Sara was very kind and made me feel at ease from the first conversation. I felt like my cat and my apartment were in good hands. Communication was easy and she sent me texts and pictures every day during my stay and it was appreciated. My apartment was just as I left it and she even fixed one of my sweaters. I would highly recommend Sara and would ask her to come back if the opportunity arose.
Henrietta’s house is impeccable ! It was spotless and fresh on arrival, everything was neat and clean and well stocked. The furnishings are quintessentially British, a real treat for me - being Aussie! The linens and towels were all crisp and thick. Everything you could possibly need in terms of amenities and access is provided. Henrietta is a delight, as are Brontë and Bruno - the fluffy bears. Brontë is a sweet old lady, she sat next to me on the grass for a cuddle and ambled along beside or behind me on walks. She stole a sock once but gave it back reproachfully when I told her to- so one to watch around your smalls. Despite being a teenager, Bruno is very chilled and a sweet guy, he has a bit more spring in his step on walks and talks to you at times - on the whole was just very curious and loving. There are easy, fenced-in fields close to the house for the evening and morning walks and an abundance of long distance hikes on All Trails in the surrounds which I took advantage of. All information is correct on the listing, and Henrietta is clear with instructions and charming and responsive to all comms. Not one for people addicted to their phone / social media as signal in the guest suite where you would reside is minimal - but I found it a good chance to detox and read a book! (There is full, strong WiFi access in the main house, however). I would come back again and again!
A really great sit and highly recommend! Milo is an absolute cutie and very well behaved! Carolina was super sweet and welcoming. She responded really quickly to texts and provided all the relevant information. The house is also located in a really fun but cosy neighbourhood! Thanks for having me😊❤️

Reception very cold and not clean, when I collected my pet I never got the remaining food back that I had supplied myself, the man didn't even have my pets other belongings in the bag that I came with we had to ask for our bag and even then he tried to say we didn't have a bag but eventually he did go and get the right bag. Won't be back.
My two dogs have been here whilst we holidayed for two weeks. They were well cared for and as it was their first time boarding we had had some reservations, however these guys are great and they will be returning in two months for another doggy holiday with them. We sent them with their bed and cage (to go inside their kennel there) so they would feel more at home. One dog is on heart meds and this was no issue for them to care for him. I do not have one negative to say at all. Trustworthy

Have used this kennel on several occasions. First time I used I gave the owner some constructive feedback that it might be useful to give a information handout to people on the rules as I had spent time making and freezing homemade food for my dog only to find when we got there it wasn’t allowed and therefore I had no food for my dog ready when we were just about to go on holiday. I had mentioned the home cooked food when viewing the kennels and wasn’t told it was a problem. Owner seems to have held a grudge about this and has been rude to me about my dogs when collecting on a couple of occasions. First the bed they had was a problem or that they are running around when I’ve picked them up (as dogs do when excited to see their owners). I wasn’t given a chance to put them on leads as they use slip leads also. Won’t be using again now. Dogs hardly get out all day anyway so I wasn’t that enthused about using but they always seem to have availability short notice. Maybe that’s why!! Woman slammed the door in my face when I said I didn’t like how rudely I’d been spoken too. Awful customer service.
Very happy dogs. Well looked after, loved being there and our diabetic Schnauzer was really taken care of, with her meds administered as required. Came home just as healthy as she went in. Cant rate the friendly staff highly enough. Will certainly be back.

These are, by far, the best kennels I have ever used. They are clean, warm and modern. Dogs are happy to be there and are very well looked after. Owners treat them like their own. I can travel knowing that I don’t have to worry.
Left four dogs for a fortnight, all very happy and well looked after, the old boy wanted to go back to his kennel, I will definitely be using them again
Lovely friendly welcome and I had my 10 year old westie Mac in for 9 nights. He was very well looked after and mixing with other dogs on walks which was great as he’s wary off other dogs since being attacked twice when 4 months old but here it wasn’t a problem for him. Excellent very modern facilities in lovely farm setting. Will definitely be returning with Mac next time I’m going away.
A Greek street dog, called Winnie.... The kennels have worked so hard over the last 12 months to ensure our stray dog felt safe and loved. Amazing job by Will and Judith and a special shout out to Fiona and the rest of the carers. We have been on holiday for 16 days....Best kennels in the area...don't hesitate..we feel proud to post this review.
Love this kennel and feel very confident leaving my dogs when going away for short periods of time. They cater to dogs with different needs and genuinely love taking care of them.
