Paula was a fantastic host. She accommodated all our needs and even beyond with her wooden scrabble game. Her place is located in a lovely suburb of Cincinnati, Hyde Park, so sitters who want a lot of activities and an easy sit with playful cats, this is the place and host for you.
Geoff and Karol were amazing to sit for! Great communicators, very welcoming, and just all around kind people. We video chatted with them twice before arriving. Initially, we were meant to watch Scout the dog, but his owners left early last minute and found other arrangements for him. The house is cozy, clean, and close to everything you need, including the grocery store, ferry, and a nice restaurant within walking distance. We had a lot of fun exploring the area. Thank you Geoff and Karol for choosing us!
Taking care of Loma and Aggie was a lot of fun. They are relaxed and friendly and certainly love all the fresh food they get. Beatriz’s apartment is comfortable and in a great location. It is close to everything that Friedrichshain has to offer (restaurants, coffee shops, public transport etc) but is also on a very quiet street. The apartment overlooks the communal garden and is extremely quiet and peaceful. And the balcony is a great sun trap too and full of plants. Beatriz was great to communicate with, leaving detailed instructions for taking care of the bunnies. I’m already looking forward to a chance to take care of the bunnies again.
Wonderful stay at Suzy’s beautiful Mill Cottage! Suzy and Stephen gave me a very warm welcome and everything was prepared in advance and on the spot for my housesit, felt at home right away! I was invited to join them at the Christmas party of one of the neighbors. It was a wonderful evening and it was very nice to get to know them. The house is beautiful as well as the surrounding area. All you need is there. Alfie is a very sweet cat, he does his thing and at the same time he appreciates your attention. The three lady chickens are good fun and provided me with very tasteful eggs! Louis and I became friends, we spend every day together. We did many beautiful walks in the area, he likes it to be taken out to town as well and knows his way around in pubs. He is really a great and wonderful dog! I highly recommend Suzy and Stephen as hosts, thanks a lot!
Bill and Sonja went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable in their home while minding their dogs. Their precious doggies were a dream to look after, full of energy and fun. Alison and Ron are lovely people, and welcoming, generous hosts. They were very thorough in their instructions about caring for their pets, and offered support and answered questions throughout the sit as needed. They made it clear that I was welcome to use anything in the kitchen as well as their therapeutic hot tub! And they provided tons of information about the local area so that I could enjoy everything it had to offer. I felt immediately at home in their beautiful and well-maintained house and enjoyed taking care of Pebbles, SirG and LucyWorsley! I would be thrilled to sit for them again!

I have 2 extremely spoiled dogs that I would not trust to leave anywhere except Wyeth Meadows. They have been going there for years and I could not be happier with my experiences. Each time I go away I have so much relief knowing they are in such good hands. When I got my 2nd dog, Susan and Donna were so helpful when I was trying to figure out if I should put them in a crate together or separately. I put them separately for the first one or two times. By the next time Susan and Donna let me know that I could put them together and they would be fine, and that my dogs would probably even prefer it. This was great because it saved me money too! They definitely could have let me keep paying for 2 crates, but they are very kind honest people and really take the time to know your dogs. I’ve seen a few other kennels from my parents having dogs when I was growing up, and none of them have lived up to Wyeth Meadows. It is such a nice, homey, and clean place. The first time I went they showed me around and I got to see all the different options they have for your dogs when they stay. It really is like a doggy hotel! They even send me photos of my pups while I’m away! Once your dogs stay here, you won’t want to take them to any other place. I recommend Wyeth Meadows anytime someone mentions needing someone to watch their dog and I could not have better things to say about them!
I have known Susan and Donna for over thirty years. They are caring, kind, loving, and generous people. They take pride in their business and have always treated their employees and dogs like family. I highly recommend Wyeth Meadows Doggy Inn to everyone I know because when your dog stays there they have the best time. I have witnessed dogs coming and going and they are always so happy to be there that when it’s time to go home they don’t want to leave.
When I go on vacation, so does my dog at Wyeth Meadows. The owners and staff are very caring folks who cater to each and every dog's needs from "me" time to play time to nutrition to medication. My dog is happy at Wyeth Meadows as evidenced by the fact that we visit Wyeth Meadows every couple of weeks so he can play with his doggy friends and see the owners, Susan and Donna, and their staff. I found peace of mind when I found Wyeth Meadows which has allowed me to travel up to 80 days, knowing that my dog is so very well cared for. Now I cannot imagine leaving my dog for even a couple of days anywhere but at Wyeth Meadows!! Susan and Donna are family friends whom I have known for my whole life. When I was younger I was ecstatic whenever I could go work for them in the summer time. They are generous, humble, kind, and compassionate women. From personal experience, I have helped and witnessed them treat every dog like 5-star hotel guests.
We love Wyeth meadows and so does our dog! We feel completely comfortable leaving him here. Donna and Susan are wonderful. Highly recommend!
Worst experience I have ever encountered. I called inquiring about boarding my 2 dogs the night of my wedding and after calling for the 3rd time finally spoke to the most condescending person I have ever met. I understand wanting a meet n greet, but when I ask if a doggy daycare referral would suffice I get "'we are a high class facility and we don't accept clients who might upset the apple cart''. This comment of course is made after I'm asked the breed of my dogs. God forbid I have a pittie mix. I am also referred to as "'the woman who waited til the last minute to find boarding"'. Based on my PHONE experience, I would not want my pets to stay here anyway. I prefer to spend my money and entrust my fur babies to those that actually care about my pets.
I work part time as the handyman fixing things that break so the dogs stay safe the owners are wonderful fair and kind as well caring and have a deep love for all the dogs that stay with them! They live and love this business!
