Vanessa

Vanessa was great looking after Inca and the house. She has lots of energy so he had lots of lovely walks and seemed to have responded well to that and the bones and broth Vanessa gave him. The house was clean and tidy when we got back. Would totally recommend Vanessa and hope she will be able to sit for us again

Catherine was an excellent house and pet sitter: very responsible & reliable - in spite of having Covid over Christmas, she still committed to looking after my dogs, thus allowing me to still go on holiday for the New Year … what a star! She was flexible when my return journey was messed up by Storm Henk, and I arrived home to a very clean house and happy hounds.

Emily

Emily was with our pets Jimmy the cat and Carola, our dog for a 2 month stay while we were away in Spain. She was wonderful with them and they were well cared for and happy when we returned. Emily fell ill her first week sitting but we were able to send Carola to a local dog-walker/sitter for a few days while she rested and recuperated from a very bad flu. Jimmy stayed home and kept her company. Cats are easier to care for even when sick. The house was in order also with the aid of our housekeeper who helped out and knows exactly how and where things are kept and organized. Not speaking Italian may have been somewhat of an issue when problems arose but we have very helpful neighbors, hence the 4 star for self-sufficiency due to the language barrier. I'm certain she's perfectly self sufficient in English speaking situations. We did have an electrical problem when a fuse unexpectedly blew and a heating issue, both resolved within 24 hours or less. Unfortunately Emily was without heat during that time and we suggested she use the small space heater until the problem could be resolved. Always good to have emergency back-ups in place. I was able to reset the date/time for heating system with Emily by phone using whatsapp. We regularly received photos of her walks and park runs with Carola. Also photos of Jimmy snugggling up to her. The pets were obviously content during our absence and spoiled with brushings, treats and lots of love. Emily kindly bought us some breakfast foods when we returned which was very considerate. Emily is a reliable and attentive sitter. Your pets are in good hands with her!

Maggie

We have again been lucky enough to have the wonderful Maggie care for our cat Ted and our home. We cannot fault her and will always hope to have her back! House was spotless as always, Ted was relaxed and happy, and she even left us supplies and treats for our girls to come home to. An absolutely safe pair of hands to leave in charge. Thank you so much Maggie!!

Helen was wonderful. Dudley loves her and nothing was too much trouble. She went over and above to keep the house clean and tidy and kept Dudley happy so we could go away with confidence. She’s coming back shortly. I would recommend her unreservedly to other people.

Rebecca

Another great visit from this lovely family. The dogs have a wonderful time as Rebecca, Ben and Freya like to explore by paw everywhere they can so it makes for lovely adventures. Oreo and Toffee will miss them. This is their 3rd visit in 2 years and they are welcome here anytime. The sit is very easy, organised and everything is as it should be. Thank you for everything.

Ana & Duarte

Ana and Duarte house sat for us and took excellent care of our four year old Miniature Schnauzer, Max for five and a half weeks over June/ July 2018. We give them a Triple A rating. Right from their application they were excellent communicators and while we were away we loved and were reassured to receive their weekly updates and photos of outings they'd taken Max on. He had a wonderful time during their care with trips to parks, the beach and outings in the car. We were a little worried he'd had such a good time that he'd ignore us when we got back! We returned home to a trim, very happy Max, plus an extremely clean and tidy house, paths and car. We can't thank Ana and Duarte enough for taking such great care of everything, especially Max. They'd also undertaken some small maintenance tasks such as battery replacements. It's a pleasure to give Ana and Duarte our very highest recommendation.

Stuart and Francis were amazing. They looked after Billy and the house. Billy hardly noticed we’d been away he’d obviously enjoyed being with the sitters. A very responsible and sensible couple we’d definitely have them again Highly recommend

I can’t recommend Annie highly enough. She was simply amazing. She was so kind to our dog Mitsy and treated her as if she were her own. She was also very patient with us and sent us daily updates and pictures/videos of Mitsy as this was our first time leaving Mitsy for such a long time. Mitsy was so loved and looked after by Annie. She looked after Mitsy so well when she had some bowel issues and even bought and cooked fresh chicken to get her back on track. Annie also looked after our house extremely well and even stopped the rabbits from getting in the poly tunnel. And to top it all off she had a delicious dinner ready for us when we came home. We feel and hope we have made a friend for life. And you could not get a better person than Annie to look after your pets and home. Thank you Annie.

Claire & Philip

Claire and Philip were very organised and reliable - nothing was a too much trouble. We felt very happy leaving our dog, cat and home in their hands, and returned to a clean and tidy house and very happy animals! Communication was superb from the beginning and during the time we were away. We highly recommend them and hope they will return to look after Bella and Tiggy again! Thank you so much!

Tom & Claire

Tom and Clare were calm, competent and first class house sitters. They looked after our two dogs and our chickens beautifully and the house was immaculate on our return. Their delightful daughters took their role as Dog Cuddlers in Chief very seriously and Albert and Arkwright have never been so pampered (and Arkwright never so fluffy after all the grooming he had!). Highly recommended and many thanks from all of us.

Sylvie and (and kids) were wonderful cat sitters. We had excellent communication before and during their stay. The house was lovely and tidy, and the kitties were very happy. They were very thoughtful and considerate guests. I hope they enjoyed Bristol and have many more fun trips around the UK!

It was so lovely to have Paul and Moira stay in our home and look after our two dogs. Our dogs were very over excited when they arrived and it took some time to calm them. Moira and Paul  handled the dogs well and once we left, they kept the dogs calm and well cared for. 

Moira and Paul are a lovely couple, we enjoyed dinner with them the night before we left and enjoyed their company. They are reliable, there was good communication before and during the sit and they treated our home with respect. We will be using them again later this year for an extended stay.

I would highly recommend them for any pet/house sit.
