I cannot say enough good things about these amazing sisters, Monica and Marisol. After my return from our cruise yesterday, I was so anxious to write this positive review. To begin, they were amazing with communication. They always responded to my messages promptly and efficiently. They drove from Mexico to Texas to pet sit for my cats. They were punctual, professional, and super friendly and sweet. July 7, 2024, Hurricane Beryl ravaged our city in the middle of the sit, this was completely unexpected as the forecast did not show that it was headed towards Tomball, Texas. Monica and Marisol handled the situation with such a grace and ease. There were two days that they had no electricity or Internet, but they were still able to text us sporadically via WhatsApp. We felt completely helpless because we were on a cruise ship, but they assured us everything was fine and they went above and beyond to make sure that the cats were comfortable, and that our house was still in good shape even after the hurricane left 2 million Houstonians with no electricity or air conditioning in 100° temperatures. These ladies never once complained, instead they would still send me pics and messages to ease my worries. They relieved me of so much stress. I was completely confident that they were going to take care of everything. You cannot put a price tag on that kind of trust. When I returned from my cruise, my house was clean, spotless, sheets stripped, floors swept and mopped. They left the house in better shape than before …. Even though we still had no electricity. They kept apologizing that they could not vacuum the last two days because of lack of electricity due to the hurricane. If they have applied to pet sit for you, consider yourself lucky! Don’t hesitate! Be happy that they chose you! I would open my home to these two sisters anytime they need a place to stay in Texas! I hope and pray that pet sit for us in the future! I am so blessed to know these two amazing human beings!
