This was the second time that we had the good fortune to have Sharon and Milton watch our fur babies, and they once again did a fantastic job. Three weeks before the sit started, our male cat Bob tore a hind leg ligament requiring surgery and follow-up PT to stretch his knee. As true animal lovers, Sharon and Milton accepted the therapist mantle and performed a rather unpleasant task (Bob whines a bit) like pros. It was clear that they enjoyed caring for our cats and took advantage of the proximity to our adjacent park and surrounding SoCal destinations. We are completely comfortable with them being in charge of our cats and home. We once again returned to happy cats, a clean home, and would welcome them to sit for us again anytime.
We had an excellent time at Barbara's taking for Bodie. The home is set high in the Mill Valley hills on a quiet road. The quiet roads made for easy walking and if desired you can walk down to the town of Mill Valley. Whole Foods (x2) and Safeway are nearby. Also nearby are Sausalito, Larkspur, Muir beach and Woods, and Stinson Beach. We took Bodie to Stinson twice and he loved it, easily walking to the end by Bolinas. Bodie is easy to care for as long as he has a meal and a scratch. Doesn't have a problem with other dogs. Barbara was an excellent host, and has a lovely home. Highly recommended.
