This was my second visit to Pudding Cottage, I was delighted to be asked back. The dogs were great company, responded well to instructions, we had great fun on our walks through stunning countryside. Even Murphy the cat joined in with my yoga. Ellie left marvellous instructions including a well stocked fridge & ensured I had support nearby if needed, it was a very healing break. I already miss my furry friends & hope I see them again before too long.
This has been my first experience doing HousePet Sitting with my dog, Boss, and I’m thankful because Barbara and Lella have welcomed us. Lella listens and behaves really well! She likes to play and to run free, but at night at home she’s really quiet and sweet. Barbara’s apartment is very nice and it comes with a fantastic terrace that must be amazing in spring/summer. The only big cons is the folding bed for solo travellers, because in my opinion it is small (I’m 1.70m tall) and it was not appreciated by my back. The neighbourhood yet is fabulous, full of restaurants, bar, an amazing ice cream shop, and the apt is very closed to a wonderful city park (called Indro Montanelli park). I had to meet a couple of friends, but since it was not allowed to have guests we met at the Trullo restaurant or the coffeehouse/restaurant/library close by. Both suggested by Barbara! The Central train station is within 15 minutes and thanks to the public transportation you can reach bigger parks in 30/40 minutes. Lella is beautiful with an amazing attitude, she’ll follow you everywhere and she’ll stick to your side. I loved her because I saw the bond evolving, and already the second day she was so happy to go on adventures with Boss and me. She loooves food, eating, playing together and cuddles. She has been patient with Boss being in her house and she is definitely a good girl with everyone, humans and dogs! I will be happy to pet sit Lella again in the future 😍
Deb & Bob are very frienldy & welcoming and their home is situated in a quiet area close to town. There are many nice walks and lots to see. We enjoyed our sit looking after Nancy very much. Nancy is a quirky cat who likes to stay outside for most of the day. She is very sweet and once she got to know us more, she warmed up quite a bit to our company. She also likes to play with her toy. She was really easy to care for. Communications with Deb were excellent and when we had a little problem with the water heater, she arranged help within hours. The house is very comfortable and we would definitely recommend this sit!
I really enjoyed my sit with Sissy! Nicole was great—we chatted via Zoom before the sit and she left detailed information so I felt very comfortable caring for Sissy. She took the first day to feel me out, but we were fast friends by Day 2! Her care is pretty simple—food, sleep, outside exploration, stretching/cuddles, and lots of treats—and she’s happy to let you know what she needs😄. Nicole was always available for questions and to like all the cute pictures I sent. Her home is very spacious and comfortable —it has beautiful views of the city and the most amazing heated bidet! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance or public transportation. I highly recommend this sit—thank you Nicole & Sissy for such a great experience! ☺️
Simon and Jenny are a lovely, welcoming couple who were very informative and helpful of what we could do in the local area. The farm is absolutely beautiful and the cottage we stayed in was so cosy! Molly and Suky are very good company. Suky is excitable and loves her food, Molly is an older more relaxed dog. Both have brilliant and amusing personalities. We had a really great time during the sit and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful place, explore the local area around Bath and look after some lovely dogs!
This was a truly wonderful sit from start to finish. Nancy and her family are warm, welcoming, generous and kind people, and everything about their gorgeous home reflects this. The communication was clear and easeful from the very start. I felt so comfortable being there and well-informed about everything that I needed and wanted for my stay. Sweetie and Marlowe are such a delight! They warmed up quickly, and by a few nights in, both slept in the bed with me every night 🥰 Marlowe is a champ with receiving her asthma medication, and it was as easy as can be to administer it to her twice each day. The garden is glorious and abundant, and, of course, delicious. The neighborhood is beautiful convenient, and the neighbors as welcoming as the hosts. One neighbor brought me an 8-pound melon to enjoy! Really, I could not recommend this sit highly enough.

We contacted Pawwws Aboard to see if they were able/willing to watch a mini pig. Jazmin stated she had never done it but was willing to try. She came to meet him and we all felt comfortable so we booked her for 2 visits a day while we were away. She has fair pricing with multiple ways to pay. She was very communicative while we were away and sent pictures, videos, and updates during each visit. We felt at ease knowing she was there taking care of our pig. Will definitely use Pawwws Aboard again for future trips if she’s available
She is an awesome puppy sitter!! I will definitely be using her the next time my husband and I go on vacation! Rachel takes the BEST care of our two cats!! One of them takes medication so I’ve been nervous about leaving him in the past, but Rachel is extremely dependable, sends wonderful photos & videos each visit, and the communication is 10/10. She truly goes above and beyond- when one of our cats had an upset tummy while we were away, she bathed him (not an easy task, let me tell you…) and even washed a quilt that had been stained. This was not at all expected of her but very much appreciated! We feel so comfortable leaving our pets under Rachel’s care and would highly recommend her services
Rachel was great! My kitty was well cared for and happy when we returned. Also, her technology makes doing business easy and you get pics and videos for every visit. My 20-yo kitty needs lots of special care (ice cubes in her water) and Rachel was very attentive to spoiling her!

I got married this past weekend and was able to do so because Rachel could take care of my pets. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs and was gone the entire day, well into the evening. My dog Cooper has been going to Playful Pack for over a year now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceedingly friendly and professional staff. My dog always came home happy and healthy from his many days at this doggie daycare. We recently had to move to a new area and will so miss Playful Pack!
My dog loves this place. As soon as we turn down Research Drive she can barely contain her excitement. She is always greeted by name when she enters and it seems like the staff is genuinely glad to see her. I have used their grooming and bathing services and they do an excellent job. Playful pack has all kinds of activities for the dogs from agility tunnels to story reading. They have play areas both indoors and outdoors and the best part is my very active dog comes home exhausted.
Went here for a couple years. Honestly, one of my dogs got kicked out of daycare recently so we haven’t been in about a month. She plays too rough, which is totally understandable. But my dogs absolutely loved this place. They treated my dogs well. Anytime we’d walk through the door the employees would greet them by name. Everyone was always so nice! My girls favorites were Michael & McKaila. Even if we aren’t allowed back for daycare, I’m still giving them a 10 outta 10 recommend! The girls sure will miss everyone though.
Our dog is almost 8, and has always had to be put under anesthesia to get shaved by the vet because he is reactive to trimmers. Our vet recommended Playful Pack. Today, our dog was able to come home for the first time with a REAL haircut because of the wonderful care and patience from the Playful Pack groomers. I am so happy he is finally able to get real haircuts (plus, he came home SO soft!!). A huge thank you to the grooming team who took care of our most precious family member.
Friendly staff who is both knowledgeable and good with dogs. I can tell they care about your pet because they remember their names. Was able to get my pups in for a groom with relatively no issues. Moderately priced which is a bonus.
We are thrilled to have found this place! My boxer, Stana, is always so excited every time we come here. She literally starts whining nonstop to be let out of the vehicle to go inside Playful Pack, as soon as we turn on the road. I love the open play concept without kenneling the dogs throughout the day. That always bothered me at other places. Whenever I took my dog to other doggy daycare/play centers, it seemed my dog was always kenneled during the random times I picked her up. If I wanted my dog kenneled, I would just leave her at my house, not pay for her to be somewhere where she's supposed to be out of the kennel and playing. We have been going here for over a year now and willingly drive the hour it takes to get there from our house since no other places compare! Seriously such an amazing facility with great staff! The staff always greet Stana with lots of excitement, which matches her excitement in being there! Thank you Playful Pack for offering a home away from home where our dog loves going and also gives us peace of mind! 😁😊❤️

I think the staff go above and beyond for all their customers. They have taken the time and effort to truly get to know my dog and his likes/dislikes. Our cocker spaniel, Franklin has been going to Playful Pack (formerly Dog Thrive) since he was approximately 3 months old and over 2 and a half years later still earns the nickname “wiggle-butt” when approaching His favorite people at Playful Pack! They offer emails with weekly PLAY-tivities, holiday events and photos, a report card with photos, a friendly and caring team that take time to form relationships with your pup, reliable and long hours, boarding that can be personalized, and fantastic grooming! Anyone who has attempted their own pandemic grooming knows what a challenge it can be. Everyone at the Annapolis location has been and continues to be accommodating, caring, and generally amazing. We love Playful pack for daycare and boarding. Our dog Luna is so excited when we pull in the driveway that she starts shaking and makes a beeline for the door. She comes home happy and exhausted. They really seem to know and love her too, and that makes us feel so comfortable leaving her just for a day or a week when we’re out of town.
I would like to share my experience with this company because if I read this review I most certainly would not have taken my dog there. The staff was very friendly and when I asked for a refund after pre paying for 5 visits they issued me a refund without hesitation. Having said that, if I had known they allow unlimited dogs, 80 to 100 a day I would never had gone. I feel that is way to much, over crowded and how can they possibly monitor that many dogs at once? I see that many people are happy with their services and that's great for them but it is not the environment I want my dog in.

I can always count on the team showing up and taking the best care of my dog. Knowing my dog is excited to see his dog walkers tells me everything I need to know about how he is treated. He LOVES his walkers and greets them like he greets me after a long day at work. I could not recommend this business more!! The service they provide is absolutely priceless.

I've been using Priority One for about a year. They were recommended by a neighbor who has used them for quite a while. She is certainly correct, they are awesome. Shari, the owner, is very careful and diligent to employ only the best pet caretakers. I have rescue dogs who have known neglect and bad treatment in the past, and so I am very particular about who I trust with their care. I receive detailed reports with photos via text after each visit, which is very reassuring. Additionally friends and neighbors who have observed the dogs with the pet sitters have reported their positive opinions about the service. When I get home my pets are contented and obviously well cared for. Thank you Priority One for the peace of mind!

I called on Friday and was immediately offered appointments for Friday and Saturday. I had questions about bringing my dog for evaluation and they were immediately answered. My treatment records were acquired from cardiac specialist to facilitate appointment. Cuddles(my dog) was treated gently. Everyone sat on the floor for her comfort. I was reassured current medications were what cuddled néeded and her condition prognosis was explained in a way I could understand. Thank you Dr Jeanette Porteus and Staff of Arnold Pet Station

This is a great veterinary office. They have taken amazing care of my service dog since moving to the area. The doctors and vet techs are very knowledgeable and the staff is all super friendly. He gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot! I have also used the boarding services at Arnold Pet Station for a few overnight's, at last pickup, Liam took the time to ask me a few questions and to discuss a behavior he had noticed, it was very thoughtful. Liam is a natural, you can tell he really cares and that makes me feel good about leaving him there❣️🦮
Reese’s Buttercups loves the staff at Arnold Pet Station, he literally begins wagging his tail and whining as we pull in. I use the business for daycare, boarding and vet care consistently and haven’t had any problems! They even text you lol

My daughter and grandkids came in from Denver, NC after picking up their Frenchie from the kennel he had stayed at for 4 days. His paws were raw, we tried soaking them and not letting him lick after a day of him being miserable I call Arnold Pet Station, my vet, explained problem, they took him at 3:30. checked him over, recommended 3 meds...After 2 days he;s up and running just like his old self. Thank for adding him to my account and helping a pup in need, He stays with us often so now he has a friendly vet if he gets sick while in town! LOVE THIS PLACE! I left my original vets, a year and a half ago. Someone recommended Arnold Pet Station. I called , very easy to talk to. Made an appointment for yearly shots and physicals, easy scheduling what a great first appointment. Had a problem just recently and I called. Left message for Dr. and actually got a call back. We decided to try one thing and if that doesn't work, make appointments and get medicine. Again, assume people that care about your pet. Thanks everyone @ Arnold Pet Station
Dr. Laird and staff are always prompt, professional and caring. The office is clean and pleasant and very well maintained. They take excellent care of my cat and I am well satisfied with the care provided in the office and the boarding facility.
I needed an emergency appointment for my dog on a Saturday. My regular vet was not available and they suggested I try Arnold Station. They fit me in, took great care of my dog and followed up the next day to make sure all was ok.
Great staff. Leanne at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and Vanessa is great. She goes over and beyond for clients and their pets. I left my pet there boarding for the first time and she was kind enough to send me a pic just to reassure me that fur baby was doing great. Thanks again Vanessa.
My dog and I love Beechnut! My pup is always so excited to go in the door and the staff there are so nice and excited to see her. She is tired when I pick her up at the end of the day, so I know she got lots of playtime. They even accommodate her food allergies by allowing me to bring treats for them to use, and they suggested I bring a blanket which has helped with her separation anxiety. They are also so responsive when I need to make, change, or cancel appointments. Would definitely recommend!
My dogs and cat absolutely love it here!! I was so nervous when we started because my dogs had a bad daycare experience but I could tell they still wanted to be social. Beechnut absolutely took it slow with them to make sure they felt safe and assured this wasn't the same as before. Now when we drop they don't even look back. Just head straight on in, even know what the word Daycare means. The cat has boarded here and also had a good time. She didn't come home with boundless energy so I know she got play time. They always answer my questions and reassure this nervous pet mom. Couldn't dream of boarding or having daycare anywhere else! Worth the 30 minute drive, no question. 🥰
The staff are always cheerful and engaging. The pricing is very fair for the service you receive. I've recently used both boarding and daycare and both exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend using them and if you are unsure a quick call or visit will surely help you decide. My dog always comes back tired from all the play she receives.
My dog, Joy, LOVES Beechnut! She practically jumps out of the car window when we get to the facility. The staff is caring , knowledgeable, and kind to the dogs and their human companions. They are focused on safety- always reporting any issues that may come up, like noticing a sore paw. They go above and beyond- for instance, accepting my dog as a last minute overnight board when we couldn’t pick her up due to the traffic congestion due to the tornado. I completely trust the staff to take great care of my dog and I don’t worry at all about her when she is there. The staff just seem to love what they do. I am grateful that pup has a great time and I have peace of mind.

We have been using Beechnut for years. This is our second generation of boxers that stay there when we are on travel. They are great, they love their playtime and we don't have any worries about them getting their medications, food and attention. Our cat even goes there to get spoiled. Their prices are very fair, they dont nickle and dime you for everything.
We have had an amazing experience with Beechnut Kennels. Our Gus was well cared for and returned to us happy and healthy. The staff was so helpful when we boarded him last minute (to have a baby) and even when we had to extend our reservation mid-stay. I can’t say enough good things. You can tell a lot about how a much they care from the beginning to the end. The questions they ask, the required trial day. All of it. Simply the best experience.
Beechnut Kennels is AMAZING!!! I feel so lucky that I found them for my energetic dog, Eddie! The staff truly seem to genuinely care about every single dog and their communication is GREAT. I had taken Eddie to a different doggie daycare before and never heard much about how he was doing. It felt so large that it didn't feel like they could watch the dogs closely enough. At Beechnut, they've communicated to me about everything I'd want be contacted about (ex. ripping up his mattress when he boarded once, eye discharge, very loose stool, when he wasn't seeming or playing like himself 2 days in a row....turns out because I was home sick and his routine was all off and it was affecting him more than I realized). It's the only place where I feel I 100% trust Eddie's care. He always barrels out of the car when we pull up! He loves it there so much and so do we!!!! Thank you Beechnut Kennels for taking such amazing care of Eddie!!
A great place with wonderful, patient, caring staff. Our dog thrives there and has become much more confident through her interactions with other dogs and the staff. Complete confidence in them.
My dog Bumblebee loves going to Beechnut Kennels so much that he starts going crazy with excitement a mile down the road and tries to climb out of the car to get there faster. The staff are always similarly excited to see him too. We are never sad to drop him off there, just a bit jealous that he seems to like them more than us. ;)
Jade loves pup camp! The people are so kind, the dogs are so friendly, and she has some of her best days there. She told me that while I'm at stupid work, it's her favorite place to be!
The staff are really great about sending daily notes about how your pup is doing while they are boarded. The $15 extra is worth it to get a few pics of your pup while you are away. He was nice and clean when we picked him up. He is now "recovering" on the sofa after getting to play for a week with is puppy friends. Highly recommend The Pup Camp.
When our work arrangement changed we were in a panic as to what to do with our dog. We couldn’t be happier with the fantastic, attentive, friendly care that Cosmo gets at Pup Camp. He is in there 5 days a week, and we are so grateful for all they do! It’s a wonderful place, and Cosmo loves it dearly!
Our dog Khalif goes to the Severna Park location 6 days a week and sometimes overnight so essentially, we have a shared custody arrangement with the Pup Camp team. He is always sooo excited to go as he has many friends there, both human and doggo. If it’s been an especially good day he whimpers a bit on the way home. We are fans!
Murphy loves going to the Pup Camp in Severna Park! The staff is so friendly and knows him by name. When he gets there he’s ready to leave his pawrents behind for a fun filled day at camp. When we went on vacation, we received daily updates and pictures to ease our minds. When we pick him up, he smiles the whole way home (and then sleeps through the night)!
We love this place! Our Golden goes here every day. She gets so excited to come and she knows what it means when we say the words “pup camp!”
I ABSOLUTELY love The Pup Camp in Severna park and my frenchie loves it too! He is always so excited to see the staff which means they are treating him good. He does daycare and boarding and never any issues. I highly recommend for your fur baby
Our 1 year old puppy needed more interaction with other dogs and a comfortable place for her to occasionally board. The Pup Camp employees care for your dog like it is their own, and she always comes back happy (and worn out!). The lobby can sometimes have bit of a urine odor but it is more because the sun beating in those front windows on a hot day. Don't let it fool you... If you watch them on their live camera, you can see how they are on every mess within seconds, cleaning it up and sanitizing!! And they do activities with your pup, photo shoots, and you can set up birthday treats with your pup's friends there. Very happy and very thankful for them!
Our dog goes once a week for a play day and has also boarded there for a week. She is always super excited to be there and is in great hands with the friendly and fun staff. Very happy with all of our experiences at Pup Camp!
Our regular dog sitter said he had to scale back his clients for personal reasons, so we were a little anxious about finding a new place for watching and boarding our pup, Ace. Luckily, we came across The Pup Camp. We quickly signed him up for his temperament test (after confirming he was up to date on his vaccines). We've had Ace interact with other dogs, but mostly in small groups, so we were definitely worried at first. The staff assured us that they would keep a close eye on Ace and that they recognize daycare would be overwhelming for new dogs. Luckily, they have two webcams in their facility so I was also able to check in and see how Ace was doing. It certainly put my mind at ease watching him get along and play with the other dogs. The staff were also very attentive. They are constantly walking around, mopping/cleaning the facility, petting the dogs, and making sure everyone was getting along. We think this is a positive and healthy environment and experience for Ace so we signed him up for the introductory package (four daycare sessions to be used within the next 30 days). My only small nitpick is that their website portals are clunky and outdated - way better to call or go in person to make reservations and ask questions. TL;DR: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The pricing is reasonable, the staff are kind attentive, and the live web cameras gave us extra assurance.
We can’t say enough about how much we and our babies adore cozy canine camp! The staff is so above and beyond. They go out of their way to make sure your pets feel safe. Our newest puppy was so scared to leave us for the first time and Dan actually sat with her trying to make her feel comfortable. It was so sweet! They email pics daily of them having a blast too which makes you smile on vacay! The absolute best place to board your fur babies !!! Thanks for all your hard work guys I can’t imagine how hard it is!!! We appreciate y’all so much!
Cozy canine camp has been amazing. My husband and I were looking for somewhere our dog would feel at home and be surrounded my people that treat her as if she were their own. UPDATE: I did receive the refund of my deposit, but it did take about a month to receive it. Long time customer, I've been boarding my dog here every summer for many years. I booked a boarding reservation in July for my dog back in the beginning of April, but my dog pretty suddenly died near the end of April. I cancelled my reservation online but was not refunded the deposit. About two weeks later I called the office, no answer, but I left a message asking for a call back and if the deposit would be credited back due to the circumstances. No one ever returned my call. They were kind enough to send a hand-written condolence card in the mail, which I did appreciate, and that is why I've giving a 2-star review instead of 1-star. But I still have not received a call, email, nothing regarding refunding the deposit I paid for this reservation. I would understand if it was a last minute cancellation, even in the case of a pet's death, but cancelling a reservation 3 months in advance due to a pet's death, I would think that would warrant a refund of a reservation deposit. But apparently not at Cozy Canine Camp.
Our pup loves, loves, loves it here! He absolutely adores the counselors and other dogs. It's a one-stop shop offering daycare, boarding & grooming! VERY highly recommend.
UPDATE: After speaking with the GM today, I put my rating at 5. I appreciate how she reached out to me to talk about my concerns. We used Cozy whenever we boarded our previous dog, so when it came time to board our current one we made a reservation. I sent a msg while we were away asking how she was doing. No response. They did let me know that she had loose stool and vomited bile the morning we were to pick her up. That was on Thursday. It's Sunday and I'm still waiting for her report card on how she did the whole stay. I've msg'd and emailed once each requesting it. I've called twice, spoken with someone each time and was told both times that they'd send to me. Nothing. I'm guessing it doesn't exist. I'm disappointed because we really liked them in the past. Not sure what we're going to do the next time we need boarding.
Cozy Canine Camp is the best! Our high-energy beagle puppy Otto loves to go and gets so excited when it is a 'camp day'. They put up pictures daily so you can see what your dog is up to and are very responsive. I would recommend Cozy Canine Camp to anyone with a dog!
Dogs are always Happy to go here for boarding. They are well cared for and don't seem to lose a lot of weight like at other kennels. Staff is friendly and seems to truly care about the dogs. This is the only kennel in the area I trust to leave my dogs for a long stay (2+ weeks)
Thanks to Cathy and Cozy canine camp for being an outstanding facility. My Lance had three different groomers before we came in contact with Cozy Canine Camp. He hates care rides and being on a crate makes him even more anxious. We were always looking for a place than can take care of him and they just know how to do it. They offer this awesome VIP services where I can wait for him after I drop him, and pick him up right away after he is done, it is amazing. Lance always looks so handsome after his grooming session and I know he notices it too!! I can tell he likes Cathy since he never gave kisses to any other groomers before. If you are looking for a great groomer, Cathy will not disappoint you. From a regular grooming session to a VIP service Cozy Canine Camp has it all. If I can gave her 10 starts I will.
I rescue and foster dogs from numerous organizations in the area, and often times adopt the senior pups that can have trouble getting placed. So you can imagine I take their care very seriously. I try to make sure I'm always the one to take care of them, or my better half. But occasionally we're both traveling, or taking a vacation. Apollo (pictured below) is going on 13 years old now, and has significant arthritis (which he takes numerous medications for, as well as physical therapy and adequan injections). I was nervous to have him boarded for 10 days, but CCC has always been great with my dogs for day care or grooming (as well as previous boarding experiences). I'm remarkably happy I made the decision that I did, to board him and his sister at CCC. The a la carte nature of their experience is great, you can select private walks in the woods, half-day day-care, full-service grooming, late-night potty breaks - all as add-ons and customizations to your pets' stay. And the very well documented check-in process is crucial for older dogs like mine that take a slew of medication at very specific times. Being the fun dog dad that I am, of course I set up my fur-babies for the works. The camp called me after their first day to report they were doing well, and give them their report card. They probably would have called more after that, but I would typically beat them to it. After a couple of days, I got a call that Apollo wasn't doing so well, he was having trouble standing on his own, and wasn't getting around so well. After conversing with Apollo's vet, we decided to make a minor change to medication, and cancel all of the extracurricular activities - he was likely over-exerting himself and needed more quiet time. The camp complied with the change in direction, and called me regularly to report Apollo's progress. If things got any worse, I would return immediately to take care of him. After a couple days, they indicated he was doing much better. When I came to pick them up, several of the staff had come to the front to say good-bye. Apparently they had built a small wooden ramp for the one or two spots that had a step to allow him easier mobility. I've used boarding and day-care at many locations in the area, but there are very few that would have provided the time and attention that Apollo required. The adaptability, communicability, and care that they provided was first-rate. I probably won't be boarding Apollo any more, as he gets up in age that simply won't be a possibility. But for all of my other fur-babies and fosters, I am glad CCC is available.
Our dogs always have a great experience here! Will continue to come back.
We have been clients of Fuzzy Mates for almost four years and they are the best. Easy to work with, reliable, communicative, and they have taken such good care of our cat Nutmeg. Their online portal makes scheduling and payment exceptionally easy, and they are very responsive. I can't recommend Fuzzy Mates highly enough for complete and total peace of mind about your pets when you go out of town.
Mary and her team have cared for our dogs for over five years. She is professional, dependable, and clearly a huge animal lover. When we moved locally three years ago we were so relieved to still be in her service area. I have recommended her business to several colleagues and have heard nothing but great things from them too.
FuzzyMates has been a blessing for our Georgia girl!. Living outside the city, we were afraid she would become bored and unsocialized from little interaction with other people and pets, but instead Georgia enjoys time with other customers thanks to the careful training of Lindsay and permission of Mary. We cannot say enough great things about Mary and her pet care team. We have mostly used her overnight/full day services when we have taken trips without our dog. Mary and her team are wonderful with Daisy, who loves having them walk her, play with her and stay overnight with her. We receive text updates and the one time their was an issue with Daisy's health, we were so thankful that Mary was in charge. Her experience and calm manner removed any concern we might have had and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. We recommend FuzzyMates whole-heartedly for warm, professional pet care!
I can't say enough about the dedication and willingness to go the extra mile that our cat sitter, Crystal and Mary the owner have demonstrated. It has been a very stressful time, with our pet having new health issues and multiple family emergencies, and the holidays when FuzzyMates is already extremely busy. When our cat wouldn't take his meds, they brought new treats to try that did the trick. They have been kind and flexible and absolutely reliable. When family emergencies happen, knowing that I can count on them is invaluable.
Fuzzy Mates has been our pet care provider for about 6 years and we love and trust them! We have a Senior parent that live 4 hours away that we go visit often . Fuzzy Mates pet care service is our go to when it’s time for us to go. We get notes about their day to day visits. They bring in the mail, bring up the trash cans and love all over our 3 fuzzy pets!!! Mary and Chrystal have never let us down and we appreciate them!
I was so fortunate to find Mary and her company, FuzzyMates Pet Care. She provided care for my cats for several years. One of my kitties require insulin for her diabetes and Mary was able to provide the additional needed care. She and her staff are very reliable, flexible and genuinely care about your four legged friends. I highly recommend this company and know that I will continue to use FuzzyMates myself in the future.
FuzzyMates Pet Care always gives excellent service. Mary is very efficient and often times will honor a request with little notice. Our golden retriever loves her staff when they visit. They take the time to play with her and will feed her when asked. I have used FuzzyMates for four years and have been very satisfied!
Mary and her assistants have been most patient and caring to my 3 senior dogs. Two were particularly challenging in the last 2 years. I could ask Mary to run by the vets to pick up medicine or to take the dogs in for a visit; Mary sometimes was asked to drive around to pet stores looking for a specific item. We always felt very secure leaving our doggies with Mary. She made overnight arrangements and 4 visits a day! No matter what the call of duty was, Mary made it happen. And definitely Mary and her assistants gave love to the pets while we were gone. When we walked in after a trip, the dogs were very content... did not act needy! Mary wrote down the times of feeding and a daily journal for each pet. We will ask Mary first always... and hope our travel will resume in not too long in the future!
Mary and her team have looked after our two cats for the last 10 years or so. Whenever we are away on vacation or business, they have always responded positively to our request for pet sitting, even on short notice. Not only are the cats looked after, but household tasks as well (taking in newspaper/mail/trash cans and watering plants). We are very comfortable leaving the cats behind in the care of Mary. This was not the case with previous "cat sitters".
