I just had Uptown take care of my two big dogs and two cats for a week. They went for walks and someone stayed overnight at my house. Thanks to Sammie and Jackson for everything you did for them and keeping them so happy. For once, I went on vacation and didn’t need to worry! They send photos everyday and night to tell you how it went. Breanna was a delight to work with in setting everything up. I will definitely ask them again when I take my next vacation!

We’ve used a number of pet services over the years, and Uptown Pet Pals is by far our favorite. The service is consistently top notch— professional, caring, reliable, and attentive to detail. The communication is excellent and we love to see the photos of how things are going at home when we’re away. UPP gets our highest endorsement!

We have been using Uptown Pets for about 2 months now and they are wonderful! My dogs are very happy to see Jackson for their walks 4 days per week. He is so loving and gently with them that I feel confident they are being well looked after. Professional, friendly and personalized service. I can highly recommend them.

We have a nervous and shy 14 year old kitty. We recently had Uptown Pets take care of her for 5 days while we were gone. Paxton took the time to let her get comfortable with him, and sent us daily updates with photos to let us know how she was doing. When we got home she acted as if nothing was out of the ordinary, which is huge for her. We will definitely be using them again without hesitation.

Breanna and her team member, Paxton, go above and beyond to accommodate busy schedules to ensure the absolute best care for my pets. I utilize their services for dog walks during the work week, as well as check ins when I’m out of town for my cat. Scheduling visits is done with ease and Paxton always provides pictures and a great summary of the visit. I am so incredibly grateful for their services, there’s nothing better than knowing your furry loved ones are safe and being cared for as if they were their own. 10/10 recommend!

I have been working with Uptown Pet Pals for about five months now, ever since Gigi, a two-year-old shepherd mix, joined my family. The communication and customer service have been great. Gigi bonded with the dog walker, Paxton, immediately, and looks forward excitedly to her daily walks. After each walk, Paxton sends a short report, including photos of Gigi's activities and interactions around the neighborhood.

Breanna and her team have always done a great job caring for my cats! They’re very reliable and you can tell that they genuinely love animals. We recently moved out of state and losing Uptown Pet Pals was one of the things that I was most sad about. Thanks for all the love and care you shared through the years!

I’ve been walking my dogs several miles a day for the last 23 years. Or at least I was – until last summer. When I was unable to get Ishmael, my wire hair fox terrier, out for his walks I contacted Uptown Pets. They assigned Paxton to us. During the period Paxton has been walking Ishmael Paxton has always been on time and always sends an e-mail afterwards to let me know what happened on each walk. Stuff like whether or nor Ishmael pooped and who they met. Just about everybody in our immediate neighborhood knows Ishmael. Paxton also attaches photographs of Ishmael on their walks. In addition to the walks Paxton has taken Ishmael to and from his grooming appointments every five weeks and also took him to and from his annual vet appointment. All of my interactions with Paxton and Uptown Pets have been perfect. They couldn’t have been better. And, probably the most important thing, Ishmael loves Paxton. I highly recommend Uptown Pets.

Uptown Pet Pals is great! Extremely reliable, pet-loving people. We use UPP for walks and for overnights when we travel. And have been a client for several years. No complaints at all. You can’t go wrong hiring UPP for your pets.

Alisa was amazing with my kitties when we unexpectedly needed boarding at her home. She has the perfect set up- my cats LOVED it. And she sent us photos almost every day. You can tell she understands and loves cats and helped make them (and me) comfortable with our situation. Highly recommend Alisa for boarding!

Alisa was great! She took very good care of our Cleo and home. She checked in daily to pet, feed/water and care for Cleo and provided daily updates via text (with pics and all!). Cannot recommend her more to others!

Minnepaws ~ Alisa is so great to rely on when I need my cats looked after. She really goes out of her way for her kitty clients to make sure they remain healthy, happy, and loved while their humans are away. I’ve had Minnepaws watch my kitten in home and have had Minnepaws visit my home to take care of the kitten and our big cat that takes medicine. I appreciate her photos and updates regarding the cats while I’m away. I have peace of mind when Minnepaws watches my kitties.

We used Minnepaws for our recent honeymoon trip up north. Alisa was great. I appreciated the initial meet and greet where she met the kitties, saw our home and we talked through her services. I hired Minnepaws for the first time during our trip over Labor Day weekend. The process to sign up was smooth and thorough. Alissa stopped by and was patient and observant as she learned about each of my two cats individually. During our trip, she was so helpful in scooping the litter box, taking out the trash, and giving Sir his medication. I was thankful for the timely and consistent communication during our travel. Alissa even sent pictures! My one year old cats warmed up to Alissa right away and I trust her to take good care of them when I’m out of town.

Alisa was great! She came over for a visit before we left town to meet the kitties and took a lot of notes. She sent photos each day and took great care of our kitties. Will definitely use again!

Alissa is 100% the greatest cat lover. She has rescued, and fostered, so many homeless pregnant cats and nurtured them until they literally gave birth in her home. She has cared for the mom and babies until they are healthy and ready to be adopted. I have been to her home countless times while she has cared for newborn, and adult cats. She is a diehard, loving mother, with cats and children. There is nobody I would trust my precious cats to other than her. I will forever be a positive reference! A true, true cat lover ❤️

Minnepaws is such a great pet service. They love cats like family and when I have to be away I know my cats will be cared for and get the attention they deserve. Katie and Wade are the most hard-working and loving caregivers to our Boxador Layla. We moved to Minneapolis in August 2022 from New York City, where our dog was out on pack walks for six hours a day. Within the first four months of moving to Minneapolis, Layla put on 8 pounds. That was because she wasn’t getting the exercise she needed. Within months she was down to her welter weight. Still is. We were so thrilled to find Katie and Wade through a recommendation and their pack. Layla comes back home exhausted, calm, and hungry. We’ve left Layla with Katie and Wade multiple times overnight and Layla is treated like a member of the family. These folks are legit. I know because I interviewed at least 6 other “dog walkers” before finding them. I cannot recommend them highly enough— and I’m a jaded 53yo New Yorker. ‘Nuff said.

We have been going to Katie and Wade for years! They are so great with our dog Kylo. They are always extremely professional, punctual, and attentive to my dog's needs. When Kylo is in their care, they go above and beyond to ensure he feels comfortable and loved. They provided regular updates, including photos and videos, which gives me peace of mind when I’m away. Our dog has high anxiety and they keep him engaged in fun activities and provide extra attention. It is clear that my dog is well-cared for and genuinely enjoys his time as he comes home happy and sleeps well. Anytime I say, “Let’s go see Katie”, his little stubby tail wags as his butt wiggles. Overall, I highly recommend For the Dogs! Their dedication, experience, reliability, and genuine love for dogs make them stand out. I cannot imagine leaving our sweet boy with anyone else!

We have been lucky to work with Katie, Wade and crew the past 18 months - they care for our great dane like he was their own, and unlike our experience with others in the biz, are very organized and responsive (e.g., communicative, on-time billing). Whether it's a daily walk, daycare, or overnight boarding, we know they have Cooper's best interests at heart and Cooper loves them for it :) Cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Our dogs are so excited whenever the For The Dogs van pulls up. They’re cared for, safe, and get great socialization and exercise with the whole crew. Katie and Wade know their personalities and quirks, and our dogs love them for it. HIGHLY recommended!

I can’t recommend Katie and Wade highly enough. They treat your dog like part of their family. They go above and beyond to make sure all dogs in their care are safe and happy. They did a thorough consultation upon first meeting my dog and me to make sure we were a good fit. They also made sure my dog (who was still a puppy at the time and pretty shy) was ready for the dog park before taking her there and now she always has a blast. They really helped build her confidence! Not only have I utilized For The Dogs for daycare, my dog has also stayed overnight multiple times and had the best time. I received frequent updates with videos and photos, and I always had peace of mind that my dog was well cared for, comfortable and having so much fun!

Katie and Wade are my pup’s best friends. In fact, he loves them so much it makes me a little jealous! I am so grateful to know he is in such good hands every time he is with them. They are always there for us, offering a safe and loving place for my pup to stay when last-minute trips arise and making time for extra long walks when work gets busy. They are part of our family, and I could not imagine our life without them!

For the Dogs has been our dog daycare for the past 2.5 years for overnight dog sitting and daily dog parks. We can’t speak highly enough about Katie and Wade and we feel so fortunate to have found them. Our dog absolutely adores them and always comes home from a day spent with them extremely happy and content. It gives us huge peace of mind knowing our dog is able have a great day running with her buddies while we’re at work. We can’t recommend For the Dogs enough!!

I am a huge fan of the For The Dogs paw pet Company. I met Katie at the dog park and my dog Disco fell in love with her immediately. Disco has done daycare and dog park pick up. Katie is reliable and shares photos and stories of Disco adventures when she’s there. I see the group of dogs and Katie at the dog park often and the dogs are well behaved and bring so much joy to me and others. Katie is professional and the rates are reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend!

Rose and her whole team are outstanding! They've walked my dog, petsit my entire pet family (dog and two cats), and provided amazing care during difficult situations while I was out of town. Rose is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what's up with your pet and what she can do about it if there is a problem, and my dog (who can be picky about people) loves going on walks with everyone on her team.

Rose has been walking my girls for over 2 years. What I appreciate is her attention to my girls--anyone can walk a dog, but she really gets to know and love them, and will always let me know if they've had a particularly good day, and also those days where one of them might be a little off. It shows me that she's not just going through the motions, but really cares.

My pet collection is a little more exotic (two needy cats, a hedgehog and a snake) and one cat requires early morning medications. Rose is super flexible with visits and undaunted by the special care needed by some of my pets. Plus my animals adore her! Bonus- if you ask she will happily text pictures of your furry friends so you don't miss them as much while you're away.

Rose and Bee take excellent care of our 2 very hyper, very needy dogs. They care for them as if they’re their own! These ladies truly love pets. All pets. Bee has been pet sitting for us for 2 years. Our dogs look forward to seeing Bee come through those doors! It’s always a pleasure to receive Bee in our home. This is the best doggie walking service I have ever had. The care and dedication given to my dogs is absolutely amazing. I don't have to be anxious on my long days knowing she is taking care of our three boys. The best part is she sends pics to reassure me of their cuteness!

We are new to Minneapolis and Brieann watched our kitty while we were gone for a week. Our kitty is our baby so we are so thankful to have such a trusted person care for him while we were gone. She gave him meds, assisted us with monitoring some health stuff and gave him lots of snuggles. We also had her water our garden as well. We feel so lucky to have someone like her in our community and to partner with her again in the future when we need someone to watch our kitty.

Sincerely Pets have been watching my sweet boy Kitchen for years! They always do an amazing job and I can sleep well when on vacation knowing my best boy is being well taken care of.

My family went on vacation together so my mother had to board her cats for the first time in 5 years. We were very nervous because the last time they had been boarded one of the boys had been neglected to the point where they hadn’t noticed he was over grooming a spot the size of a quarter dollar at the base of his tail. It took 3 years and a Prozac Rx for him to treat the anxiety that first appeared there. HOWEVER, our experience here at Now Boarding was wonderful. I had looked at multiple companies and this was the only one that had a dedicated cat area that didn’t look like a glorified janitor's closet. Plus, they allowed me to stop by before we booked to make sure the area was clean and consistent with what was seen online without making an appointment. Not only was it consistent with the pictures, in my opinion it looked even better in person. You could tell the animals were well taken care of and that the litter boxes were cleaned regularly. We dropped them off the afternoon before our flight and picked them up at 7:30 at night when we got back. We called almost everyday and got good updates on how they were doing, making sure that Sven wasn’t over-grooming, and making it flexible for the boys to get extra play time when it was determined it would be beneficial and they wouldn’t just hide. They didn’t try to upsell us additions they didn’t need or wouldn’t use and when Sven decided to go on a hunger strike they gave us updates on how they were addressing it. When we did pick them up the boys were happy to see us, and extra affection when they got home, but Sven had no bald spot and they have gotten back to normal quicker than I would have ever imagined. Yes, more expensive than other places, but you get what you pay for and those boys are worth it. When we travel again we will absolutely be bringing them back here, no questions asked.

This place was a life saver for us! We had plans to fly out on a Sunday for a family trip & our friend, who was planning to watch our dog, had to go to the ER on our drop off day. So we activated a Plan B - just in case - and Now Boarding was clutch! Not only did they make room for her but they were so understating and accommodating about the entire request. The profile I filled out wasn’t onerous and the actual drop off for my pup was slick. I was able to bring her at the ungodly hour of 4am as I had to get to the airport by 5am (they are open 24 hours!) I am SO thankful to Now Boarding and I appreciate the report card they put together for my pup so I knew how she fared staying with them. I would also like to thank Adogo and Lucky Pet Inn who recommended them to me. Also thank you to Dog Days Vandalia for the call back. It was a stressful time right before we were flying out and it all worked out thanks to Now Boarding!

I was very nervous to leave my dog here for the first time. She’s VERY attached to me and doesn’t enjoy unfamiliar places (especially without myself present). But with my wife starting a new career, I couldn’t stand leaving Fern at home all day alone. The application process was fast, the rates are good, and the staff is very friendly. I brought Fern here for a half day just to see how she’d do. She was nervous at first but the staff were patient and understanding of her hesitance. When I finally arrived for pickup I saw a very heartwarming scene, a staff member, petting and comforting fern, showing the amount of care and love they have for their job. I got to rest after a long day of work instead of taking her for a 2 hour walk (the usual routine) I will definitely be bringing Fern here from now on!

I have been boarding at NB for over 10 years. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and facility. They even have a little critter room. They are open 24/7 and the shuttle is icing on the cake. Bridget, Pippin & Caleb

Came from out of state and had my dog board here for about 12 hours while we went to mall of America. They were extremely kind during our phone conversations and at drop off/pickup. My dog is not spayed and they didn’t turn us away. They made accommodations for her and were helpful. Upon pickup, my dog seemed so excited to see me but also happy in general. She didn’t show any signs of stress. As a dog trainer, I feel they must have taken great care of her due to her body language at pick up.

My dog loves boarding here. I wish I lived closer so I could put her in doggy daycare. Every time we fly out of Minneapolis, we board her here. Their park n fly shuttle is awesome. But the best thing about here is how attentive they are to the dogs. How much care she receives. She really loves the staff and they give you a report card about who your dog made friends with during group playtime. I love that and seeing the pictures of her having a good time.

I have a young German Shepherd who can be quite a handful and a little fearful. After her first stay at Now Boarding, she is excited whenever she goes back. The staff writes up a report card for each time she gets outside to play, and they share adorable photos. Very pleased with their service. I have tried a couple other boarders in the metro area, and Now Boarding has been my puppy’s favorite.

I frequently use Now Boarding to doggy sit my two pups. The entryway is always staffed with smiling staff and perfect customer service. It's always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff even provide a report card nearly every time my dogs go and spend time there and it's reasssuring that although they have many dogs that come, they manage to observe and remember mine! Every time they go, they are absolutely pooped on the way home and I crack up thinking how much fun it must be for them to run around and socialize than to stay at home and be stuck inside. Pricing went up just a smidge since the start of 2024 but nothing drastic and due to the range of services and happy dogs I bring home, I'm more than happy to pay their pricing for their kind and energetic staff and awesome services. 10/10 would recommend, even to use them for a few hours while running errands where you can't take your dogs.

Our dog absolutely loves this place. We always know that he will be taken care of. Makes for peace of mind when traveling. The fact that they are open and responsive 24/7 is a game changer and really puts them ahead of other boarding facilities.

Bel has been doing drop-in visits for our 2 cats since Dec 2022 and I can't recommend her enough! She's everything you want in a pet sitter: reliable, great with communication, sends a delightful update after each visit with plenty of photos, and - most importantly - our cats feel totally comfortable with her.

Bel at Wofles has cared for our cat Max for extended periods. Max loves her! Max had a minor health issue that Bel noticed right away, communicated with us and we were able to address quickly. They go above and beyond.

We just started working with Bel earlier this year when our regular family member cat sitter was not available, and man do we wish we knew about Bel sooner! She is incredibly professional, came to our houses before we left to meet our cat, to hear about how we care for him, and to plan for getting in and out of our house while we're gone. While we're away, she sends updates with photos and videos every time she stops by. We feel so much better about leaving our cat knowing that Bel will be stopping by and spending a lot of intentional time with him. It's so clear that Bel just loves animals! I'm pretty picky when it comes to who watches my dogs, especially since I prefer to have them stay in my home. Bel with Woofles has done such a great job for us. I can't stress how wonderful it feels to leave my fur kiddos for a few nights, knowing I have nothing to worry about and that I will have a stress-free time away. Bel is great with providing updates during her stay. She also had her hands full taking care of our senior dog Darla who didn't have full use of her back legs. She did a wonderful job and didn't hesitate to reach out when she had questions. I almost didn't want to leave a review because I don't want her to get too busy...I'd like to keep her all to myself. HA!!! Would absolutely recommend Woofles 10X over to care for your pets. :)

FUN CITY DOGS has been amazing to my pups, everyone is friendly, caring, and accommodating. I have 3 different dogs all different sizes, temperaments, and ages and fun city dogs is wonderful at handling all of my fur babies. My puppy named Little Pa-Pa has absolutely LOVED daycare here. He is a little over excited at times but the staff here are well educated and equipped with handling him and his high energy. My other two dogs named Callie and Ella are more mellow and go with the flow and they fit in great with all of the dog groups here and I absolutely trust the staff to make all decisions on how to place my pups with the right dog group for them depending on the day. I love the cameras here, although sometimes it’s difficult to find my pup because they have so many rooms to search and sometimes the camera can a be a little wonky I know my dogs are still safe and sound even when I can’t see them. After a long day of daycare they sleep the entire ride home. I give the place a 10 out of 10, and big shout out to Rachel who is a lovely staff member here and Grey who is always so helpful and kind, there is also guy who works here (I cant remember his name) he wears these super fun and cool green glasses and he is also super amazing and kind! Overall this place is a great place with super amazing staff and they send me some of the best photos of my pups at daycare, I don’t know what I would do without FUN CITY DOGS!

They share pictures of your dog at day care on the online profile they have you set up. Our puppy is about 9 months old and he got to have some down time with a Cong and cuddles. There is a no cage policy there which is why we picked this place. Also the rates aren't crazy imo. The staff is very friendly and quick

Fun City Dogs is an easy decision for dog daycare and boarding! The rates are fair and the staff deserve endless praises—they all greet me and my dog with a smile and you can tell they really care about the animals. Fast selling points for me—webcams to watch the dogs interact during daycare and cage free for boarding!

We love Fun City! Easy to get in. Outdoors/indoors. Add-ons reasonably priced. Cameras to watch and photos of the day! We had issues at another facility with her ability to eat and our pup has had not a single issues with feedings and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thanks everyone at Fun City!

I took my dog here for a grooming and a nail clip. When I picked him up, he had cuts on his nose, neck, and was also bleeding from a nail. They did not say anything to me about nicking him numerous times. I would not recommend getting your dog groomed here if you care about their safety.

Ralphie loves visiting Fun City Dogs for daycare, as well as for boarding. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I know my dog is with people who know his personality and his play style, and that they are attentive to all the dogs needs. I love Fun City Dogs! As a first time dog owner, I was nervous about dropping my little puppy off at daycare but the staff are awesome. My guy can be hell on wheels (he means well but has no chill) and they have handled him beautifully and give him breaks from the big group when he gets overstimulated. They also tell me if there have been behavioral issues so I know what to work on with him. I so appreciate the staff's care and patience with him. We've been going for about 6 months now (daycare and boarding) and the staff all know him and greet us with a smile each time we come in. He is always so excited to go to Fun City Dogs and his full body wags whenever we walk in confirm it's a safe, loving, and fun place. ♥️

The entire experience was wonderful! I have a intact senior dog who I was worried about but they took great care of him. I was running a bit behind to pick him up and they were so accommodating! They separate little dogs and big dogs and even separated my senior dog with other senior dogs to make them more comfortable and I am so appreciative. Great service, great prices! They even took pictures and have a live camera you can view on their website!

We tried out Fun City Dogs, because we loved the kennel-free concept. Kai and Luna had a great experience on their first day! They were both so tired after being at the facility for just 4 hours. We received a report card, information for future visits, and photos via their online portal. They both looked SO happy in the photos. We were so happy with their trial day, we decided to book another reservation for the next day!

Both a friend and colleague recommended them to me, and I can confidently say this service stands out as a true professional business, unlike app-based pet care services. The entire process—from our in-home meet and greet to scheduling, payments, and care updates (potty reports, photos, daily messages)—is incredibly streamlined. The client portal and app are also user-friendly, making everything easy to manage. As a pet owner, I'm very particular, but I’ve never been stressed out about the walkers who care for my dogs, Olive and Linus. While I haven’t met every walker personally, I trust that each one is respectful, follows the same instructions, secures the home, and keeps the dogs happy. It’s also worth noting that while you’ll know who is caring for your pets, if that person is unavailable (e.g., on holiday), someone else will step in—but I’ve had no issues with this, and I trust that everything is handled professionally on the backend. If your pet has specific needs, I believe accommodations can be made, and they are responsive to scheduling changes. At the start, I was concerned about who would be filling in for my regular walkers, but I’ve found that this is well-managed by Come, Sit, Stay, so I don’t feel the need to micromanage or worry about new instructions each time. Lastly, their rates are very competitive, especially when you consider the consistent, high-quality service provided. It also feels better using a local business that takes such pride in its work — no cringey App service fees.

Come, Sit, Stay is a wonderful pet sitting service! We use them for drop-in visits for our cat and chinchilla. They have an online scheduling portal which makes things really easy and convenient. We've had a variety of sitters and they have all been wonderful. They are also able to care for exotics like our chinchilla :) Through the portal they provide updates for every visit including photos. The sitters are detail oriented and have been able to give our pets medications while we are gone. Special shout out to Sarah and Mary who did a bunch of visits for our pets and took such wonderful care of them!

Come Sit Stay took care of our three cats while we were away on vacation and they did an absolutely wonderful job! Communication was top notch with photos of all our cats and a written summary of activities at each visit. Our initial interview was very thorough and overall we could not have been happier with their services.

I’m a travel nurse and work some crazy, long, varied hours. Come, Sit, Stay has been an absolute life saver. I have always felt weird about using other more well known pet care services, I’m not sure why… but this place is great find and I like that it’s a smaller, local company. They are super reliable and very trustworthy. I always get a report card and some photos after the visit or walk and it makes so happy to know my doggo is happy and well cared for while I’m working. Response time to service requests, changes or just general questions is fast, even outside of their business hours. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I heard about come sit stay through a friend. My husband and I are in healthcare and very busy but wanted to add a dog to our family. It would not have been possible for us to keep our puppy without come,sit,stay. They have helped with keeping our new puppy on a schedule for potty training. Our experience has been great - communication,scheduling,updates are top notch! All of the dog walkers have been wonderful and had lots of patience with our puppy. I love that we get updates after every walk plus a picture. Client portal is very easy to navigate. Can’t recommend this business enough!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A friend of mine recommended this service, and it was absolutely amazing. The entire team was incredibly thorough making sure everything was perfect for our 2 cats. They use a really nice platform that keeps everything organized, and I was most impressed by the thoughtful notes and photos left after each visit. Although my husband and I were on vacation, we couldn't wait to open the email with the kitty updates! Below are just a few of the photos from one of the days. It's so clear that the entire Come, Sit, Stay Crew loves all the animals deeply. One more little detail that embodies the quality of the staff is that the company sends out birthday wishes to all the sitters. I just got a note asking if my cats and I wanted to send a little birthday message and any photos to one of their sitters. It's these little details that make this company so wonderful. Rhiannon is our dog walker and she is simply fantastic - reliable, provides summary of each walk with pictures, goes above and beyond by bringing in mail/locking up/filling water bowl, and our dog Kona immediately fell in love with her.
