Melodie, the owner of Tails Up!, is professional and caring. The dog sitters who have watched our puppy have taken him into their homes, made him a part of their family routines, and given him lots of TLC. This business fills a special need by treating dogs with love & empathy.

We strongly recommend Tails Up! Napa Valley for your four legged loved ones! Melodie made our experience comfortably seamless when we were out of town for several days. Our greatest concern when leaving our dogs was not only the basics of being fed and let out, but she took it a couple steps further by giving them companionship by staying overnight, taking them for walks frequently, and giving them baths. We will call upon her and only her every time we leave town. Thank you!!

I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.

We have used Tails Up for walks & dog sitting on two visits to Napa, and they have been great! Very responsive and flexible for early/late requests. We got updates and great pics from each of the walkers. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in town with our pup!
