We loved having Hannah and David at our house to watch our dog and cat! They kept the house immaculate and I know our pets enjoyed their company as well, we had plenty of photos of them enjoying some pats and time together! Our dog hardly even noticed we were gone with them around and definitely enjoyed the attention. Hopefully we can have them back to house sit again as it was such a positive experience!
Mandy was an excellent sitter! She looked after our home and our pup for two weeks while we were away. She was very easy to communicate with from before the sit, and very flexible with her arrival to ensure she came in advance of our departure. During the sit, she provided updates and photos, and our dog was clearly very content the whole time. Our home was in perfect shape when we came back, and the cuddles between Mandy and our pup showed how much he loved having her as a sitter! She was a lovely person to get to know, a great sitter, and we would gladly have her back again. Thanks Mandy!
Sara is an incredible sitter! Her communication was reliable, prompt and clear. She went over the top by pulling up our trash/recycle bins, organizing the mail and dealing with a few packages that arrived unexpectedly early. Ollie got her cuddles and snuggles with Sarah's generous and sweet personality. The house was tidy as if Sara wasn't even here....so grateful for her...you won't be disappointed if Sara is your sitter!!
Basil and I had wonderful time housesitting at Woodend for Kylie and Mark. We had lots of communications before the housesit including a face time call. We felt very comfortable with Kylie and Mark from the start. They have the delightful "country style" home and beautiful gardens. It is so warm and cosy with everything you need. The peaceful country views outside each window are very relaxing. The animals are great fun too. Everything the animals needed was provided and clear instructions given . The horses wander around happily. They are keen to come up at feed time and Narnie likes a pat at the gate. Danny keeps more to himself but looks cute. The chooks are delightful to watch wandering around the garden and give the prettiest multi coloured eggs. It is very easy to get them to go back into the chook pen after their hours in the garden. The cats , Maxy and Sammy are very funny. They were very timid at first but became very friendly after a couple of days. The dog, Arlo took a few days to warm to us but decided we were his good friends and was always ready to catch the tennis ball. He is very amusing with his little game pretending he cannot find the ball at times..... it is his funny little act. There are so many beautiful places to visit nearby. We loved Hanging Rock especially and all the quaint towns in easy driving distance for day trips. Thank you so much Kylie and Mark .
