Naomi sat for us for 1 month and our communication was limited during this time but she was always friendly and sent photos when I messaged her. When we got home, Naomi had washed and changed the sheets and towels, taken out all of the rubbish, done the dishes and left the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy and written a shopping list for the things she'd used up. A few things moved around in the house and wardrobes but overall nice and tidy for our return. Jangles had started going to the toilet on the dinning room floor which Naomi told us about the day before our arrival. This mustn't have been nice for Naomi to deal with and I'm not sure how long it had been going on for and it would have been great if we could have troubleshooted the cause together. It looks like there may have been some damage to some of our soft furnishings, but Naomi assured us she wasn't responsible for the damage. I believe Naomi is a nice person who genuinely loves animals and my cats seemed very happy and well looked after in her company. We hope she enjoys the rest of her time here in Australia.

Ethan was great. He was reliable and efficient. Checked in multiple times and made sure directions were clear. I felt like he took great care of my dog.

Stacy and Chris were the best house/dog sitters we could have hoped for. When we first met via video chat Stacy was very thorough in asking questions and it was clear she really prioritized the health and safety of our dogs. She immediately put me at ease for my first experience using this platform. While we were away, Stacy and Chris were wonderful with our dogs and taking care of our house, as well as very accommodating of our travel plans when it came to arrival and departure times. They made friends with our dogs right away (including the skittish one who usually takes a few days) and were great about walking them and letting them out at regular intervals. The dogs didn't even have any indoor accidents, which doesn't always happen even when we are home. Stacy also sent us pictures and updates about the dogs each day we were gone. It was the perfect amount of contact to let us know that our dogs and house were well taken care of. We knew we didn't have to worry about anything while we were away. In terms of the house, they were more than willing to help with maintenance, like bringing in packages, taking out the trash, and even sending me a picture of a recipe I forgot to bring with me. Our trip was so much more relaxing knowing that Stacy and Chris were taking such good care of things. When we returned home our house was spotless and the dogs seemed very happy. The only problem is that I think the dogs might miss them! I would absolutely recommend Stacy & Chris as sitters. We've had many different experiences with sitters in the past and this has been one of the best. Stacy and Chris proved themselves to be extremely reliable and trustworthy, as well as people who really care for and treat animals right.

Chelsea and her lovely family is welcome back anytime. They were flexible, communicative, and so kind.

We could not have asked for better cat and house sitters than Jenn and Ryan! We met them in person before we left for 40 days because that is a long time to be gone away from not only our adorable cat, Wesley, but our home. Our cat literally was sleeping at Jenn's feet by the end of the first hour together during the short "interview visit." They were so great about communicating. In the start of the sit, they asked really great questions and thankfully we had answers for them. They sent us a photo and text surrounding Wesley as soon as they walked into the home. From that point on the communication was efficient, kind, and compassionate. It was evident that though our cat missed us in the beginning, Ryan and Jenn extended so much genuine love and care to Wesley that he was sitting on their work space desk and in their laps once they were in relax mode! Our home was so well-cared for. Very clean upon our arrival back home, including the refrigerator and freezer which could have become a bit untidy after 40 days of two new people using both. The landscaping was watered and our plants overall survived the heat of the summer and the intense wind and rain of tropical stormy Debby that they weathered through here in our home in Tampa, FL. I hope that our cat Wesley and our home continue to enjoy such fantastic care such as the care provided by our most recent housesitters. Jenn and Ryan genuinely seemed to enjoy our home, its spaciousness, and the pool. They never once complained about needing to water so many lovely plants & flowers nor did they hesitate to cover our outdoor furniture to keep it in good condition in spite of the pop-up thunderstorms that we have daily in our area.

Larry and Elizabeth are wonderful you could not wish for better house sitters. Inside and outside of the house all well looked after, despite the terrible weather.The dogs were well looked after all 4 of them!! As a bonus they looked after our daughters dog as well, which was very kind of them and much appreciated

Jill was a wonderful pet and house-sitter for us, I really appreciated her photos and videos throughout our stay and the house was spotless when we returned home. We’d be happy to have her stay again!

Kat took great care of our home and our pets. She was trustworthy and took care of all the little things. My pets seemed very cozy and comfortable with her. I would have her back in a heartbeat. She gave us a lot of comfort and peace of mind while we travelled

Aaron and Kristol were awesome. They were here on time, gave us updates and left the house as clean as we left it. Maggie and Lucy highly recommend them.

Once again Taylor and Austin were awesome! Great communication, and wonderful pictures of our crew sent every day. They laundered the sheets and towels before they left even though we didn't ask them too. They went over and above when we had an unexpected showing for the sale of our home, and they loaded up the gang and took them to another location for a bit. We love these fun, young people and can't recommend them enough!

Kathleen is a gem. She came to DC to take care of our dog and we simply can't say enough positive things about her. I would have her sit again if at all possible - you should too!

Linda did a wonderful job taking care of our cats and home. She had great communication before and during the sit. She did a fantastic job cleaning. Most importantly you can tell she really cared for our cats. She spent lots of time at the house and interacting with them. I would not hesitate having Linda back for future sits.

We greatly appreciate Kim's flexibility to come early before we left to meet our dog, Luna. The transition was seamless and smooth. Kim was kind enough to provide daily updates which put my mind at ease. The animals were happy when we arrived home. The house was clean, garbage taken out, and bed linens stripped. Kim even cleaned one of our cat's vomit from the rug (sorry about that!). I highly recommend Kim for all your house/pet sitting needs. Thanks again Kim!

Karily and Jaymin could not have been better guests! They were tidy, respectful, and thoughtful with their care for our dog. They communicated regularly (with pics) and were so great to work with. They are welcome to come back anytime they’d like!

We were so thrilled to have Merrill sit for us, especially on short notice and for just a couple days. She communicated before, during and after her stay , so we actually got to meet her! She’s very charming and our house was spotless . Our kitty, Shoe was happy as well and didn’t miss a beat in her routine! We all hope Merrill will come back to see us. We highly recommend her as a 5-star sitter!
