Caring for Tanne and Tom's beagle, Sadie and their three cats was such a fun and relaxing housesit in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Tanne and Tom are such friendly and caring people. They made us feel very welcome in their spacious and wonderfully decorated home. We were amazed at their view of the mountains from just outside their door on their wide porch which offers a panoramic view. The best part of the sit were their incredible dog and cats. They were loving companions and so entertaining. I looked out the window and I saw my husband taking Sadie for a walk followed by two of the cats, meanwhile 22 year old Joe Pye was curled up on the sofa waiting for me to join her. There are so many hikes and waterfalls less than an hour away. Brevard is a small town with lots of unique shops and good restaurants. We would highly recommend this housesit! We would love to see everyone again and care for their pets.

We just loved this sit in Colorado Springs! Shawn and Dave were warm and welcoming, giving us thorough instructions on caring for their lovely home and their three amazing kitties. We genuinely fell in love with Cleo, Tiger, and Marty! While Cleo was the big-boss, Tiger basically claimed my hubby while Marty claimed me, so we each had the most adorable, loving, sweet cats you could ever want to cuddle!

The house is so warm and welcoming. We slept so well in the guest room and enjoyed the games and big TVs for entertainment on cold nights.

I highly recommend this stay if you get a chance to visit CO Springs and hope we get a chance to see these wonderful pet parents again sometime!

Nick and Shona
We had a most enjoyable sit at Shona and Nick’s. They were considerate and generous hosts with the gentlest, most affectionate dogs we’ve ever known. We loved being able to walk right from the door in beautiful countryside! The area is charming and the dogs a dream to walk with. We had everything we needed in the house for an easy, comfortable and relaxed sit.

Had a great time hanging with Buddy who is a delight. Location is very close to many things to do. Would definitely watch Buddy again if the opportunity comes my way.
