I had a great time looking after Millie & Kevin & spending a few days in Ripon. Sadie & Wayne are a lovely couple & have a wonderful home. Wayne was kind enough to pick me up from home & take me back after returning from holiday which was very much appreciated. The minute I walked into the house Millie went straight to me, Kevin took a couple of minutes to approach but once he did there was a competition for my attention! It was a pleasure sitting for them both. With not knowing Ripon very well I was looking forward to spending time in the area, knowing this Sadie left me with a few guides to the area & I managed a few adventures along the canal, river & city with the dogs. I would certainly love to sit for them again
Such a great sit in a great area of England! We completely enjoyed our time with Bisquit; she's very easy to look after with her calm, sweet personality and regular daily routine. The only challenge we had was getting her out for her walks as she tried to convince us they weren't needed given her age, but she was quite happy once she was out & happier still on the return home! We really appreciated Jill & Bill picking us up/dropping us to the train station and the perfect arrival meal & visit. They are very kind and friendly and the house is really comfortable, clean & cozy! We also loved the conservatory for reading a book & the outside patio for sunny afternoons. It's pretty obvious that the location is amazing for seeing a ton of historic & beautiful sights in that part of the country. We really enjoyed meeting all of them and highly recommend if you have a chance to be hosted here.
Where should we start? We had an amazing stay looking after sweet Frankie for 2 weeks. A very nice and warm welcome the night before Liesbet and her family left. They showed us their house and explain well everything about their place and Frankie. Since the very first moment (even during the first videocall to meet each other) we felt very comfortable with them. Such a lovely family! The area is also very nice and easy, well connected to the centre, sourrunded by nice Victorian style houses and parks. And great spots for good coffee, restaurants, winebars, pizza, craft beer... And the star of this story....Frankie! He is a sweet heart and we felt in love with him quite quickly. He was timid the first moment and a bit nervous but once he got used to us (in less than a day) he was a lovely company. I think it was a very good intro for him to spend the first night all together in the house as he can react to strangers. As a whippet he can be amanzingly active when playing frisbee or ball at the park and then relax and take it very easy at home. He is also a professional cuddler, always finding a nice spot to fit in while you sit or lay on the sofa. We would love to spend time again with Frankie. Strongly recommend house-sit!
What a lovely relaxing place The views were heavenly. Cybi was a gentle boy, loved his walks and sniffing around. Beautiful area and a comfortable peaceful house. Friendly neighbours. I would love to return.
What an amazing sit! Thistle is adorable. Quite cuddly and, when inside, wanting to spend time with you. As soon as I walked in the door he was there to greet me. As soon as I sat down, he was in my lap. I was working remotely and, when rainy days kept him inside, he napped in a chair next to me the whole time. When outside he's quite the accomplished hunter, so be ready to deal with "gifts" but he's well behaved, comes when called, etc. The house and property are great as well. Rita's descriptions and instructions cover everything you might need. The views are phenomenal. And while you're well set-up to explore places like Stowe or Burlington, if you're like me, you'll be equally as happy on the front or back porch, enjoying nature while Thistle prowls.
Patrick has three sweet dogs. It was a pleasure to stay with them. My kids enjoyed loving on them. We already miss their sweet companionship. Patrick was very prompt in his communications as well.

The place is not far from Cascais, easily accessible by car. Is in a quiet environment, not disturbed by pass-byers or traffic. It is a large field where the dogs can play together always under the supervision of qualified personnel. The attendants are always very kind, patient and efficient. They regularly post pictures and videos through Instagram, keeping owners updated on what happens throughout the day. There are several packages that can be purchased and there's the possibility of pickup at various meeting points, and of hotel. A great service at a very interesting price. Highly recommended!
Our 2 dogs have only been here once so far but we were happy that they were well cared for and enjoyed their time with the other dogs, they were exhausted when they got home! Look forward to sending them again soon.

Julia is a very sweet person who obviously loves dogs. It was such a relief to have our Maddi stay in a home environment as she is not used to dog hotels. My husband and I were able to enjoy our weekend in Lisbon without too much concern over Maddi and her safety. We were updated with videos and photos as Julia took her 'houseguests' to the beach. We highly recommend "Dog Walking Lisbon"! We needed a place for our dog Nylah to stay and wanted to avoid a kennel. It was the first time we leave Nylah and we were quite nervous. After meeting Julia and our lovely sitter Margarida we felt extremely comfortable as they took the time to understand Nylah's character and her fears. Nanda was an absolute dream with our puppy, Wiley. She was so thorough on messages before scheduling her sitting services and she really cared about Wiley and making things just so for him. We left Wiley with Nanda for 2 nights when he was very young and she made it so easy for us - she sent us regular updates (pictures, videos and messages) and she was obviously making his stay really enjoyable and comfortable. My beloved dog and I had the best experience with Nanda, she was spectacular, I never thought Bob would get on so well with someone else. She sent me videos and photos while I was traveling, putting my mind at ease and always showing me that he was being well looked after.
Terrible. Dog was left in the garden all day with other dogs and put in a dark shed at night. My dog is a family dog and had no human contact apart from feeding time. The owner was consistently late for times to collect and drop off and kept my dog in a pet carrier in the back of a van for 3 hours in the heat because he wasn't at home when he said he would be when I went to collect my dog and didn't answer the phone when I tried to find out where he was or what was going on. Avoid at all costs. Has zero empathy with the animals in his care or his customers.

In response to the many responses that the line's petsitting gives to the criticisms it receives, I wanted to clarify that I am a neighbor of the kennel and the truth is that the dogs spend a large part of the day alone and at night they are always alone from 8pm onwards. I would like to take this opportunity to challenge anyone who wants to visit their dog from 10pm onwards to see if anyone is there with them. I also have evidence of how the owner of the kennel leaves them alone and locked in the boxes for much of the day and all night. The Petsitting line does not even have authorization for the activity it performs, which means it is not certified.
I don't recommend it. Unsafe; people who don't even seem qualified and lack of proper supervision. For anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their dogs, this doesn't seem like the right place at all. Dogs are constantly closed and alone; clearly stressed and agitated by the lack of care and attention. As there is no nighttime supervision, if something happens to them during the night, there is no one to help them! The lack of transparency on the part of those who manage the space is very unprofessional and makes me doubt whether this establishment is even legal.

For those who TRULY LOVE their pet, this is the ideal space where they are happy, at ease, and interact with each other and with the staff. As for the staff, what can I say, Human Beings are super dedicated and committed to the dogs. My Nina, already a 15 year old senior, loves spending time with the Uncles from Pet Sitting da Linha. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't let Nina be with "just anyone". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPACE! And now in the new space it's even better and with so much that's still going to happen there! Keep it up because YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH! Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs!
TERRIBLE!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Dogs are alone, not only for a large part of the day, but ALL NIGHT. There is no type of night supervision for those staying in hotels, as no one is on site at night. Even for those who are only in daycare, in addition to spending a large part of the day abandoned and locked in the boxes, in the few moments when they are accompanied, there are also few periods of play. SPACE THAT SHOULD NOT BE OPEN!!!!!!

My dog goes there once a week and absolutely loves it, he gets very tired from playing with other dogs and this has been helping a lot with his socialization as he grows up. They clean him up every time before bringing him home. Recently he stayed there for 10 days while we went on vacations and we always got updates on how he was doing and everything went perfectly.

I have my big dog at daycare and sometimes at the boarding house and I have to say that they are wonderful. The entire staff is helpful and very loving towards my little puppy. He always comes back all clean after a day at daycare, and when he comes back from his stay he misses the new friends he met. Ease of communication with the staff, always available and helpful. At the daycare, they pick up my big dog and take him home, even when I need to leave the house early, my big dog's monitor has our key. I love Furrytails 🐕 My dog's best friends, and my right-hand man when I need my dog to be safe and watched over when I can't. Top price and 100% quality.

Terrible, They sold us a hotel service with daily trips to the daycare center during the week, something that there is no indication whatsoever happened, we doubt he ever went to the daycare center. They told us that they would send photos and videos as much as we wanted, we made it clear that we wanted them every day, but it took a lot of insistence to send us a photo or video, and every time they sent it it was in the same place. Marco, despite being kind, is extremely disorganized, he was unable to schedule a time to pick up our dog and even comply with our various requests and alerts about our flight, at the last minute they sent us another employee. The day Marco came to meet us, everything seemed fine, and we ended up accepting the service even though we weren't able to see the place in person. Due to the non-confirmation of our dog's pick-up time, we insisted on asking for the address and they never gave it to us, Marco said “I'll send it now” and to this day we still don't know where our dog was. They lack professionalism, they must have a lot of clients and don't want new ones, as we made it clear that it was our dog's first stay and that we were looking for a place where, in addition to going to the hotel during our travels, we could also go to daycare every week. Never to repeat.
From the first contact they were attentive. We left our dog with them on a family stay and he was looked after very well! A trustworthy place! They always responded to us with photos and videos of the big dog - he always had a happy face :) they are very flexible with their schedules and have good facilities for them to spend energy. When we picked him up we realized that he had grown fond of Marco, and that says it all. I recommend!
I contacted the company to provide a dog walking service. Marco came to meet my big dog, and everything seemed perfect. We set the day for the start of the service and delivery of the key. Marco failed and didn't answer the call. An hour later he called with the utmost carelessness, and when I asked if that error on his part could happen with the requested service, he said he wasn't feeling "good vibes" from me and canceled the service, leaving me stranded at the day it was supposed to start. In addition to not admitting the mistake, he was also arrogant
From the beginning they were great. Marco came to our house to meet our two dogs and talk to find out a little more about them and their customs and behavior. He was super attentive. Nuno always comes to pick them up to take them and take care of our cats when we're not there. Both dogs and cats love them. There is no better place or team to take care of our girls.

Love, love, love the help Dog Day Care gives us when we need it. Super friendly and service minded. The staff are always happy and smiling when I drop our dog of. They are quick to send photos and update on their socials so we can see how our dog is enjoying her stay. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for dog service in the center of Lisbon.
I am staying in Lisbon for several months with my dog and needed a reliable place to leave her for two weeks while I traveled. I chose this dog day care because I had previously used their "SPA" services and was impressed by their professionalism. They insisted on a preliminary inspection, where my dog stayed for half a day for evaluation. The dogs are kept in a spacious, well-equipped hall and are taken outside several times a day in an organized manner. I even witnessed one of these outings by chance. Throughout my dog's stay, I had continuous updates on her condition, including photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. When I picked her up, she was happy and well-cared for. The staff, though mostly non-English speaking, were pleasant and professional, and communication was easy with the help of Google Translate. I don't know the owner, but the young team running the place does an excellent job. I will definitely continue to use their services for the remainder of my stay in Lisbon.
Dog daycare is wonderful! The staff are all so kind and caring, they clearly care about the dogs they look after and they are very thorough in their care - having the dogs come in for an afternoon to meet ‘the pack’ to make sure they’re a good fit and happy whilst in day care.The overnight stay is just as well run and they give regular updates on our pup whilst he’s staying. I always feel Wiley is in great hands when I leave him and he always seems super happy when he leaves (and very excited when I drop him off)! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Our two dogs have been attending daycare here ever since they were puppies, and they absolutely love it. Their excitement is unreal every time they hear the daycare van or see the school's entrance, they can barely contain themselves until they're inside. It's the only place we trust to leave them when we're on vacation. We're reassured knowing they're treated like family, and we truly appreciate the frequent updates, photos, and videos from them. It's comforting to see that they're having a great time and don't seem to miss us at all. We can't recommend this daycare enough!
Andreira and her team at Pet Sitting Bicharada are so wonderful and take the best care of all the dogs they look after. Each time I take my puppy to daycare, she is always so excited. It’s really comforting to know that I can also travel for work and my puppy has a place to go to stay where she happy is well looked after. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Our dog loves Andreia and the team, they are super professional and we know they take a very good care of her. When we travel and have to leave her there for a few days, we know she is in a familiar environment where they take her as their own, instead of staying in a usual hotel with cages.

I looked at many daycares before deciding on this one. What won was the way I was initially received by the owner, Andreia. Always happy and ready to answer any questions. Pudding is very suspicious of people, but at daycare he quickly became attached to all the girls. Andreia herself, Sofia who bathes him, Teresa and Rita who pick him up and take him home most of the time. He is always happy when he sees them at the door. Well... sometimes he hides under the bed. As they are very active on Instagram, I always check out what he and his friends are doing. Seeing my dog happy makes me happy and at ease because I know he is well taken care of and I know that my big dog loves the daycare environment along with his little friends. I know that at least 2 other dogs that are my neighbors are in the same daycare on my recommendation. We all agree that our dogs love pet sitting. Thank you for being wonderful 😊
My big ones have been going to Bicharada for years. Knowing that they are being treated well, that they socialize and are happy is priceless. The team is wonderful and Andreia is a true dog whisperer, having helped me so many times where others couldn't. They took a shower there and also stayed there to sleep. The result is always the same: well treated, lots of pampering and lots of fun. We couldn't be happier!
The best experience my Scoobylu had! He is a 2-year-old pinscher, who doesn't go with just anyone and was super comfortable with the couple! I received photos and videos every day and he was super happy when I went to pick him up. Even in my presence he was on Fernanda's lap and stayed the same way he does with me alone! I loved the care and affection with my little one!!!
It couldn't have been better!! We feel that our dog stayed with people she had known all her life. She is a little anxious and the couple couldn't have handled it better. They had great walks and games with her and were always sending news - neither too much information nor too little!
