This was our first experience pet sitting through Trusted House Sitters. Right from our initial zoom call Laila and Eric were incredibly welcoming. They were very well prepared when we arrived with everything we needed to know about the boys and their beautiful home. They had a great welcome kit that also shared information about the fantastic area they live in. The boys were sociable right from the start. Mooshy was a cuddler day one. Tux sought us out on his own terms and Buddy was a little standoffish for the first couple of days until he was sure we were there for a while! They were a breeze to take care of and made sure we knew when it was dinner time! After being petless for several years it was a pleasure to mind such lovable cats. We were sad when it was time to say goodbye. We almost tucked them into our suitcases to take home! We had an amazing time in the area and found lots of interesting things to do even in the off season. This is a wonderful quiet corner of the US with so much to see and do. Laila and Eric’s home is in an amazing location overlooking the Lower Niagara River. In February we even got to watch fishermen out on the water! We would be thrilled to spend time with the boys again any time!
