We have to start with Bailey - the happiest, best behaved bundle of fun you’re likely to meet. Her recall is excellent which made each walk a real pleasure. There are great walks literally from the doorstep. Bailey chose which ones she liked! She loves cuddling up beside you, and just wants to please. Very easy going and a delight to be around. Oreo in true cat like fashion made us earn his respect. He turned up for meals and then happily strolled off. By day three we were on chin rubbing terms, and were allowed to brush him by day five. The area is extremely peaceful with lovely far reaching views. Petersfield town centre is easily reached in under 10 minutes and had a great variety of shops. The house itself is very warm and inviting and also had the most comfortable bed ever. We slept like logs. Tim and Amanda were very welcoming and we were made to feel instantly at home. Can’t recommend this sit enough. Saying goodbye to Bailey was very hard. We hope one day to receive another Bailey welcome.

Rachel has looked after our Cockerpoo Woody on several occasions over the past few years and quite honestly he loves going to stay with her. Absolutely flawless service. We had a holiday to Florida and needed someone to come and feed our old cat twice a day whilst we was away. Service was great, communication was fantastic, kept us updated with photos. Whilst we was away we got delayed coming home and had to stay an extra 2 nights because of a hurricane. Was not a problem extending the service to carry on feeding our cat. I can't recommend this company enough. If you need a service they offer, don't think about it, just contact them and book. 5 star service. Thank you 💙😻
Honestly, Rachel has changed my life. My Assistance dog wasn't getting walked as much as he should, so we found these. She focuses on my dogs needs during the walk making it dog focused and allowing him to decompress. She has respected my wishes in terms of not letting him play with other dogs other than ones he knows. My dog absolutely adores her and gets so excited in the morning to go, she's so amazing with him and I can't recommend them enough.
Rachel has fed our two cats Rocket & Dixie on a number of occasions and has always looked after them incredibly well. She gives us peace of mind whilst we're away, both in terms of the cats & also our property, ensuring it's left clean & tidy. She gives regular updates about the cats and provides pictures/video which is lovely to see. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would highly recommend her services.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful attitude towards myself and my wife. My dog came back in such an awful state we actually thought we would need to take him to the vets. Apparently another dog viciously attacked him and left him with a severed ear. The owner was damn right rude and aggressive. Would not recommended to anyone whom care she their pet.
Rachel has been doing pop ins and walks for our dog since she was a little pup, and is absolutely brilliant. She is extremely trustworthy, sends photos and updates and gives our dog so much love! It is really refreshing to see someone really love what they do. Even more so, the tail wags when we’ve seen Rachel on the street are probably more that what we’d get shows a lot!
Couldn't recommend Rachel enough! Our dog always has a waggy tail when he sees her and we feel so confident that he is being well looked after when out on his walks. He's also boarded with her, we get regular photo updates and her communication has always been great.
Cannot speak highly enough of Paws at the Moors, I couldn't imagine sending my dog anywhere else. The care of the dogs is second to none and my boy absolutely loves going each week! Caroline is just wonderful and her love of what she does is evident in every element of her doggy day care
Paws at the moors are AMAZING, absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for daycare services. Our dog goes two days a week and loves Caroline, he is so comfortable with her, there isn’t anyone I would trust more to look after him. Our Cockapoo started going to Paws at the Moors around 6 weeks ago and from the first contact with Caroline the whole experience has been brilliant. We know he's going to be looked after and run around all day to completely tire himself out. He falls fast asleep as soon as he gets home. I couldn't recommend Paws at the Moors and Caroline enough.
Beau loves her visits to Paws at the Moors. We only need to say Caroline's name and she gets excited 😀 She comes home exhausted and sleeps for most of the evening! My little pooch goes 3 days a week since Caroline started up! She is amazing with dogs and my little one absolutely loves her. This gives my coco a full day of exercise while I am working and not worrying about her alone, she socialises with all the other dogs while having the time of her life. Couldn’t recommend this day care service enough!

Claire does a fantastic job of day care and holiday stay overs! My dogs will be there for their holiday again this year! Nothing seems to be a problem, late notice for walks etc are accommodated whenever possible and the dogs always have a great time! Claire keeps you updated with photos and messages to let you know they’ve settled in and all is well. It’s a home from home setting which is a bonus for my dogs! All round a great service which I would highly recommend 👍👌

Mar 24 Another fabulous stay at Bruno's Dog Hotel! My two cavaliers settled very well with Claire and the other pups. They were all a very friendly bunch of pups and great to see they them all getting on so well. They went on some lovely walks and some off lead time in a secure field too. Claire does a fantastic job of caring for them all. Looking forward to our next visit! May 23 My two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels had a lovely stay with Claire, Jet and the other holiday pups! One of my pups had never stayed away from home and Claire did an amazing job of developing a bond with her so she felt comfortable and happy. It really is a hotel for dogs! Thank you Claire x
Our Cocker Spaniel Charlie had a great week with Claire at Bruno's Dog Hotel, she looked after him brilliantly - he loves fuss and cuddles and Claire was happy to give him plenty of both. Bruno's is definitely a home from home experience for visitors, but for Charlie in our case at least, he had the added bonus of other dogs to play and spend time with which he loves too. Our dog was diagnosed with condition not long before he was due to stay at Bruno's, but after one phone call with Claire, she took it in her stride and was very happy to manage the situation and give him his medication, it was no problem at for her. This was a huge relief for us and we were very thankful. Claire also gave us updates during his stay which gave us added peace of mind. Thank you Claire for looking after Charlie so well, we really appreciate all you do for your visitors. Our little dog Freya had a wonderful day at Bruno's hotel. Claire kindly fitted us in as we were on our hols and couldn't take the dog to visit Stoneywell. Claire obviously has a good way with dogs and is set up well at her beautiful home with all a dog could need. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Claire has looked after our puppy on several occasions. We couldn’t be happier with Claire’s professionalism, care and attention. Silky absolutely loves being with Claire, Bruno and Jet (and the other furry visitors!) and is spoilt with love and attention during her stay. Claire keeps in touch and has always been so accommodating to meet our needs. We wouldn’t trust many people to look after our puppy but we don’t ever worry when she is with Claire. Highly recommend. Brunos dog hotel is just wonderful. I leave Marley here knowing he will be treated as one of the family and have the best time with all his doggy pals. It makes me so happy to see him happily run inside and to see him playing. Would highly recommend Claire, Bruno and Jet to anyone.
Claire is an absolute angel. My husband and I suffered an accident and were unable to walk our lively spaniel. Claire stepped in and made sure Fudge had plenty of exercise and a huge amount of fun. Fudge adores Claire and she looks after him so well. I cannot recommend more highly.
We tried a local kennel and our dog (cockapoo) chewed on the bars so much he got an infection so clearly that wasn't for him. So then tried Bruno's. Lovely service very reasuing and looked after our dog really well and accommodated for his unique needs. Even sent a couple of photos while he was visiting and sent him back with a mini report card which is a lovely touch.
Left our 4 dogs at Roughstones whilst we went on holiday & they were well looked after. They hadn't put on weight n were in good, clean, freshly washed condition when we picked them up. The price was very reasonable & we would definitely use Roughstones again in the future.
Left my cat on a Thursday with her food in labelled bags for each day am and pm. Collected on Tuesday morning and 3 bags were still untouched. 1 was for that morning which was fine as I collected her just after opening and she hadn't yet been fed but that still means that she had missed 2 meals over the weekend or had been given the wrong food which considering she is on a specialist diet is awful. Also when I dropped her off the cat next to her had 2 dried out/old poos on the floor which looked like they must have been there for at least a day. Will not be using this cattery again.
Wow what a fantastic place and staff we have got a sharpae cross who is highly strung and gets anxious we were let down by family day before we were due to fly out on holiday Roughstones juggled things about to accommodate us and we are so glad we found them after 16 days we picked our jack up and he was happy to see us and he was in excellent condition obviously looked after and cared for we would recommend Roughstones to anyone and it is very competitive on prices Thanks girls keep up the fantastic work Scott &Kerrie Nixon

We have been using Roughstones for almost 10 years now and never had an issue. Our two dogs are always pleased to visit on their holidays and are always returned to us happy and clean. Prices for boarding are also very reasonable. Have done and will continue to recommend to others. Thanks to all at the kennels for looking after Dotty and Beau! 🙂
Having read through previous reviews and talking with the kennels before booking, I thought this was the right place to leave our dogs. I am so happy we did, as they have obviously been looked after well and came out to us in very good condition. The food was all used up so glad to see they’ve been eating and definitely nice to know there is somewhere we can now 100% trust. Thank you Roughstones for looking after Oreo and Betsy while we were away for the week on holiday!
My 2 dogs stayed this week for 4 night but wouldn’t use again. Bedding was wet when I picked them up. I also gave some medication for my husky which is expensive but the remaining tablets weren’t given back to me in the bag when I picked dogs up. Just felt a lack of interest and attention to detail when I dropped off/picked up unfortunately
Sorry for a bad review. But I picked my dog up depressed and she had lost weight. For saying it was only one week, I would say that's bad. They did not let her out with other dogs. (Said it was a risk to mix them, even though I saw several dogs in the same cage). I think she was just in a cage all day. With minimal walks. I will not send her back. Staff seemed nice, though.
Great kennels!! The staff are so friendly and helpful and my dogs happily trot into the kennel enclosure without a look back. The prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone xx
Been boarding our dogs here for four years and always had a positive experience.Girls are all Lovely and my dogs love going there for a holiday.This time we only boarded Kipper as our holiday accommodation allowed one dog and when we drove into the kennels Poppy was so excited to see the place she wanted to stay too! Kipper was well looked after and I can always leave my dogs here without any worries as it’s the dogs holidays also.
We have boarded our dog with End cottage now 3 times. First over night and all day, 2nd time was just day boarding and we recently boarded her for 3 nights and 4 days. Our dog Luna absolutely loves going to stay with Helen and Tony. The level of care they give is amazing and I can't recommend them enough. She comes back looking amazing and always has a spring in her step. Thank you for always managing to fit Luna in and Luna says she will be back soon. ❤️

Took our dog Delta there for the first time, we were a little nervous as the last time she was in kennels she didn't do so well, but she was great here, the staff are very friendly and really know their stuff! She came back happy and healthy and she'd had a nice groom while she was with them too! 10/10
We were looking for a kennel to leave our dog when we left for a holiday. We found End Cottage Kennels and decided to take a chance. They had pretty good reviews so we weren't really worried. When we got to the kennel, we were greeted by a very accommodating staff and led us to where our dog, Alphonse will be staying. It was a great room (not a cage), where he had a bed and a television that was on 24/7. We brought Alphonse's bed, food and water bowl - which was totally optional because the kennel will provide everything - even the food. Being dotting dog parents, we decided to bring his stuff. The kennel had a great schedule for Alphonse while he was staying there. He had scheduled walks, he was fed according to our instructions, and a lot more. Now we have a trusted place to leave our Alphonse whenever we leave for holiday. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!
Best kennels we have used, our rescue dog is very nervous and has had some difficulty with new people and places, but he has come back happy from every visit to End Cottage. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else now, highly recommend.

Wow, what a wonderful, friendly and caring place. My dogs were looked after well and were fit and healthy after their holiday. One dog is blind and diabetic, which was no problem for them to give insulin twice per day. I cannot recommend enough. VW fans too 👍👍

Our crazy cockapoo has been with Heartland for a good few months now and it's the best thing we've ever done for him! He goes to daycare 2/3 times a week and he absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing with the animals and always post pictures so you can see what your fur babies are up to each day. I would highly recommend to anybody! Their prices are unbeatable too which is a bonus but they'd be worth every penny regardless!
Professional and caring. I have a well socialised gsd, but kennels can still be disorintating for her. She came back from Hertlands happy, bouncey and smelling nice too!!!
Left my cat, miles, with them while I went to holiday. Nervous as miles had never been in cattery before. The place looked very clean and the cat section was really good. Miles look well looked after, and didn't seem stress! They have taken good care of him.

Both our cats have been comming to Heartlands for several years now. It makes such a difference to see photos of your pets whilst you are away. They are a great team, who love our pets as much as we do. Our cats always come home well fed well groomed and content. A big well done guys.
I’ve been using Carol at Walkies for over 6 years since Dexter my Border Terrier was a puppy. Her service is Second to none with great communication and pictures of their antics whilst out and about. She also offers a brilliant boarding service that is like a second home to Dexter and he can’t wait for his holiday with Auntie Carol.
I can not recommend walkies of long Eaton highly enough. Carol has walked my dog from a puppy and he loves it every time. Carol is so loving towards him and cares for him as if he was her own. Carols communication is fantastic. She gives plenty of notice of her holidays so it's easy to make other arrangements. The photos she sends me of my dog are amazing too, I always see how happy and how much fun he is having.
Couldnt ask for a better service. You can see in the way Carole greets our dog when he spends the day with her how much she loves the dogs in her care and how much they love her. It makes us feel safe in the knowledge that he is cared for with love and dedication. We also love the photo updates of how he has enjoyed his day.
Mikey has been going to Walkies for nearly two years now both boarding and daycare. Carol is a dedicated and professional dog carer, treating all the dogs in her care like they were her own and always keeping us up to date with pics online! Mikey is always so happy when he spends time there. We would highly recommend Walkies!
Home from home is the best way to describe Walkies. Carol and her family treat all the dogs as if they were their own. Hope is always ecstatic to see Carol and sulks when she returns home! The dogs enjoy lots of walks, play and enjoy resting in front of a real fire....it really is a dogs life....highly recommended❤

Our cockerpoo has been going to daycare at Walkies of Long Eaton for a month now & she absolutely loves it!! Carol is brilliant & even had Molly on a Sunday at short notice for us. We would recommend W of LE to anyone who needs to have the trust in other people caring for their dogs.
My whole experience of using walkies was easy and relaxed. George stayed for week and looking at the photos sent to me while away, I'm surprised he wanted to come home afterwards! George is 14, a bit deaf and set in his ways but he coped just fine whether out on walks, in close company with other dogs or sloping off for a nap.... All testament to carols dog friendly knowledge, handling, family and home. Thanks very much. Helen.

Neil looked after our two border collies for a week while we were away. The care was fantastic, I would say a home away from home, only it is probably better! The dogs received lots of walks, play and affection and we had regular updates with photos from Neil. The dogs had stayed with Neil for a few hours and then overnight in preparation for the week and they’re delighted to go back to him. The photos are from a selection that Neil sent whilst we were away.
Neil is great! He’s been looking after Baxter once a week for about 6 months now. He’s a young beagle so he’s very…crazy! He’s very accommodating and matches the dogs he spends the day with perfectly. He provides updates through the day and pictures of their adventures playing and on their many walks. Baxter knows exactly where he’s going when we get to Neil’s - he couldn’t be more excited! It gives my wife who WFH a much needed day off keeping an eye on him, and Baxter a day of socialising with other dogs. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else - he also boards which we’ll be taking advantage of next month when we go away. I’m sure Baxter will love it!

I contacted neil because I need someone to look after my puppy cockerpoo for a week in June and hes been walking with me and having lottie occasional to build up some trust with her. I find him really gentle with the dogs, I take my other two on walks with him and they seem to enjoy his company too. The dogs seem to respond to his commands and he has full control over the dogs. I will definitely be using neil, Nottingham pet care. And I know i can go on holiday and not worry about my puppy.

Darren and team are very professional. They provide a great service visiting my home when I worked and walked my 2 dogs. I chose Complete Pet Care as they walk dogs individually giving my pets their full attention. They respected my wishes with how I handle my dogs and sent messages with any concerned they had when they visited. All walks are tracked so you know your pets have been exercised. I would most definitely recommend.
Darren & Caz have been walking my much loved Welsh border Collie since she was 6 months old she is now 2 years old and continues to love her walks with them. She is always happy to see them and can’t wait to get out on her walk them Darren & Caz are lovely people and could not ask for better people to look after my precious girl I love seeing the photos they send me when I’m at work and always puts a smile on my face seeing her have fun. I used their dog walking services weekly and never had a problem. Natalie always comes on time and my two doggies are very happy to see her. They send us a gps map of where they’ve been with the dogs which is very reassuring. I would 100% recommend them for their professionally, friendly service!
I have had to call on these guys a couple of times now and would not hesitate to use them again. We live in Manchester but needed ad hoc walks for our friends who were looking after Reggie. The on boarding process was easy, the walls look super fun (photos and videos Provided) and they even washed him after a good roll around in the mud with his friends. Highly recommend! Such a great service. Professional, thorough but friendly and accommodating.
Complete pet care are fantastic they give my dog excellent walks and affection, he loves it when they walk him. They have always managed to help out when I’ve needed extra walks. I feel more than happy letting them walk him, they are all lovely people who clearly love animals. Will definitely continue to use them and would recommend to anyone.
Caroline, Darren & The Team always take great care of my boys, we’ve used them for walks in the day and late night evening/dinner time. The boys are always exhausted after walks and playtime, I never have any concerns and would always recommend. My boys can be fussy with who they like but quite happily plonked their bums down on Darren’s lap within 10 minutes of the first meeting so that was the deciding factor to trust them!
Really quality service totally led by your wishes & your dog’s needs. They offer group or single walks, they’re responsive and able to accommodate your needs. You get pictures, updates & a map of the walk with toilet stops. My dog loves them & we would happily recommend them 😊 …
Excellent. Both Darren and Caroline were friendly, attentive and highly professional. The initial meeting with my lurcher Sheena went very well, the comprehensive paperwork was duly completed on the day, and Darren walked Sheena successfully four days later after a trial walk on meeting day. Through no fault of theirs, Sheena has developed an aversion to walking on the lead on the street. I am slowly getting to grips with this (Sheena had expensive blood tests to rule out anything physical) and am taking her for much shorter walks and much more frequently. It still doesn't work all of the time and she still occasionally locks her legs and refuses to go anywhere except back to the house. I am reverting temporarily to the arrangement I had with my ex-wife with Sheena on my working days but I know that very soon I will be calling on their services again. They have enquired about her welfare even though for now their dog walking has been postponed. Many thanks to them!
Walked our Sproker spaniel Teddy. Teddy is an anxious nervous dog and high maintenance so we were worried about someone other than family walking him, but all fears were put aside the moment we met Darren. So kind and gentle, we knew Teddy would be well looked after in his care. Took all our requests into account. Teddy is our pride and joy so there were lots of stipulations and nothing was too much trouble. Even gave us advice about walking and feeding. I got a new puppy and Johanna was fairly local to me, and we sorted some amazing 1-1 classes via the special puppy package she put together. You cannot put a price on this magic! Within minutes my new pup was sitting, down, and other basic commands! In addition, she followed up with epic information over email. 5*****!!
Outstanding home environment for our fully house trained and non aggressive dog. He loves it so much he doesn't give a backward glance as he runs off into the garden. And when we collect him he is a little bit sad for a day or two because he misses Johanna, her family, and his doggy pals. We trust Johanna 100% and have been using her for about 5 years. Highly recommended.
Johanna is one of the most professional and knowledgeable dog Walker I have come across and used her regularly for daily walks and boarding for my 3 spaniels, one of them being a bit tricky/needy/quirky. Would definitely recommend her she was also very flexible with our needs and communication was amazing. I only stopped using due to a house move and relocation.
Johanna is a wonderful Walker. My dog is a handful at the best of times, but she knows just how to manage him and he is always happy to see her and is always happy when he comes home. I haven’t boarded Mojo with her as he can be a bit unpredictable with other dogs, but Johanna has given us lots of tips and advice in how to work with him. I trust her completely with my dog and know when she is out with him he will be safe and well looked after. Thank you for all your hard work and Mojo will see you soon xx
I have been using FairlyDunn for over six years for my 2 dogs since one of my dogs was a puppy. Over the past year we adopted a rescue dog and they took the time to come and spend time with him so he could get used to them. I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone as much as these. They take excellent care of the dogs in their care and both my two love them very much. Excellent and reliable.
I left my dog RIO in the care of FairyDunn Dog training. He was well looked after and no problems with the other dogs there. He visited a few time to see if he would settle before we went on holiday He stayed 12 days October 2019 and we would not hesitate to use this service again and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting a safe home for a few days to leave their pet.
I can only praise Johanna most highly She has been looking after Alfie since he was about 11 week old, he loves going out with her and waits at the window every day!! We trust Johanna completely with him and know that she only has his best interests at heart.

I did a lot off research to find the right place for Sadie and I can happily leave her confident that she is happy and safe. She is the little love of my life and I would never leave her if I had any doubt that she would not be looked after.
