor/outdoor play, and making them feel safe & secure while I am away. For those times I need a simple pet care visit when I am away for extended hours, a quick call to Judy to stop in puts my mind at ease! Highly recommend!

Judy and her staff are amazing! They met with me before and set up a great plan of action to care for my puppy. Both she and Savannah have watched my dog and I couldn't be happier with the service I get from them both. I have no worries at all when they are caring from my pets.

If you're like my husband and I your animals are your kids. Judy is incredible when it comes to taking care of our fur babies!! It's so nice to have piece of mind knowing they are being cared for in their own home instead of some boarding place when you really don't know how they are being treated behind closed doors. Sandy stayed with our cat and dog for 5 days over Thanksgiving. Our dog is a recent rescue and is timid and easily frightened, but she went above and beyond to make sure that they were well taken care of and to send us regular updates. Our only concern was whether our pets would even be happy to see us given how much love she gave them!

I would never leave my dogs with anyone else! Judy stays at my house and is extremely loving and caring with my dogs. If you have a doggie who is a bit difficult she is the dog whisperer! I highly recommend her services!

Since my work situation changed, I was no longer able to stay home with my dogs as often as I did; so, we went through our options and decided to try out Canine to 5. We are SO GLAD we did. Our designated petsitter is Sandy and she is awesome. She goes above and beyond, and really cares about our dogs. She makes sure to send us pictures of the dogs and leaves us notes about their time together. We know that our dogs are in good hands and we never have to worry on the days she comes by. If you can, ask for Sandy!!!

Judy is amazing! I have used her for pet sitting services, personal errands, and elder care for my grandmother. She handles her clients with the upmost professionalism and care. Very dependable and trustworthy.

As we are moving and it's our pups last day, we have to give happy tails the raving review they truly deserve. This place is his home away from home. I always run into employees who are possibly more excited than I am to see my own dog. They take the best care of the pups here and have the best service in town. Always take the girls here. The groomers do a good job and the people all genuinely care about your pets. Only complaint I can say about “grooming” categorically is that the costs are just getting way too high . It’s not a Happy tails specific problem, it’s a widespread problem. I hope that costs come back down soon. I recommend a hat you check this place out and see if you appreciate the people as much as I do.

Happy Tails lost my dog for almost 48 hours. I have been a loyal customer for four years and what happened to me this past weekend is ridiculous. I brought both of my dogs (yellow lab and black lab) to Happy Tails on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:45am for boarding. I was scheduled to pick them up on Sunday, June 30, 2024 before 1pm. On Sunday at approximately 12:45pm, I arrived at Happy Tails to pick up my dogs. I paid for the boarding and then they brought, what they believed to be, both of my dogs out. They successfully brought my yellow lab out, however, they brought me the wrong black lab... I informed Happy Tails of the mistake and was told that they would get my dog and that this happens sometimes with German Shepherds and Labradors. After waiting for about 15 minutes, a worker came up appearing to be flustered and nervous. The worker and a few other workers had a meeting behind the gated area and when she walked out to the waiting room, I was informed that my dog was no longer at Happy Tails. Long story short, I dropped my dog off on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:45am, Happy Tails gave my dog to someone else on Friday at 2:30pm, and the person that took my dog on Friday at 2:30pm didn’t return my dog until Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 2:15pm. In other words, Happy Tails gave my dog away for 47.5 hours. I was told Happy Tails would give me a refund, however, as of the time of this posting, that has not happened. Regardless of whether or not they give me a refund, they gave my dog away. It is important to note that the person Happy Tails gave my dog to assured Happy Tails it was his dog, and he initially refused to return him when they informed him of their mistake... I will not be bringing my dogs back.

I trust Happy Tails and my 2 large babies love going here. They are a 24/7 business not only looking out for your pets but also you. If they don't pick up on the first call, please wait and call back it due to all the amazing customers they are happy to serve that sometimes you have to call back or walk in. 5/5 recommend!

I have been using Happy Tails strictly for grooming for years. I cannot say enough about the stellar customer service. The people are what make Happy Tails so great. If you are considering using Happy Tails for any of their services, i highly recommend you do.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. My dog has gotten groomed here twice now and every single time I am beyond happy with how she comes out. CHLOE is such a sweetheart and so talented, she spoke with me about what we want and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with her. My dog is usually shy but she came back like a new woman.

We left our dog with them perfectly healthy, he came back with a terrible limp on his back legs. Found out today he developed intervertebral disc disease and will be paralyzed the rest of his life. This develops from being dropped, or falling. We called Happy tails and their response is we’re not responsible for any injuries that happen during our care. BEWARE ABOUT LEAVING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!

My 8 month old puppy absolutely loves this place! We take her here 1-2 days a week, and she gets the socialization she needs. It is really nice to have someone else tire her out because she has boundless energy. They have also handled COVID safety measures very well.

Love everyone there! They have been so attentive to my puppy even tho we are not there every week!! The orientation was wonderful and my puppy loves everyone she has come in contact with! One day I left her for a little bit, been house hunting in the area and they were more than accommodating to take her for a short time. We had such a great experience with Jenna. My dog has anxiety issues and Jenna was so relaxed and calm with him. Her trailer has windows, so Gizmo could look out and see familiar sights. Jenna was prompt and quick! Gizmo looked so adorable after she was done. We will definitely keep Travling Tails on speed dial.

I can not say enough nice things about Trailing Tails Inn. Our dog Chopper needed an outlet for his energy and some much needed exercise. He LOVES daycare. He goes one day a week. He can be a handful but they are patient and kind to him. I highly recommend them.

Traveling Tails Inn is just phenomenal. I took my dog, Balto, there from 2018 up until we moved away. I lived in St. Louis during that time and the commute over was absolutely worth it for how well they take care of the pups there. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and Balto would literally pull me out of the car whenever we arrived because he was so excited to be there. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone in need of doggy day care or boarding services. They are truly amazing people there. Love, a forever grateful customer.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My dog Ace absolutely loves going there for doggy day care. The facility is very clean and the people that work there are amazing. If you are looking for a great place for your dog to hang out I would highly recommend them. We also tried the spa today and that was great as well! Ace looks great and his coat is super soft.

My dog didn’t work out here, but I had a positive experience overall with them. The things that I liked was the half day or all day doggy daycare, plus daycare included in boarding. I didn’t like the idea of my dog being in a kennel all day during boarding. They also have an app where you can access live video anytime. They tried to make things work for my dog, but after a few drop offs for daycare it wasn’t the right environment for him. I found out after he has arthritis and he was sore during play time and this is why he got snappy with the other dogs. They didn’t charge me for his last stay with them due to this not being a good fit and I appreciate their honesty with me.

This place is the best! My pup Woody boards/day care and gets so excited even when we pull into the parking lot! We give him a great life at home but every dog needs to hang with their pup friends every once in awhile!

We have had great experiences with Traveling Tails. We have used the daycare services (pretty consistently) and boarding on occasion. Our dog comes home tired and I know it's because she was out playing all day! It's a great way for her to stay socialized and I love watching the cameras and catching her running around. The staff always recognize Mia and are excited when she comes in. In the summer we like that they have small pools set up because our dog loves to play in the water! Great staff and facility that is conveniently located for us. I would recommend Traveling Tails!

Traveling Tails dog daycare and boarding program is fantastic. My dog is scared of strangers and anxious to be away from me but will happily walk into daycare here. Being able to watch him on the live cameras puts my mind at ease as well. The staff remember you and your dog and make you feel very welcome. They are very responsive and helpful to any questions or concerns.

We started taking our pup here so she could socialize and get some energy out with other dogs. She absolutely loves it. When we turn into the parking lot she is already yipping and getting hyped to go in. The staff are all super kind and get to know dogs by name, so when you walk in and they greet your dog by name it feels extra special. The facility also has cameras up so you can access the feed for free via their website or pay $5 for a year for the phone app. Totally worth it in my opinion just to watch your dog have a good time, it's a little serotonin boost. They do have grooming, which we have done once, but our pup really didn't have a great time and was a little skittish going back afterwards. The grooming was well done, our dog just doesnt enjoy nail trimmings.

Our dogs absolutley love going to Traveling Tails. The staff is always courteous and helpful. We use them for both day care and boarding them when we travel. Highly recommended!
