Lauren was a wonderful sitter! I’m so glad that she was able to help me out on relatively short notice. She was great with my two cats and she went above and beyond with taking care to tidy up before she left. I’m so glad I asked Lauren to sit and I’ll welcome her back any time!

I think I have found my dream sitter :) We had arranged that Sentella would arrive earlier to learn the care regimen for my diabetic cat. Unfortunately, old age caught up with Honey before Sentella arrived, but Sentella came anyway, as planned, and took a few days to settle in, while dealing with jetlag and lost luggage with far better grace than I would have. She was also very gracious about my husband changing our travel plans (twice!) without warning, for which I remain very grateful. There were some issues while we were away (just normal "**** happens" stuff, nothing to do with Sentella), that she took in her stride, and dealt with after checking in with me. I appreciated her no-fuss, no-drama attitude, and was really able to relax while we were away. We arrived back to two very chilled pets, who were moderately pleased to see us, which sounds odd but is high praise indeed - no frenetic "save us!" greeting, no sulking, just "oh, you're home - nice to have you back" :D They had fully settled with Sentella, judging by the update pictures I received, and this was undoubtedly the most relaxed Clara has ever been with a stranger, which speaks volumes. The house was exactly as we had left it, and I particularly appreciated not finding dirty dishes and burnt-on food left on the cookware. Honestly, if I hadn't know she had been there, I wouldn't have known anyone had been there at all :). Our houseman (cleaner/gardener) also gave her the thumbs up - I suspect he got to take a little vacation during Sentella's stay, as there doesn't seem to have been much for him to do. I would love to have her back to sit for us again, and have no reservations at all in recommending her wholeheartedly to others.

Charisma was amazing! She was very thorough and tidy and kept us up to date with what the fur babies were up to complete with pictures! I would highly recommend!

Valerie did an amazing job caring for my dog while I was away! She was very communicative, patient with some minor issues in the beginning, and sent regular updates. It was very clear that my dog loved spending time with her, and she left my house looking great on her way out. I'm excited to have Valerie again sometime!

Xinbei was amazing! Very great communication before, during, and while wrapping up the sit. She took great care of our two kitties and sent us lots of photos as requested. I knew our fur family was in great hands. She was so clean and tidy and made it enjoyable to come home to a house that was just as clean as we’d left it. Highly recommend her as a sitter!

Catalina did a wonderful job with our pets for the week we were gone. We were in contact regularly and the house was left in great shape.

David and Ilse were awesome! They took the time to come out early to meet Maddy and arrived on time for the sit. They let us know that they had arrived and sent pictures of Maddy looking happy. The house was as clean as we left it. They even washed and folded their linens. I would love to use them again.

Emily communicated in advance, arrived on time & asked very good questions before the sit. We cooked dinner for her & enjoyed chatting with her about her travels. I thought we became instant friends. But when we returned home only 3 hours after she had checked out, we found the cat's food & water bowls almost empty & mentioned it to her on text. She got upset & said that I did not trust her, accused her of not feeding my cat, & she immediately wanted to cancel her next scheduled sit. We also found that she never watered the plants during the 2 days she was here even though my husband had taken her around the yard & showed her the vegetable garden. Otherwise, Emily left everything clean & seemed friendly.

Watson and I loved having Amber at our flat - I think he actually resents me for coming back home. She is welcome back anytime! There’s nobody is trust more to look after my dog or my home; she treated both like her own, and my mind was totally at ease knowing such an experienced and kind person was looking after him.

Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Kelly was dependable and showed up exactly on time. The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived home. We would definitely host Kelly again.

This is the third time Sharon and Christ sat for us. Need I say more? They are excellent and clearly love our dog and he loves them! I so appreciate them and their commitment to our pup!

Y'all, my dog Luna is a trip! She is a bundle of cuteness and anxious energy, especially when Mom is out of town. Chen-hui was so great to have in my home while I was out of town for a week this month. She cared for Luna and my cat George beautifully and handled the routines and care needs of my pets very competently. Luna really loved her and my house was definitely in the same shape I left it in. I highly recommend Chen-hui. Very responsible and caring.
