We had a lovely time sitting for Emily and her family! Zoey and Winston are awesome dogs, really well behaved, and have the cutest personalities. The other pets were a breeze to care for. The home is super comfortable and in great spot, with easy access to Mission, downtown and the river. There was great, easy communication, Emily left us with a thorough welcome guide, so we were confident throughout our stay. 10/10, would definitely recommend this house sit!
It was a great pleasure housesitting for Manuela and looking after her cat Nyx in Opprebais. The house is a beautiful eco-building with an amazing garden (and pond with frogs and fish inside) in a small village in the Belgian countryside. There are lots of farms around to get your vegetables and dairy-products from and a supermarket directly in the village. Nyx is a very independent cat who (in the summer) mainly comes into the house to eat and sleep. While Nyx is initially quite shy, she warmed to me over the week that I was staying with her. The house does not have a cat flap, so the sitter lets Nyx in and out when she knocks on the door. If you are an early sleeper, I recommend not feeding her the afternoon meal too late as she may stay out late otherwise. Communication with Manuela was always pleasant, the house is clean and beautifully built and decorated, and the garden a pleasure to be in. I can fully recommend housesitting here if you are looking for a quiet time away in the countryside. If you are looking for more social life (restaurants, bars, cafes), you would need a car.
Saket and Neeta are such lovely and welcoming hosts! We had great communication before and during the sit. Sushi and Nori are very cute kitties with lots of personality. The hosts were so welcoming, they made a nice lunch for me and we enjoyed the meal together. They provided clear instructions for the special litter habits of Nori and the feeding schedule for both cats. Their house is in a safe neighborhood and is less than a mile from a CalTrain station. I enjoyed hanging out with these special kitties in the peaceful backyard. It was an honor to care for these cuties!
I had a lovely time at the Cat Compound! Frank the cat is such a funny, friendly, cuddly little gem. Tracey gave me everything I needed to know about the house and Frank, and she was so helpful and communicative. Staying at Tracey's place really made my trip to Austin so special. This sit was incredible. Roniit’s place is truly stunning and is located in a beautiful, peaceful mountain location-the view from the veranda out over the forest catches the sun all day! As for Doofus, he is honestly the most gentle, loving, intelligent dog ever. Although he’s old, he still loves a short stroll, a good sniff around and a big bowl of food. He’s fairly independent but did enjoy coming for a cuddle when it suited him. He takes his meds with incredible readiness and communicates super clearly whenever he needs to go out to potty. We arrived with our own dog Ruby and they got along famously throughout our stay. Thanks Roniit for an awesome experience !
We had a wonderful time at Tara's house during our two weeks stay in San Francisco. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Tara made us feel like at home. She was very responsive and communication was easy throughout our stay. Her pug, Dottie is the sweetest girl, she is very playful and cudly. She loves to go out for a walk especially knowing some treats will be distributed along the way :) She will sleep next to you and welcome you with the most exciting dance which we felt very heartwarming. We warmly recommend this housesit and wish the best to Tara and Dottie !

Zoey has looked after all our cats (and fish) for many years now. She is amazing and makes going away so less stressful knowing that our furry family are well cared for. Over this time various cats have needed medications and it’s a relief to know Zoey is fully qualified and has it all under control. As a bonus she also looks after the house, security wise. What’s more to love! Can highly recommend.

This is the first time I have had Zoey looking after my 2 cats. And myself and my husband would highly recommend her. My 17month old cat is not easy to look after if you are a Stranger, but Zoey had patience and persevered with her. We also had updates.I would use Zoey again and again, lovley lady.
This was our first time having Zoey look after our two cats only having moved to the area a couple of days prior. She was so lovely and sent regular pictures and videos of my boys whilst I was away which I much appreciated as it put my worrisome mind at ease. Despite having initial difficulties with administering medication to one particularly grumpy old man, she was really patient and took her time to work out the best possible method without stressing him out too much. Happy to say I came back to two very happy cats :) I would highly recommend Zoey and we'll definitely be using her again very soon!

Daisy was very gentle and lovely with our 9-month old puppy at her first groom! She listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly what we'd asked - a shorter clip for easier summer maintenance and a spaniel face. The pup came out bouncing and happy, and we really appreciated that it's only one dog at a time so she had a calm and focused experience. We'll be back and would recommend.
What an amazing experience we had with Daisy (and Gail!) at Pet Pack Grooming! We took our toy poodle Coco in for her first cut and Daisy did an amazing job with her matted puppy fur, communicating to us in the most gentle way that we'd need to go a bit shorter than we wanted in order to get the matting out, but we now have a plan on how to achieve the look we want moving forward. Daisy did such a great job and Coco looks adorable, even with the shorter cut. Coco also clearly had a great time there (as did I!) - she was not bothered when I left and she did want to leave when it was time to go- I cannot recommend Pet Pack enough! :)

Took Dolly my Toy poodle for a groom at Pet Pack.So friendly and They really listen to what you want done. Dolly was super fluffy and needed a lot of work. She looked a different dog and so cute when I collected her. I would totally recommend them

Claw & Paw were brilliant, Brett took care of our cat Kismet for a week whilst we were away and sent daily photo updates which we really appreciated. Previously we have used catteries and he always comes back rattled and unhappy but when we got back this time he seemed very happy and definitely benefited from being able to stay in his own house. Claw and Paw are super professional and have looked after our cat Michael really well. Brett met with us beforehand and talked me through the process then sent me pictures every day while I was on holiday. Sometimes Michael huffs a bit when we go away but we came home to a very happy cat. I had to go away urgently after this and Claw & Paw were able to step in and ensure Michael was well looked after. I highly recommend their service!

We found Brett at relatively short notice after deciding against using a cattery and couldn’t be more happy with him and his services. He was very professional and asked all of the right questions on the initial meeting such as vet information, medical and food requirements etc. He was able to come at our preferred times to feed and spend some time with our cat and even put the bins out on collection day. He sent us daily updates and photographs of our cat via WhatsApp which is a nice touch and very reassuring. The online portal is great where you can make sure all the information Brett has about your pet is up to date and he has the correct days. The prices are also reasonable for the service. Our cat seemed very content when we arrived back home. We will definitely be using Claw and Paw pet sitting again and would highly recommend.
I can not recommend Brett enough. He is so organised and has been so trustworthy when looking after my cat - he’s really excellent with her. Nicholas is an excellent dog sitter who we have trusted with our pups, Oreo and Biscuit many times over the years. He always looks after them with the utmost care and sends photos of their adventures together, I have total confidence recommending him to anyone looking for dog care.

We cannot recommend Nicholas enough! He has dog sat our 4 dogs. We have 2 mastiffs, 1 Great Dane and a frenchie. My Dane is a nervous dog, within 10 minutes she was all over him, sitting with him, on him. He has a way with dogs that gives us confidence to use his services. I do not know what we would do without him (probably not go out!!) He really deserves this shining review!! 5 star recommendation!!

The brilliant Polly's Pet Care team have looked after our dog for almost 4 years now and I would highly recommend them. Lyra loves all her walkers and they really know and care for her. She's even got her own pillow in the car! The team are absolutely reliable and flexible too if I need to book an extra walk or cancel an existing one.

A truly wonderful company! We have been using Polly's Pet Care to walk our beloved little Frenchie and every week he looks forward to seeing them! Sam (Company Director) and Sydney are our main walkers and they are simply wonderful! They are so interested in our little fella, so caring and so loving. They take them out to the best parks and woodlands and always ensure they are scrubbed down before entering the house. We have also used Polly's for house sitting. They were incredibly polite and considerate when staying in our home. We cam home to a beautifully clean place, just how we left it. I couldn't recommend Poly's enough. I can’t thank Sam and her team enough for the great care that they take of our dog. Sam is always at the end of the phone answering any questions we may have. The safe guarding around walking the dogs is second to none and I know that while she is out with them she will not only having fun but that she is on the safest of hands. I love the photos and videos we get sent of her which is such a lovely touch. We have never been let down by the team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area. I was away for almost a month, and the service provided by Charlotte and Oliver was fantastic. They sent me pictures each time they visited my home to care for my kitties. We used Blackheath Whiskers to look after our cat Trisha when we were away for one week. Charlotte and Oliver did an amazing job. They followed all the instructions and sent a short video or photo from each visit. What we especially appreciated, is that Oliver spent quite a lot of time with Trisha. She is very sociable and loves spending time with people. The photos and videos show that she enjoyed Charlotte's and Oliver's company, and we could see that she is much calmer than when we left her with other sitters in the past. We will definetely reach out again when we are away next time.

Charlotte and Oliver did a fantastic job of caring for Jinks whilst we went abroad for a weeks holiday. She is an elderly cat of 19 years and very timid however Oliver took him time to allow Jinks to warm up and accept strokes which she doesn't let a lot of people do, which shows how much time and care he dedicated to looking after her. The house was left so clean and tidy. Communication was great as we had regular texts and videos to show how Jinks was throughout our time away. I highly recommend Blackheath Whiskers.

We have been very happy with the care that our dog, Henry, receives from Ray. Henry enjoys his time with Ray and is calm and settled when he comes home. He's obviously bonded well with Ray and always runs up to him if we see him when we are out walking. Ray is very reliable and we would recommend him without hesitation.
Ray has a huge amount of passion and knowledge about dogs. I trust him with our dog completely and our dog clearly loves hanging out with him. We've used him twice for boarding and each time our dog comes back seeming v content. I would recommend Ray to any of our friends.

Knowing Ray shortly before the formation of Petpals Chislehurst, it became apparent that he was born to care for animals. I got this impression from the way he treats his own two dogs, Ralf and Sydni. When he first mentioned that he was going to become a full time franchise owner of Petpals I never had a shadow of a doubt that he would be successful. Knowing his wife and children, I knew that the support that he would receive from them would guarantee that any animals which are under Ray’s care will also be under theirs too, no questions asked, with the love and support that they give their own animals. In June, Ray graciously agreed to look after my two cats and tortoise for a week. During the assessment phase my family and I were all thoroughly impressed in the level of detail that goes into the preparation for Ray to take care of our animals. Ray goes above and beyond to make sure that not only are your animals safe and well looked after, but so is your home. He offered to open and close curtains, turn on lamps overnight and other services to give the appearance that you were at home to deter potential burglars. Upon coming home from our holiday, we found that the tortoise and particularly the cats were not only happy to see us, but disappointed that their new friend, Ray, wasn’t coming to feed, play and look after them anymore. The bond between them is apparent and it clearly not one sided. Ray continuously asks about them when I see him and saves lily leaves for the tortoise, which are a favourite of hers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning on looking for any kind of pet care service to contact Ray and will certainly be using his company again for any future occasion where we need any fully qualified and insured pet care.
Ray consistently goes above and beyond to help people and their pets. We have one dog that is quite difficult and Ray has helped us every step of the way. I would recommend Ray's services to anyone with a pet that needs help, whether it's a pet taxi, dog walk or boarding. My dogs love being with him and he's helped us so much.

I am so happy with Ray & His family for taking care of my little spoiled Chihuahua Dior-Biscuit wile I was away on my Easter Break. Before I left her with Ray, she was not eating dog food at all and didn’t mix with any other dogs and couldn’t be walked with out a lead. Wile I was away ray sent me videos and pictures of my dog acting like a real dog. Dior was chilling on the sofa with other dogs, eating dog food out the bowl with two other Dogs. Ray took her for long walks off the lead and she loved it, I could see on the videos how happy she was, Dior even gave Ray a kiss on the lips good bye when he drop her back home. We have a very friendly and energetic cocker spaniel lab cross named Dino. We were really lucky to find Rupert once we moved to the area, and Rupert is now our go-to pet sitter. Rupert is a dog whisperer and you can tell he loves dogs and that they listen to him! Dino loves going to Rupert’s, he literally is pulling so hard as soon as we get near Rupert’s place (and quickly forgets about us too). Dino comes home tired and happy and we can go about our day/travels knowing he’s having more fun than he normally would 😅. Rupert also picks his dogs carefully so that he knows the dogs will have a good time playing with each other if pet sitting times overlap. Highly recommend if you have a playful energetic medium to large dog!
Rupert treats Sid as his own. You can immediately tell that he loves dogs and understands them too. We’re still learning to be dog owners but have no worries leaving her with Rupert all day. She comes back tired and happy and better for her playtime with Rupert’s pals!
Buffy has been with Rupert weekly for about 6 months. She is very particular with who she likes and Rupert is now one of her favourite people. When we get to the top of the road it’s tails wagging and excited squeaks. Rupert has such an affinity for dogs and understands them so well. Buffy can be nervous but she has grown in confidence since being with him. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
We have a really lovely but very anxious rescue dog from Cyprus who is especially scared of men but he warmed to Rupert so quickly and has a great time when he goes to stay with him. It’s easy to see that Rupert really loves dogs and goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable and ensure they have as much fun as possible.
Rupert took great care of Luna our year old playful but energetic cross breed. We had a peaceful weekend and she had a lively time. Would recommend Rupert’s to anyone who would like a peace of mind break. Will do this on a regular basis. Thank you so much Rupert
Micky was a rather nervous and neglected lurcher from a rescue centre who hadn't been suitable for previous dog walkers, who took him out in a van with a large group of other dogs. Since he has been staying with Rupert he has benefited from being in a small group of dogs in a home environment and has gained in confidence. He is now best doggy mates with another of Rupert's regular guests and rather disappointingly for me he often looks like he doesn't want to come home after a day of fun with Cookie and the other dogs! Rupert is relaxed, reliable and flexible, just want I needed. Happy to recommend his services.
Rupert has looked after our dog Arthur over night on a few occasions and Arthur has always had a great time. Arthur has lots of energy and Rupert has always been very calm and patient with him. Its lovely that Rupert always tries to get some other four legged friends over for Arthur to play with as he knows how much he loves other dogs. Arthur is always well looked after and happily worn out when we pick him up. We would very much recommend Rupert's services.
My dog Sky has been visiting Rupert once a week for a few weeks now. She always has a great time socialising with other dogs and going on adventures. At the end of each day we always collect a tired and happy dog. Rupert is very accommodating to the care we need and trust him to give Sky all the attention she needs!
Rupert's Rambles is brilliant. Rupert is such a lovely man and he clearly loves the dogs. Our dog Murphy gets so excited when he see's we are outside his front door and always comes home suitable exhausted from a day of walks and fun. 5 star!
My dog Cookie goes to Rupert's every day during the week for day care whilst i'm at work and he takes impeccable care of him. I feel happy knowing that not only is he getting more than enough walks but he also gets to play with other dogs and gets lots of cuddles! Cookie was a rescue Labrador so quite insecure and very needy (as well as bouncy!!) and Rupert takes amazing care of him. I highly recommend Rupert.
Jade’s service is perfectly professional & faultless, couldn’t recommend more highly. In our case, she gives once-a-day visits to our cat when we’re away. Was understandably hesitant about giving my keys to a stranger, but my worries were alleviated from the first meeting. Look no further if you’re looking for a local pet sitter.

We are so lucky to have found Furry Friendz! We have used the service three times now. Jade is a reliable, professional cat sitter and we have been blessed since she started caring for our baby when we are away. Our cat is very shy and does not like to have other humans around apart from us. After only one day Jade started taking care of her, she immediately warmed up! Jade sends regular updates when she makes the visits and keeps an open communication, which is really helpful. I highly recommend her, you can’t miss!
Jade took care of our THREE kittens for three whole weeks whilst we were on vacation. Not only did she do a remarkable job, but she exceeded our expectations by performing tasks that we didn't even request of her! Jade is a wonderful professional to communicate with and we are very grateful to have had her taking care of our kittens. I can’t recommend highly enough. My cats are in super safe and caring hands when I leave them with Jade. The cats are quite shy and a bit nervous of ‘new’ people at first but Jade quickly won them over. To the point now that they aren’t that bothered when I get home! Jade sends pictures and videos, which is a lovely thing to do, as I can see how settled the cats are with her. Cats can’t fake feelings or photos! They play with Jade and are obviously very relaxed. They also love all the attention and treats they get while I’m away! It’s so reassuring to be able to leave the cats at home, with Jade coming in to visit, as they wouldn’t cope well with a cattery. They find it too stressful. It makes a huge difference to me and to them, as I’m not sure I would be able to go away with such peace of mind otherwise. In fact, if Jade weren’t able to visit on certain dates - which hasn’t happened as she has always been available - but theoretically, if that were to be the case, I would rearrange my plans to make sure Jade could look after the cats while I was away 😺
Excellent pet service! Jade is really a professional in caring the pets. We left our cat with Jade and later when we picked up we feel that she was safe here. Jade is very friendly and gentle. I highly recommend her!

Adrienn has been walking our dog for over 18 months now and has also looked after him whilst we have been away, both at her place and at ours. We love knowing that he has a great time with her and Gigi (through lots of updates), and is in safe and competent hands that we can trust. He is super happy to see them and obviously is happy and comfortable in their company. Always happy to accommodate last minute changes too which is helpful with a busy lifestyle!! Would definitely recommend for walks and dog sitting!

Adrienne has been working with our 6 month old Husky pup for around 3 months now and he absolutely adores her. He is always excited to participate in the puppy training sessions and she keeps him motivated, stimulated and thoroughly entertained. He is a very high energy dog and he comes away both mentally and physically satisfied. Adrienne has given both me and my husband great training guidelines both in the session and after in written notes, to help curb his more problematic behaviours such as mouthing and jumping up and he is remarkably better behaved on the lead. She kindly took him for a weekend stay training and he came back to us so happy and well behaved. We are very happy with the service provided and at a very reasonable value. Would highly recommend.
Adrienn is great to work with. She really listens and pays so much attention to the dogs and their behaviour. She brings homemade treats and loads of affection and knowledge to every session. She's helped us with our 2 cockapoos and I would recommend her to any dog owner.
They are absolutely brilliant. We have two jack Russell terriers, and needed some help, Adrienn came to do a 1-2-1 session, after 3 times our dogs behaved totally different. She showed us as well how to train them. Adrienn has an amazing sense of training dogs, very helpful and professional, great knowledge of dog training and dog behaviour. She is extremely friendly.
