This is the second time Sachiko and Toru have stayed with Otis. I truly cannot express how awesome they are! They take Otis on epic hikes, teach him new tricks, they really just treat him like he's their own and I love that so much. They are also great communicators, very reliable, and once again left the house in perfect condition. Sachiko even left behind some of her homemade sourdough bread that was delicious! I highly recommend them.

James and Mizuho were a lovely couple to have take care of Jip. The house was tidy, the garden had been watered and they were very good in communicating. Would definitely recommend them!!

Valerie kept me posted on her timing getting to my place, and was pleasant when she arrived. She offered to take me to the airport. My house was very clean when I returned. She kept me posted on her departure and sent me a few photos of Miley while I was away. She always answered my texts.

Devon was excellent in coordinating and communicating about Koffee’s care. I enjoyed the ease of checking in and out and came back to a happy, healthy fur baby! I will absolutely request her care again!

Ruby was a fantastic sitter! From the first time I spoke with her, I could tell how friendly and kind she was, and how much she loves and cares for cats. She was super communicative during our stay, sending us regular updates on our cats. She left the apartment completely spotless and took amazing care of it. We had absolutely no worries during our trip, and were able to completely relax knowing our cats were in amazing hands. We would happily have Ruby back to sit again anytime :)

Thi and Steven's verbal and electronic communication skills were lacking. They did not respond to our texts, emails or phone calls at all or in a timely manner. We never knew if they received our messages. This lack of communication left us worried and uncertain. They kept telling us they did not have any service and they did not get our messages or could not respond . They took care of our dog adequately and left the house tidy.
