Cat Sitters in Chambly

It was going to be a long sit - almost 40 days - and I had never left Nadim for that long. Also, I felt that a couple would be able to manage better with mutual support in a lovely yet small town in Andalucia, Spain. The moment Edith and Richard from Montreal and I met in a video interview, I knew right away they were the ones who would be the best caretakers of my best feline friend and my new apartment. It was in the cards - I got a four-card straight - in aces! Communication was effortless and something I looked forward to. I checked in a few times during the first week to make sure they had everything they needed, and they sent an occasional milestone photograph or video. For example, the day Richard was able to gently brush Nadim without a scratch or hiss - just purrfect contentment! The apartment was spotless when I came back, and they had checked with me the day before if I'd like to have some light supper on the evening I got back. Richard made a beautiful Thai-style coconut soup with fresh cuttle fish and vegetables. Edith had gathered some beautiful wildflowers on their final hike and had them displayed in the kitchen. A new toilet seat had arrived and Richard installed it perfectly. Having agreed to spend one extra night allowed us to visit, get to know each other, and enjoy each other's company. That was probably the highlight of the experience for me - getting to meet these wonderful Canadians with whom I shared more than a few sensibilities spanning economics, politics and music! Book them in advance because they will be in high demand after their relatively recent entrance into Trusted Housesiiters. Thanks so much, Edith and Richard, for taking such good care of Nadim, and for following your hunches, instincts and interests by enjoying Lanjarón and its environs. Know that you'll always have an open invitation to visit, whether to house sit or just relax!

Isabelle took great care of my dog. She treated my dog as her as her own and was patient with her reactivity to other dogs. The home was very well taken care of.

Brian was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He exudes professionalism with kindness and care. He honestly takes every aspect into consideration when looking after one's house and pet. This made us feel relaxed and calm during our long term getaway to a country far from home. Brian is self-sufficient but also conscious of asking for additional information if needed. He genuinely goes the extra mile to seek information (in pur case which dustbin day was our certain dustbin) before contacting me. When I needed service people to come onto the property he was always available and made it feel like these things were not a bother. Storm honestly looked as if she was smiling in the one photo he had sent, which made my husband and I so happy. The regular updates were perfectly timed and Storm really looked healthy and beyond happy when we returned. She didn't display any stress on our return but made us feel like she wanted a few more days with Brian 😉 Brian left our house in an immaculate condition. I will honestly be asking Brian to return when possible as he made this stay an absolute pleasure. No thank you're would be enough for how great he was.

Liza was an amazing house sitter and dog watcher! She was very communicative about her travel plans and about any questions she had about my stay or my dog before and after her sit. She was great about sending lots of photos of my dog throughout her stay, which was very much appreciated, and she even took him on a hike which was great! She left the house exactly as I left it, and she was very trustworthy with my home, dog, and things. I would absolutely recommend Liza to any other lister!

It was a pleasure meeting Christine and Jean-Phillipe. They stayed in my home for 10 days to care for my fur family. They kept the house tidy, communicated well, and were very friendly. It was wonderful to come home to a clean house after traveling. They were reliable and mature, especially during a sensitive incident with one of my pets. This was the second time Camille was sitting for us and we had again a great experience with her ! We had great communication with her, our cats seemed to love her and she left our place spotless. We highly recommend Camille as a pet sitter.

Marie & Eric were a real pleasure to have sit for my 2 cats. They communicated ahead of the sit to ensure all the details were understood, were self-sufficient during the sit, yet returned communications immediately upon checking in. They were able to take care of medications for my anxious girl, and really were gentle and understanding with the kitties. My home looked even nicer upon my return, and I appreciated all of the care they took to maintain the space. I highly recommend them for pet-sitting!

I wish there was a GOLD star I could leave, something that indicates your sitter was a step up from five star! Truly everything about Julie was wonderful. I felt she looked after Rufus, my dog, the house and my plants, inside and outside in the garden, as though they were her own. She had a very special quality about her which enabled me to leave with complete confidence that my beloved dog and home would be so well cared for and it was. Meeting Julie made me aware that the whole zeewoi experience was so much more than just finding someone to be there whilst you are away. You meet wonderful people also and feel so happy that they are in your life, even just for a short time. Thank you Julie for being you and bringing your special qualities to you sit.

Pauline and JB were very accommodating, pleasant, keen, and took very good care of Nelly and the house. All was left as it was found and Nelly was relaxed and obviously well walked and cared for. We will definitely invite them to sit again!!!

Lis was very kind, considerate and respectful of our requests for watching our cat Mona and taking care of our home. Her 2 daughters are lovely young women. Unfortunately our cat, being an indoor/outdoor cat and very skittish of people, did not have much interaction with Lis and her daughters. Lis kept me informed that Mona was around the house and would come in to eat. I was very appreciative of receiving video and pictures of Mona. Lis left our home very clean and ready for us to walk in, unpack and enjoy our home and cat. We really cannot say enough good things about Liz and her daughters.

A lovely couple and wonderful house sitters who looked after our dogs and house for over 2 weeks. Would highly recommend Cecilia & Matt, 5 stars in all areas !

I can't write a good enough review for Tara and her husband. My pets were super happy, we got daily updates and photo's, they were extremely fast at responding and very easy-going. We had a piece of furniture break in our absence and Tara was extremely understanding and helpful with arranging someone to come by and fix it. I can tell that they really took the time to play with my kitties and keep them feeling loved. The icing on the cake was coming home to a spotless house and one that was in better shape than when we left it. I would DEFINITELY recommend Tara and her husband to anyone! Thank you guys SO much!
