I’m excited to have found DogTown Grooming! My dog, Pixie, has a nail problem that makes it hard to clip her nails. Keeping them trimmed regularly is important, but our old groomer struggled with it. At DogTown, they take special care of Pixie's nails, and I can relax knowing she’s in good hands. I won’t have to file her nails myself between appointments anymore! Dogtown is amazing! We’ve been sending our dachshund here for 3 years for daycare and he loves it so much. The girls at Dogtown are so friendly, caring and attentive and we’re so sad to be moving across town and not being able to come anymore. We love dogtown! Our Labrador’s have been attending day care weekly since they were pups and it’s their favorite day of the week. They love the staff, the stimulation and socialisation. They also sleep very well after a day at dogtown.

Dogtown Grooming is a gem that I feel so fortunate to have found 🙌🏽 I’ve tried countless dog groomers even driving 45mins each way based on a recommendation because I was so desperate. Coming across Dogtown was like finding gold, the whole team treat each pooch so preciously & I can’t even make it into the carpark without my 2 little munchkins spotting the place from the turning lane & going nuts - they get so excited & can’t get in there quick enough. The fact that you can see into the grooming area brings me additional comfort which Jaime-Lee deliberately designed for that purpose. My babies also attend Doggy Day Care there & the activities & set up are amazing, I love receiving Instagram stories or posts throughout the day & I can see how much fun they’re having. Their social media always brightens my day, even if my pooches aren’t featured. It’s beyond obvious that all the doggies are all loved & well looked after & honestly, other than my Mum, I don’t trust anyone else with them. I couldn’t be more grateful for how beautifully Jaime-Lee & the team treat my precious babies. This is absolutely the best place to have your dogs groomed. I had two of the most difficult dogs you could imagine (I'm sure poor Jamie-Lee still has the scars to back me up!) but they always came home looking perfect but even more important, completely happy and relaxed!!! I have been to numerous groomers with my 7 dogs over the years (with absolute horror stories!), so I can definitely say this is the best place by far. Will never go anywhere else.

Kaz had helped me with my dog for a day & I know Kimi is in good hands! She doesn't take on just anyone- as she will first assess if the dog is compatible & safe around the other dogs she cares for. I personally believe this is very important! I've seen her work in our area & she is very protective & responsible of the dogs she cares for- but also gives sound correction when needed e.g when dog under care tries to jump on someone or another dog. All in all, your dogs will definitely have a fun time when out with Kaz & cared for very diligently!

I really appreciate the care given. A person who is fully focused on those under her care. She has a good presence that attracts all the lovely furry friends to her. Thank you.

Have someone who really cares about your dog care for them

My two cats stayed at Sophisticat over the holiday period and were extremely well looked after. The staff were really responsive to any emails and posted photos on social media while we were away to update us. Most importantly Penny and Rudy were happy and healthy once they came home again. Definitely recommend :)

If I could give more than 5 stars here I definitely would! I recently boarded my 2 beloved Burmese boys and my daughter's kitty at Sophisticat. Couldn't have been happier. Right from the moment I came for a tour, I knew my babies would be looked after with love and care, which is obviously the most important thing when you need to board your loved pets. Danielle and her team of carers instilled me with confidence from the outset and all throughout the kitties' 3 week stay. Lots of updates and pics. Plenty of space for the cats, not what I have seen elsewhere. I knew our kitties were in good care. Special thank you to Amy who took us on our initial tour and showered our kitties with lots of love. Highly recommend and will be back!!!

For the last 2.5 years we have only boarded our cat at Sophisticat because we know he is played with, cared for, and looked after as though he was at home. We have complete confidence in the service of this cattery and has never worried about the well being or health of our cat whilst away. The staff love cats and deliver such personalized service that I believe each guest is treated like a beloved family pet. Highly recommend!!

Much better experience than previous ones. Kept my cat well and the best part was the cat came home healthy with no upset tummy. The only reason it's 4 stars is because I felt they were too lazy to share the pics/videos more often, which to me is super important while I am away.

Excellent place to leave your cat. Mine jumps out of her carry case into her enclosure when she arrives (Premium of course!) Danielle and the girls are very professional and all love cats. Mine always comes back well groomed and healthy - happy to see us but we do get the silent treatment for a while to show us that we shouldn't really go away without her!! Couldn't recommend more highly.

My cat spent two weeks over Christmas with Sophisticat and was really well looked after. She came home in great shape and was happy which indicated she was cared for. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend. After a family member became ill I had to cancel my booking 2 days out. I understand there would not be a refund but was bluntly told I was not entitled to a credit or offered alternative dates.

My Burmese Schrodie is a regular at Sophisticat. He always comes home happy. I've been through the facility everytime I pick him up, very clean and organized.

Send our sweetheart Cera here twice and she love it! Lovely staffs and great place for our cat.
