Joanna was an ideal sitter. The communication was immediate and responsive, very easy and reliable to plan with, lots of pics and videos while we were away, and the apartment was very clean when we got back. Plus, we had a nice chat and she is a lovely human being! Strongly recommend.

Manuel and Olga are 5 star pet sitters!! They were attentive and caring at every opportunity and they kept in contact with us in just the right amount. They made us feel like our pets were in really safe hands. When we got back from our time away the house was immaculate and the pets were so happy. We cannot recommend Manuel and Olga enough they are really reliable and wonderful with animals.

I had doubts about taking Felix for his first ever pet sit due to his youth and lack of experience, but this man proved wise beyond his years, utterly reliable, responsible, tidy, domesticated, and caring. He went above and beyond all expectations of cat care, playing them UTube bird videos, and even sharing his bed with the large one. His daily WhatsApp chats were reassuring and entertaining, and he’s a good cook, and left me some tortilla pattata for my return. Pet sits don’t get much better than this!

Anastasia and Ivan were absolutely brilliant house sitters! Lottie was very well cared for and was taken out on picnics and trips every day. They played with her, cuddled her and sent me photos of her daily exploits. My plants were looked after and the house was kept tidy. Definitely the best sitters I have ever had!!

Paula is a fantastic pet sitter. We have 4 cats whom she all easily and naturally approached and immediately connected with. Our 22 outdoor and uncaged rabbits can be a challenge, but Paula is so kind and curious to learn more about every pet she needs to care for that I could see how much she wanted to provide the best care even for pets she wasn't used to in these quantities. I was amazed how well she implemented my explanations and Paula has become a great caregiver for rabbits as well!! She was able to administer medicine to four different rabbits — not an easy task while keeping her calm. Thank you so much and I would love to have Paula back anytime.

Hazel sat for our four cats for a week while we were away visiting friends. We were delighted to have her sit for us and wouldn’t hesitate to ask her back if the dates matched up. Hazel was proactive and organised before the sit, arrived bang on time on the day we left, and was brilliant at sending a daily photo while we were away. We have slightly complicated cats, but she was great at it all and we came back to a very happy household. Thanks Hazel!

Helene looked after our cat Kingsley for the weekend. She was very friendly, and happily had a zoom call with us beforehand to 'meet' each other before we went ahead. She also arrived before we left so that we could hand over the key and walk through everything in person. Kingsley instantly warmed to her which was great.  She didn't have a camera phone but sent us an email update with screenshots that she took on her computer - we really appreciated this! She stripped the bed, hoovered and emptied the bins before she left, which was very kind of her when she only stayed two nights. Thanks Helene :)
