I approached Anita to look after her lovely cat. I had a very good feeling about applying and trusted my intuition and had one of my best housesits ever. I wanted to take on a bit more responsibility and Anita was excellent about explaining what was required. Anita has a really cool mature cat who is so laid back with a beautiful temperament, no trouble whatsoever. Found would sit on my back in the evenings and sit on my chest in the morning if I wasn't out of bed by 8am. We became good friends very quickly. Anita has a really nice apartment in a quiet secure neighbour close to the all the best things Munich has to offer. Munich is a fantastic city. If your thinking of applying please do you won't regret it. It was a rewarding experience. Six stars. Thanks Anita for the opportunity. I'll keep in touch.
We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in the Gangelt area. Kris and John are perfect hosts and the accommodation was excellent. Gucci and Xana were lovely friendly dogs and we enjoyed are daily walks down the farm lanes in the area. It was a pleasure looking after them. Hope to return one day.
Jazzy and Kaia are a gem. They are both such loving beings. I absolutely fell in love with Kaia and after the initial time to get used to each other we got along really well and she followed me around like a shadow, loved to play and cuddle. She loves any kind of walks and swims and stays nice and close. Sometimes she can get anxious around some people and dogs but calms down fast. Jazzy was super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The house is beautiful in a peaceful area surrounded by forests and all the beaches and waterfalls you can imagine a short drive away.
I had a great time taking care of Gertrude & Figaro!! Both animals were very well-behaved, friendly and. playful. Home was clean and organized and as described. Great neighborhood & very convenient to St Augustine. Allison was a great communicator and gave thorough instructions. Highly recommend and would happily sit for this family again!
What a wonderful sit! Shiloh is the sweetest dog we've ever met! Calm and full of love. Deborah is kind, peaceful, and her spirit is beautifully reflected in the property. Caring for the chickens, collecting and enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast was an absolute treat. This sit felt like a retreat and we'd be happy to come back anytime!
We watched Xhiggy and a friend’s dog for 10 days. Xhiggy is a friendly, easy going pup who loves treats and having his belly rubbed. He’ll curl up at the base of your bed and will wait until you get up for his walk in the morning. The streets of San Francisco were perfect for giving them (and us) a good work-out, and there are nearby dog-parks and a lake. The house was beautiful. They have a backyard for the dog and a full kitchen with a top-notch cappuccino maker. There is a nearby Whole Foods and a BART stop less than a mile away. We loved hanging out and watching Xhiggy and his friend Brie. We would be happy to sit for them again and would recommend this sit to others.
