First would like to thank Martin and Marissa for an amazing job while watching my puppy over the week ! Had a business trip last minute I had to go on and with none of my family being able to watch my puppy I decided to try out Joyful Jitters. From the moment I first spoke to someone on the phone to the day I picked him up, I've never felt more comfortable and safe leaving my sweet Dobby dog with at a doggie hotel! The love they have for pets is so real and present. Dobby came home happy, bathed, and full of energy! I highly recommend our new family at Dog Days Inn! And they gave him a distinguished bow tie!!

I took my Golden Doodle for grooming at Dogs Day Inn. Jess, his groomer, is simply amazing at her job. I really didn't appreciate how talented she is until I had another groomer cut him a few months ago. Her attention to detail, technique, and ability to shape my Doodle's hair is what sets her apart from the rest. If you want a professional cut for your Doodle, call dogs day inn and schedule and appointment with Jess. I promise you will not take your dog anywhere else after you experience her expertise.

Dogs Day Inn is the only place I trust for my dog! While they may not be the newest facility around, the staff's warmth and friendliness more than make up for it. My dog absolutely loves it here and is always happy when I pick her up. At some of the newer places, my dog has come home scared and anxious, but at Dogs Day Inn, she never wants to leave! The care and attention they provide are top-notch, and I know my dog feels safe and loved every time she’s there. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be treated like family, this is it. I can't recommend them enough!

My dog absolutely loves this place. We had tried multiple other places (for boarding) and I had found that he was incredibly anxious entering and leaving all of those other places. But with Dogs Day Inn I found that Archie has been repeatedly excited to enter and is always happy and not at all anxious when he leaves. It appears that they pay close attention to each dog, and give them love and care while their owners are away! Couldn't recommend it more.

Staff was amazing and fit my Butter in last minute. They are very professional and efficient!

We always board our two dogs here. They come home happy and tired from all the fun. It's the staff that keeps us coming back. The facility is not the newest or best appointed facility in town, but the people make the difference for us.

All of the workers are very kind and seem like they know all the dogs by names❣️😊 The groomer is one of the best! Definitely stop by and see for yourself! They are very clean and offer special made treats for your furry babies as well! 🥰 …

Great family oriented services. My babies get boarded and groomed here. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and I’d dare not dream about taking them anywhere else. My dogs (Dutch Shepherd and a Yorkie) start turning in circles and whining as soon as we pull into the parking lot because of their excitement to go in! I have to tell them to stop it because it’s so annoying 🙄. It was so bad one day I had to call the owner because I was so tickled at their behavior. It’s like instant gratification for them and they know exactly where they’re at. I have recommended this place since I found it back when Paige was the owner, and now that her daughter Kris has taken over I still have the same stance! There’s no place better that I’d trust with my babies. So much so that even my mom started boarding her babies here. Great job to the team! You’ve gained a loyal customer for as long as I’m in the area!!!!

It’s taken me a long time to get over the loss of my dog Marley. We had been taking our dog there for several years without a problem In April of 2023 we took Marley who was healthy, update on his vaccines and only 9 years old in for routine grooming and was called an hour later with the shocking and devastating news that our dog was DEAD!!!… We haven’t heard from them since that day!! No phone calls to see how we were doing! No sympathy card! Nothing!!!!!! GOING FORWARD I WILL NEVER TRUST MY DOG IN THIS FACILITY AGAIN!!!

Haley is the absolute best pet sitter that we could ask for! She genuinely cares for our dogs, even despite their barky nature. We have used Haley on multiple occasions and I have such peace of mind for our dogs when they are in her care. Every time we come home we can tell that the dogs were well loved and our house is in great condition. Haley is quick to respond to messages and communicates regularly. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is interested.

Haley is wonderful business owner and pet sitter. She is responsive, caring, and truly looks after your pets with the same attention and love that you would yourself. So many amazing things to say about Haley. We have used her twice for overnight stays with our 2 rescue dogs. First of all the communication before and during is effortless. She texts almost immediately if we have questions or if we are just checking in. Also, she is very prompt. If she says she will arrive at 3 pm she will be there. I was a little nervous using her the first time just because we had never left our pets with anyone other than family. We went away this past weekend overnight and she stayed with our pups and I had zero worries and knew that I could text or call at anytime. Both of our dogs love her and she always sends us adorable pictures. I would not use anyone else. We have several upcoming weekend getaways coming up in the Spring and we will definitely use Haley. We feel so blessed that we found someone that truly loves what she does and it shows!

Haley is a gem! She kept us updated on our pups' welfare and took great care of our home. She is very professional, thoughtful, and accommodating. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter!

Haley has cared for my dog Calvin for nearly four years now, and she is wonderful. He adores her and we think of her as part of the family. He has canine epilepsy, and though it has been well- controlled for a couple years now (fingers crossed), he has a somewhat complex food and medication regimen, but Haley is always on top of it and is more than capable of handling it. She has done both drop-in visits and overnight house/dog sitting for us, and she takes wonderful care of everything. She is a "natural" with animals and I absolutely recommend her.

I cannot say enough great things about this business! I reached out to Haley to check in on my cat while I was out of town, and I do not regret it one but. She responded to my inquiry very quickly and was easy to chat and schedule with- we even scheduled a meet and greet for her and my cat. She was thorough and thoughtful in asking questions- she even cleaned up when my cat dumped her litter box over, lol. Haley took great care of my cat and I will definitely choose All Animal Care and Pet Sitting the next time I go out of town.

Oh my gosh.....where do I even start on Haley?! Is there a way to leave more than 5 stars? Let me start by saying I was impressed when she didn't run off after meeting with me.....I think I may be one of the worst helicopter fur-moms and the pickiest about my animals care, in the world. That being said, it is hard for me to even explain how grateful we are to have found her and have her in ours/our animals lives! She is so knowledgeable and understanding, and goes above and beyond every single time. Our animals, who sometimes take a while to come around, took to her instantly and are familiar with her face now and look forward to when they get to see her. I think when we came back from a trip, they were more sad that she had left. She remembers every little detail and for someone that gets so beyond stressed leaving their animals, that is so, so helpful! She checks in on our animals (one of them has some life threatening health issues) when she doesn't have to, and knows the way we want everything, every time. I used to not be able to leave without writing a book of instructions and being panicked the entire time I was away...and even with all the things our animals require and everything she has to remember, she still finds time to send pictures, give additional updates and go the extra mile for us and our pets without us even asking. I cannot explain the gift this girl has for this or put into words how much I recommend her. She has been a blessing to us and we are so thankful for her every time. If you want the best care for your animals, and I mean the best, do not consider anyone but Haley!

Adopted a farm hound dog and brought him to the city... Diamond Doghouse is the BEST decision I have made to help him get energy out. His new favorite word is "daycare"! XD Jodi, Bob, and the whole team know all the dogs. Visiting vet helps get bordatella and all the needed shots done at daycare.

This team is simply the best! Nacho loves it here and they always give him tons of love and attention. You can tell he knows the car ride there and gets more excited as we get closer to the Diamond. Love it!

My dog absolutely loves it here- he practically busts the door down with his head to get in during drop off. He started here as a puppy and then again after he was fixed, and we’ve never had any concerns. it’s been great for him- and for me for longer days in the office. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Diamond doghouse is the best! They are so caring and wonderful for our pup. She’s always excited to go to daycare, and they make boarding a breeze, as well!

Barron loves the Diamond Doghouse! Dodie and Sarah are absolutely phenomenal. We have been to all rest and this is the best daycare and boarding. The team is attentive to each dog’s unique needs. We love the Diamond Doghouse.

Was denied over the phone because my dog is a pit mix. My dog is 35 lbs has never shown signs of aggression and is beyond sweet and gentle with other dogs and people. The site said they do in-person evaluations. That’s when they should determine if the dog is a fit or not. Extremely disappointed.

We’ve been taking our dogs here for 6 years for both daycare and boarding. We’ve been to other places and watched our dogs try to drag us back to the car. But here, they sprint to the door. One of our dogs has epilepsy and we feel so good about leaving her here. They are taken care of and loved on and we couldn’t be happier. Also you can’t beat their prices. I am getting ready to have our first baby and even though I’m due around Thanksgiving (which is a time when boarding reservations are a MUST - which I clearly can’t make because I don’t know when I’ll go into labor) they have been so accommodating, telling me not to worry and there will be space for my pups whenever it is that they come in. I am truly grateful for this place.

I love this place. I take my dog every Friday to play with the other dogs and would recommend Diamond Doghouse to anyone (and have) with a dog! Prior to here, I tried two others and neither of those would let me see the facilities and one even had lost my business due to negligence claims and pet deaths. When I started at Diamond Doghouse, there was a break-in period that showed the staff how my dog acts with others. This helped them determine the best grouping to keep her happy. In all the time I have been a customer, my dog has been in one scrap that I know of. I also know my dog, while a small one, can be very rough at times. The rates are very reasonable and the location is perfect for anyone in the city who needs to drop off and jump on the highway. You cant say the staff doesn't care either: Recently they petitioned to reduce the amount of firework activity at the Diamond, with all of their boarders in mind! Finally, there are soft surfaces, via grass carpet for the dogs to be on, not just concrete (which is mostly smooth and sealed). My dog loves everything about this place, from the drive there to the drive back. I highly recommend.
