I had a wonderful time sitting for Anita and Daniel for a week. They turned the apartment into a “home” in all the great senses, by creating the perfect cozy ambient. Guaranteed you will even enjoy just being present in the house. Daniel and Anita were very kind and generous, and made me feel trusted and welcome from the very first moment. Ajax and Apollo are a duo of curious and funny cats. While they took a couple of days to bond with me, I definitely felt special when they finally trusted me and hung out with me 🤍 They are funny, clever, and very easy to take care of (and maybe just a little too good at playing hide and seek 😅) I will definitely sit again for them if the opportunity comes. The house is in a residential area with all the essentials nearby, which made a great environment for me to work from afar - I could enjoy the city without being constantly distracted and looking for activities. Thank you Daniel, Anita and Hector!
It was very easy to communicate with Maggie. We felt super comfortable in her home and she left fantastic instructions for caring for Mya, Fitz, and Swizzle. The pets were awesome and we really enjoyed our evening snuggles with Swizzle and daily walks with the pups! There was a lot for us to see in the area - hiking, museums, ice cream, breweries, and even a burro race! No hesitations at all!
Charlotte & Peter made us so welcome in their beautiful house. All three of the furry family are so different, little Sybil is a so much fun and so excited about everything. Rocket is so sweet and a lovely dog with a calm temperament and Pickle is the coolest cat you will ever meet, he was definitely in charge. There are beautiful country walks on the doorstep so plenty of places to walk Sybil and Rocket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely sit again for Charlotte and Peter, they are really lovely, interesting people and Rocket, Sybil and Pickle were a pleasure to care for.
10/10! Would highly recommend! Lindsay and James are a lovely couple who are just the nicest people and are always quick to respond to questions. Their home is quite nice and has some wonderful perks -including a fantastic backyard area with hot tub. The cats - Phoebe and Percy are very easy and affectionate cats to take care of. They're typical cats - very active in the early morning and evening but pretty much keep to themselves from late morning until early evening. Percy is inquisitive and will hop right up into your lap once he feels comfortable. Phoebe is a bit more reserved but will drop and show you her belly frequently. Great cats and I will kind of miss them. The location for Napa can't be beat - it's only 1.4 miles into the downtown region and within walking distance (well for me, but I walk a lot) to grocery stores, Target, Starbucks, and several chain restaurants. Would do this sit again in a heartbeat!!
We had such an amazing time at Emma's place. Their beautiful dogs are so much fun and so well behaved – and Edwina Sheeran wins best pet name award! We can't wait to go back! Their home is very comfortable and cozy, and in a fab location. It's really easy to walk to the beach or local shops and pubs – we had the BEST time! Thanks for having us.
Grey cat was so much fun and I felt kind of bad he can only go outdoors now in his catio. Maggie and her husband are both retired teachers and they have a Huge library in their home-I didn't have time to read all the books I wanted to before the sit ended. They told me about their many bicycling trips around the world and appreciated my diligence when it came to Covid precautions. They made detailed videos and left written instructions which were super handy, especially with the multiple remotes. Grey Cat played with me in the basement more than they or I anticipated, which was great to try and keep him fit and not too heavy. He was very vocal when he wanted something but also was alright with just hanging out in the dining room window, getting a few treats while I was cooking dinner, and laying in the sun or chewing on wheat grass in his attached cattio. Follow the yellow brick road to this sit if you ever get the chance!
