We loved having Cassandra and Austin looking after our beloved dog Flash and our house. They were punctual, flexible and helped us accommodate to our needs. Their communication was excellent, we got regular updates (and cute photos of our dog). When we arrived the house was spotless and Flash looked relaxed and happy!. I want to mention that both Cassandra and Austin help us with a flight delayed situation looking after our dog/house beyond their agreed time. I really appreciate their flexibility, empathy and good nature, we felt they genially wanted to help us as we where struggling to get back on time. They stayed with Flash and ensured we had a confirmation flight and only left our doggie very close to our arrival time. Thank you guys! I hope i can have both Cassandra and Austin as our zeewoi again!

Maureen took care of our pets as if they were her own and we couldn’t be happier :) she was always in contact with us and gave us updates on how they were all doing. The apartment was perfect when she left and the pets were all very happy. She is a lovely person who we would welcome back to our home anytime!

Patricia sat for us for one week while we were away working on an event. She made the time to meet us before we left so we could get comfortable. She was very sweet and easy to get along with. During the sit she communicated regularly and sent photos. She made time to stay home to get our cats used to her and she had to administer medicine to one for a couple of days due to her anxiety. Mostly, we feel it all went smoothly. We would recommend Patricia for future sits.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved dog, Louis, to Rachael's care, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the moment we met, it was clear that Rachael is not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely passionate about animals. Her sincerity and trustworthiness put me at ease right away. Throughout Louis' stay, Rachael was an excellent communicator, consistently providing updates and sending adorable photos of my happy boy enjoying his time. It was so comforting to see Louis looking so well-cared for, allowing me to fully enjoy my time away without any worries. Rachael went above and beyond in every aspect. Not only did she take exceptional care of Louis, but she also left our home spotless. Coming back to a clean and tidy house was the cherry on top of an already outstanding experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Rachael to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate dog sitter. She exceeded all expectations and I will definitely be booking her again in the future. Wow! Chantel and Jacob were absolutely the best. They took care of the pets and house beautifully (even watered my plants)they were a dream to deal with, communication was excellent. We even asked if they were free to come back in a few weeks to sit again but unfortunately they have other plans. Cannot recommend these guys enough… first class sitters

Skye was a fantastic sitter - she is a charming, mature, capable and friendly young woman who endeared herself immediately both of us and our two dachshunds. Being a vet nurse was an added benefit as we knew our dogs were in safe hands. Skye communicated with us regularly and spent quality time with our dogs - prioritizing their needs. Our house was spotless on our return and Skye had even left a very thoughtful gift to thank us. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Skye as a pet/house sitter and we will definitely book her again soon :)

Ophelia did a great job looking after Daisy, our 8yo labrador, and our house. She was communicative, flexible, clean and tidy... would highly recommend.

Kat, Michael and family were wonderful and from the minute they arrived and offered to drop us at the airport to leaving the house so clean and tidy on our return I couldn’t fault anything. My senior horse suffered a severe injury to her leg after getting caught in the fence. They managed to get a vet out urgently on Boxing Day when my regular vet was unavailable and dealt with the situation keeping me informed throughout. This was extremely traumatic not being there to help, but I can’t thank them enough for the compassion they showed under such terrible circumstances. I have no hesitation in recommending their entire family for any future house sits.
