We could not have been happier with the care he showed for our dogs and our home. He consistently sent us pictures and updates of the 2 dogs and was very self sufficient. This was our first time to use the service and there was some hesitation but Roger was more than willing to jump on a video call ahead of time to answer any questions we had.
I'm not sure whether I have just been incredibly lucky with my sitters, but I am very thankful! Nanci and her friend Elizabeth greeted me with open arms at the airport and they continued with the nicest and most delightful manner for their stay. They immediately fell in love with the dogs, as did they in return! I knew as soon as I met them that they would get on and would treat them with love. Nanci sent me pictures and videos daily to ensure we got a fur baby fix - although they were having such a great time with their new friends, Mummy and Daddy were forgotten quite quickly! The house on our return was clean and very tidy, they had even cooked us a chilli - which was amazing and I have plenty in the freezer for next time - such a thoughtful thing to do. I had fresh flowers and a gift from a visit to the Tower of London! I have made a date with Nanci to meet up soon, as I know her next sit she will be on her own for the duration. You really do make friends for life and I have assured her she can return anytime to either sit or visit with her family! I can highly recommend Nanci, she is just a fantastic person with such a wonderful personality. And not to forget Elizabeth either, the terrific twosome! Until we meet again! xx
AK and Steven were awesome pet sitters! I appreciated their updates and pictures throughout my trip, and I could tell they were very fond of my pets and gave them lots of love. The left my house exactly as they had found it, as well.
