Our flight home got in about 1AM and it was so nice to return home after a long day of traveling to a very clean home with fresh bedding and our dogs fed and relaxed. He was easy to love and care for, especially since he is Potty Trained!!! The building is safe and convenient to everything in Miami Beach. We had a wonderful weekend looking after Koki and Sunshine who where great company with lots of energy. Lisa and Harryv was very organised leaving all the dogs food measured out ready for the weekend. There house is in a beautiful location, I would never get tied of the views . What a wonderful experience we had during our stay! Lidon and Ingrid were absolutely fantastic hosts – their warmth and kindness made our time there truly special. Maricarmen and António, the adorable cats, added so much joy to our days. The location couldn't have been more ideal, with numerous enchanting spots, and the beach a 10-minute drive away. This sit was an absolute delight, and we would jump at the chance to do it all over again. We're so grateful for this incredible opportunity!
Cam and Gwen could not have been more hospitable. They welcomed us into their home the night before our sit and treated us like old friends. They had everything set up to make us feel like we were in a home away from home. Their home truly is a retreat with 180° lake views. Spectacular! The area surrounding their home has plenty to do, Including beautiful trails and sites to see. Their furry crew was so much fun! The dogs, are both young, high energy and very smart!! We loved our daily daily walks with the two pups, on the nearby trail. We would walk, they would run, chase each other, wrestle, then come home and crash. The have very distinct personalities.❤ We miss them!! The cats are pretty independent, so we didn't see as much of them. However, towards the end of our stay, they were warming up to us, and it was fun to interact with them as well. Cam and Gwen were excellent in providing directions to care for the animals, to ensure a successful sit. We feel we have gained friends for life and will be in touch in the years ahead, with Cam and Gwen. If you get an opportunity to meet them and sit for their furry family, we are confident you will thoroughly enjoy it!
This was a wonderful petsit for me. The moment that I read the profile and I saw the pictures, I felt I could take very well care of all of the pets. And it all worked well together: The 2 dogs Cu and Jasmine, the 2 Gerbils Peep and Messy and the 2 Degus Hazel and Maple. This was my team for this sit and the team was full of energy! Thanks to the clear communication (before, during and after the sit) by Sarah, it all worked well. The manual was a great ‘colleague’ as it had all the answers to my questions written in it. The Gerbils usually are more active when it gets dark, although they sometimes were curious what tasty food I was putting down in their play area. The Degus developed themselves from being careful and hiding in their ‘house’, into 2 active athletes, ready to jump into my hands, continuing into the direction of my shoulders to then run via my back to the floor, taking a sand bath on the way and then have a moment of relaxation in which a snack is being munched on. The other members of the team, Cu and Jasmine: Full of energy, happy, eager to play. At certain times they don’t stop jumping around (because they are so happy) and then it helps to give a short command with a strong voice; they then respond quickly. It is important to build in moments of rest, as Cu has Arthritis and Jasmine has 3 legs. Therefore they can’t go on long walks. But the property is large enough for them to do their daily sniffin’! There is a bus stop at walking distance for the connection to Navan. I also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed!! If you like the outdoors and you don’t mind raindrops falling on your head now and then… …and you like taking care of multiple pets, then this is a rewarding petsit for you!

Shade is a true animal lover and I would highly recommend Complete Pet Care to anyone with pets! Our dog loves her and they had a connection as soon as they met. Shade provides our dog with walks during the week, which have been so helpful in allowing our dog to get her energy out while we are at work. She is reliable, flexible, and very communicative by sending pictures, videos, and updates after every visit. Additionally, she has been a huge help with checking in on/feeding our 2 cats when we go away. As someone who loves their pets and is hesitant to trust other people with them, I feel completely at ease knowing that Shade is taking the best care of them!

When dogs chew the plastic, it needs to be replaced, when they have an accident, it needs to be cleaned immediately, so they n employees don’t fall. Aggressive dogs can not be mixed in, you end up at hospital. If someone that knows what they are talking about offers suggestions, listen. Keep dogs moving, people want dogs having fun, playing, interacting, unless they can’t n are elderly. When they come home from work they are tired and their dog should be happy to see them but also feel like they had a busy day. Not , gee! Me, me, me, let’s walk n play for hours now, I had hours of boredom while you were at work! No non spayed or neutered, all shots. If any chance of illness…no do not endanger 50 for 1. The location has the ability to be wonderful. N children should not be brought in to middle to lay around n play with dogs. It is a business, dogs are wonderful animals but once you put 5 together anything can happen. It’s not a child day care a I repeat, kids do not belong on the floor with clients dogs. If a dog bites once you are putting him at risk for bitting again. Step on them, if you bang into them n they have cancer n you don’t know it, a nice dog will bite. You now created an issue for dog owner because you thought it would be fun to have your kids on the floor of a dog day care/ boarding business.
Very expensive for a fair job. I left it to the groomer’s discretion and although my girl was very pretty when I picked her up, they barely cut any hair. i will need to bring her for a haircut elsewhere and pay a nominal fee. Anyway $95 dollars for a wash and a trim for a 10 pound dog is absurd. I will not be returning. Chris and Zoe

Our favorite doggy day care spot! Our dog, Houie, goes a few days a month and he absolutely loves the whole team there. He goes running in as soon as we walk through the door. Highly recommend!

I have two rescue dogs who I have to board occasionally, they have high anxiety and we have had bad experiences at previous places but I feel so comfortable leaving my dogs at Fuzzy Butts. It is clear all of the staff I have met care so much for the dogs here and treat them as their own. My dogs who hate going places, love going here even to board! The staff are so accommodating and they communicate so well during their stay.
Our daniff goes to fuzzy butts for regular daycare and boarding. When we get out of the car he runs to the front door and is genuinely excited to see everyone and spend time with his other doggie friends. He had major separation anxiety and a very particular diet due to his size (he needs three meals plus a day) and fuzzy butts has been more than accommodating. The staff are extremely friendly and we love the daily picture updates!

We reached out to Five Paws very last minute to see if they would be able to watch our dog who had significant medical needs. They were wonderful from start to finish and I was so confident each time that she was in such great care. We've previously had her boarded and she would seem so stressed when we picked her up. We were desperate to find an alternative and we didn't look back once we started using Five Paws. They give updates, pictures and each time we came home she was as happy as can be. They provided such peace for us knowing she was in good hands and was happy especially given all of her medical concerns (dog dementia, blindness, hard of hearing, pain, etc..). Our Sahara has since passed but I would use them again and again with any dogs we may have in the future and cannot recommend them enough.
I don't trust anyone else with my pets when I'm away! I love that I know I will get photos of my cats and a report of how the visit went from the sitter. They take time to give the cats individual attention, not just coming in to feed, clean, and leave. Scheduling is very easy and the rates are reasonable.
Hi: Kudos to Five Paws Recently had Five Paws cat sit our cats and pond fish. The team at Five Paws hit a homerun with us. The team is very professional, respectful and loving to our gang. The team of Melinda and Blythe were so observant of our pets, even going out of the way to feed our strays, without blinking an eye. Special shout out to Melinda who really saved the day as she was feeding the fish in our pond, when she noticed that one of our goldfish got stuck in the filter. Without any hesitation she jumped in to save him, which would have been a disaster if she didn't as he would have passed and fouled the pond water. Five Paws has taken excellent care of all my pets (rabbit, cat, mice) for many years now and they do an excellent job! They were even able to give my cat pills (in pill pockets) and coordinated with my vet once when she stopped eating and I could not be reached. We have been using Five Paws for a few years now, for small weekend trips or week long vacations. They have been so wonderful with our pups. I had an experience where I was out of the country using a different sitter (not Five Paws of Delco) who was supposed to watch my dogs at their house for the week. They decided that they no longer wanted to watch them after a couple days, so they dropped them back off at my house, alone. I was panicking, just having arrived in another country, so I reached out to Five Paws of Delco who immediately responded and scheduled multiple last minute visits for me. Our pooch loves Best Friends like it's her second home. We've been boarding our dog here for about 3 years and the staff has always been phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly and it's a very welcoming environment. I admittedly get nervous when my dog and other dogs "meet," but she always does great at group play at Best Friends. I don't know what kind of magic they work but I get a little bit of a "training session" myself each time I chat with the staff at Best Friends when I pick her up. They're all great people and willing to provide helpful tips.
From my experience Best Friends always keeps our dog happy safe and well fed during his trips there. Anytime I have a concern or question or change in schedule they always try to accommodate. They love seeing Charlie’s face when he arrives and their new groomer has bonded with him which is not easy to do!!!
Over the past few years I boarded my dogs at Best Friends for weekend or week long stays. Having the opportunity to “check in” via video is a terrific addition to the boarding service. Best Friends is our ultimate doggy destination! My German shepherd Moon is so excited to attend the day camp at Best Friends, he practically pulls me through the door. Moon has such a blast playing with his furry friends and the staff who clearly adore dogs, and always comes home happy and ready to conk out for a well-deserved nap. And thanks to the clean environment - NO doggy daycare funk!! We have also used Best Friends for longer stays, and Moon always comes back the same tired, happy pup. Knowing that he is having fun and being well cared for allows us to relax and enjoy our time away.
My two golden doodles were well taken care as first time boarders by very experienced staff that were highly responsive to the individual needs of my dogs. Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!
Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! All Creatures Pet Care is first-rate. Brooke has taken care of my golden doodle since he was a puppy, sometimes for up to three weeks when I have traveled. The care is exceptional! Lisa is incredible. She has helped me so tremendously I can’t even put it into words. My cat Homer is a 16 year old newly diagnosed with diabetes, which makes leaving for holidays and events a bit harder due to his injections. Lisa has helped me more times than I can count, and Homer loves her! It is such a weight off my mind that he is being cared for so well. She sends updates and photos and is always so generous with her time. I can’t imagine what this past year would have been like without her help.
I have used Lisa Burke from Family Style Pet Sitting as my pet sitter for 13 years now. My old dog would actually get excited when he saw us packing for vacation because he knew he was going to go to Lisa’s house for his “vacation.” I never worried about him because I knew he was in the best possible hands. When he was sick and required special care and medicine, she was the only one I trusted. She also takes care of my two cats and my new dog, and she used to take care of my chickens when we had them as well. Highly recommend!!
Lisa was a God send for our family. We had a vacation planned which got changed around a few times due to a family emergency. Lisa was ready at every corner to adjust as she was able. Lindsay has been walking our two dogs for nearly a year and has been fantastic! She walks them no matter the weather and always has a great attitude about it. Lindsay was amazing with our two dogs who she boarded. She provided us updates and pictures during our 8 day trip which was very comforting and the dogs were obviously well cared for and had a great time in a great environment. Lindsay came to my house twice a day to feed & care for my 2 cats. She was very professional and sent pictures of my boys. I had used Rover previously and was very disappointed. Lindsay is very trustworthy and I will definitely use her services again.
Been taking our pups here since 2009 and we all love it! Our pups always come home exhausted from their play! The staff evaluate the dogs to ensure a good fit and friendly atmosphere. They are so sweet and treat our pups like family - so caring and loving. They also offer boarding and grooming services and we recommend those as well. The hours are great and pricing very reasonable. They've been super flexible when we've had a last minute ask for a weekend boarding. We're so lucky and appreciative to have found this gem years ago. I've been a customer here for 14 years, with 4 dogs over those years. My dogs have always loved this place, where they have lots of room to run around, lots of toys to play with, and people who truly love them and get to know each dog. They celebrate birthdays, Santa comes for Christmas pictures, and there is nothing better than Halloween at Bark Avenue! The staff is great, the place is spotless, and my dogs are nice and tired at the end of the day!
We are extremely satisfied with Bark Avenue. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I feel so at ease whenever i drop off my dog because i know that hes going to be in good hands. Sometimes they even post photos or videos on their facebook feed and every once in a while i get to see my pup running around. It makes my day knowing that hes happy and playing with other dogs. I also love that they split up the dogs by energy level, not just size, so i know my small dog is around other pups who wont be too aggressive with him. Im so happy i found this place. And i know my dog loves it too, because he gets so exciting when we ask him if hes ready to go to "school".
So great to be back at Bark Avenue! We moved and started taking our Basset Hound to another day camp. Not sayin’ nothin’ but the name of the franchise rhymes with “Messed Ends” Rather than go into all the problems with them, I’d like to list just a few of the ways in which Bark Avenue distinguishes themselves from the aforementioned chain. 1. Bark Avenue retains customers and staff 2. They recognized Ike (after a 3 year absence) and welcomed him back with great warmth and enthusiasm. 3. Their hours are much more convenient 4. When Ike is bathed or gets his nails trimmed (by Marydean) the work is noticeable. 4. Best of all the director and staff seem to genuinely enjoy the dogs! Bark Avenue is not fancy or pretentious, but we trust them implicitly to care for our “best friend.”
I have a 7 month old rottweiler and I don't know what I'd do without bark avenue to tire her out while I'm at work. Great staff and very fair rates!
One of my dogs has gone since she was a small pup. I have nothing but good things to say. She loves it there and they are very accommodating!
My licensed therapy dog was bit terribly. Then, they try to make it sound like it was my dog's fault. My dog is very friendly and has NEVER had an incident. I'm now sitting at the animal hospital because my dog has severe wounds from the attack. Never again!

Jack and his associate did a fantastic job looking in on my cat while I was away for a week. She is used to my almost constant presence, so it is hard for her when I am not there. But, she adapted to Jack and Michelle very well, which helped her to be less anxious. They are consummate professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone. This is my second experience with their great service, and I will be back!
My wife and I have a cat who, while adorable, is rambunctious to say the least. He's friendly around people but is picky about play and how he is petted. And I would certainly hate to leave him alone! But Jack, Michelle, and Asher take such great care of him that I've been coming back ever since we first tried out Your Pet's Best Friend while we went on a vacation. I particularly appreciate the communication I receive--daily texts, videos, and questions about what to do in certain scenarios tell me that my little furry guy is being taken care of each day he is visited. I also really enjoy that during the warmer months, Jack will water plants. Thanks to him we had some very successful tomato yields! I also appreciate that traditional peak times--Thanksgiving/Christmas/etc--are not a problem for checking up. Last minute availability is also not a problem; I've given Jack sometimes as little as 24 hours notice and he's been able to accommodate watching our cat. Jack was exceedingly professional at our first meeting, and he asks all the questions you would hope that someone watching your pet would ask. You can't go wrong if you need a sitter for the day, for a weekend, or even for a month (all lengths of time I've used him for). I highly recommend if you're looking for someone to care for your furry friends.
I have been using Jack for midday visits to my home since January of 2018. I remember when he came over for the first time to meet me and my animals. I was interviewing a few different people, and Jack was the one that exuded confidence and professionalism. I felt like I could trust him with my two rambunctious pit bulls, which required a higher degree of responsibility. The choice was pretty easy. Not only does he provide great care to the resident dogs, he is always accommodating to the many senior foster dogs that I have had over the years. He texts me after every visit, and his narratives are detailed and frequently humorous. He is proactive about holidays and asks if he is needed or not, and always gives plenty of notice for his vacations. I have no reservations about recommending Jack for pet care needs.
Your Pet’s Best Friend has been walking my dogs on workdays since 2016. I’m so happy with their services - always friendly and reliable. And most importantly - My dogs love them! The communication from Jack and his team is great - I get an update after every walk about how it went. I don’t hesitate to recommend Jack to my friends and neighbors when they ask if I k ow anyone who does pet sitting/walking.
Jack, Asher, and Mary Michelle are truly my Pets’ best friends! Twice a day, seven days a week I can count on them to arrive on time and take care of the needs of my dog and two cats. Parker loves his walks almost as much as he loves his walkers, and I always receive a report on how the walk went. I should be embarrassed to admit this, but since I don't have children, it's fair to say I treat my dogs as if they were my kids. Jack has been there for all our dog walking and pet-sitting needs. If I'm working late, it's comforting knowing our pups are getting a walk and fresh air during the day. Jack's fantastic and has always been flexible if we need a sitter for the day or overnight. Jack's affordable, quick to respond (even when I have a last-minute request), and he takes his work seriously. You can tell his love of animals is genuine and he provides little notes and updates on our pups (who took care of business, where they went) and is reliable and trustworthy. My dogs love him! And they love only the best people (actually, they love everyone and Jack is no exception).
Jack is amazing. I have a rescue cat who does not do well when I leave him for extended periods of time. Jack was SO patient and caring with my cat while I was gone. Jack takes his job seriously and would send me a daily update every morning which eased my anxiety for leaving my cat so long. Cannot say enough good things about Jack and I would highly recommend!
