We don't know how we would have gotten past the stress of this last trip without Joe and Ana's help. They arrived a day early to get to know the household routine to give us peace of mind on our travel. When an unexpected cold snap arrived, Joe had to get the heating system turned on only to find that it had somehow died over the summer. He not only used his experience in property management to troubleshoot, but also capably handled communications with the furnace company and liaised with us. Ana, on the other hand, mothered our fur babies like her own. McGee, who needs a lot of personal attention, was in doggie heaven. The house was in order and the laundry done when they dropped us home from the airport. We wish Joe and Ana all the best as they search for a permanent homebase. We would love to welcome them back anytime they are in the NY/NJ area again.
Emily was a joy. The one thing that we really wanted was for our lil man to be with someone who'd do more than just make sure he was fed and his litter box was cleaned. Not only did we get video's each day, it was clear that the two bonded and that made us feel that our guy was getting the love and attention he'd normally get from us at home.
