Thanks so much for allowing us to take care of Lola and your home. It was special for us to be your first experience with Trusted House Sitters. I hope you will take some more trips away, so others can enjoy Lola who is just so bloody sweet, accepting, loving and a pleasure to spend time with. She is so funny on walks, nose to the floor and going, snapping at flies if she can catch one and gives a bark at a noisy skate-boarder. We really enjoyed our time with Lola. She is so easy. Jania and Guys home is in an incredible location in Kits. So many parks and great walks outside the front door. Everything is so convenient, one does not have to get in the car. We have stayed in many homes over the last 7 years of traveling. One can come go into a home and there is an immediate feeling. This home has a special feeling, Jania and Guy have created a very comfortable home and filled it with their love. They have an awesome record collection, a great opportunity to sit and listen and be in the moment with Lola. We would love to care for Lola again any day and would highly recommend this positive experience with Guy, Jania and Lola to any housesitter. You will not be disappointed! This sit is amazing! Rosie is the easiest dog to be around and will have you falling in love with her in no time. She walks easily off lead, is a great companion, and is really well-trained. I miss her already. The sit location is paradise in itself, with stunning views from the balcony, your own private place with a fireplace and super easy-going lovely hosts - I honestly could not have asked for a better sit. Oh and did I mention there are heaps of walks around the lake and local bushland that are stunning! Thank you Deb & Axel and my love to Rosie who hopefully I will sit again soon!

Vanda and Edward have a beautiful, warm and comfortable home in a lovely area of North Yorkshire with a number of great dog walks (including to Jervaulx Abbey) directly from the house. There are also a couple of excellent pubs within a short distance. We received a very warm welcome and communication was easy and straightforward throughout. Willow was an absolute joy to look after. She's a lovely gentle dog who loves her food and her walks and it was great to see her turn into an excitable puppy after she'd had a swim! A wonderful experience from start to finish and we'd would absolutely love to come back again.
i had the most wonderful time sitting for Lindsay and Steve and looking after their pets in beautiful Argyll. The house has spectacular views over Loch Fyne was lovely and cozy, clean, spacious, and had everything i needed for my stay including some foods and drink to get me started :) All the animals were a delight to take care of and Winnie and Daphne provided me with lots of entertainment when all the farm animals were put to bed. There was time in the day to do long walks with Winnie along the shoreline and meeting the neighbours making for a very friendly stay. Lindsay was great at communicating pre-visit and had planned that i I arrived the day before their departure which was brilliant. Lindsay was immediately super friendly showing me around the house and going through the instructions for the animals which she had kindly printed.. There was opportunity to work with the animals outside together which was really useful for introductions to the ponies, sheep and chickens and where everything is . All in all a great experience Lindsay and Steve are both passionate about their animals and were very appreciative of them being cared for whilst they were away. I would definitely return to this sit and recommend it to anyone that loves working outside with animals. Sheila
