Kathleen and Micheal were excellent hosts, and I could not have asked for a better home to be welcomed to and stay in with great access to both the town of Killarney and the National Park. They treated me like one of the family and I really appreciate their warmth and kindness. We had some wonderful talks when they returned and even sang some songs for each other. The room I stayed in as well as the house were perfect for my visit to Killarney and the use of the bicycle was greatly appreciated. Rua was a great dog to take care of, very gentle as well as being enthusiastic and spirited for being an older dog. He accompanied me on some of my walks into parts of the park as well as a nice walk along the river. He was a pleasure to look after. Overall, I would love to come back and take care of Rua and Kathleen and Micheal’s house for them some time in the future.
It was an awesome experience sitting for Laura! She was super nice speaking with from the beginning and was very clear on the responsibilities for the house and pet. She also gave great recommendations for exploring SLC and the Cottonwood Canyon. Ava the dog is a great companion and will melt your heart! She is affectionate, energetic, playful, easy-going, and obedient. The house is a beautiful Victorian style in one of the city's nicest neighborhoods; as a bonus there is also a hot tub to relax after an afternoon on the mountain. Fully recommend sitting for Laura if you have the chance!
I had very good time in that beautiful house and very nice and safe neighborhood and only 6 miles from beautiful Juno Beach . Julie offered me to stay in any room that I would like it In the four bedroom house, since I was by myself I choose downstairs guest bedroom. But ..main things I was taking care of big boy golden retriever Rudy . Rudy is amazing, lovable ,calm, very friendly dog .I’m absolutely enjoying my time that I have spend with him., just love,love that boy and miss him already. 💕. Thank you Julie to trusted me to stay in your beautiful house, and spent time .with the best dog ever Rudy
My family had a fantastic time house sitting for Justin and Jon. Justin and Jon were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel right at home. Molly and Poppy are absolutely lovely dogs and very easy to look after. Justin and Jon have a beautiful home in the countryside with lots of nice walking nearby.
This sit was totally wonderful. Karen and Wayne were super friendly and organised. The boys (the cats) where friendly when they wanted to be - like all good cats. The house was beautifully situated on a hill, with an amazing view of the countryside - really made me want to live nearby, and the walks and runs nearby are amazing. The forest nearby was incredible and has stacks of lovely tracks. Highly recommended.
Had a great but short stay in Vancouver. The cats warmed up fairly quickly and were no trouble at all. Would recommend for sure.
