Wendy did a great job caring for Sunny and my home. She was able to arrive the day before my early departure so get the keys and learn where everything was located, which was helpful so my friend and I could get on the road early. Throughout the stay I was able to connect with Wendy for updates on how the stay was going and that Sunny had quickly accepted her into his inner circle. When my plans changed and my trip was extended by a day, I let Wendy know I would have someone cover that last day and did not expect her to change her plans but she responded that she would be pleased to stay the extra day, and arrangements were made for a friend to pick up the house keys on the morning of her departure so she could get on the road for her return trip and not wait for me to return. I returned to find a clean and tidy home, and a happy and content pet. I would not hesitate to invite Wendy to house sit for Sunny again
Maxine and Paul were fabulous house sitters. Our dogs could not have been more loved and looked after. Maxine was excellent at communicating both before and after their sit. Our other animals were cared for meticulously. Maxine and Paul could not have been better house and dog sitters and I would 100% recommend them.
There's a reason why I keep welcoming Carole and Ron to my home every year -- they are like family. Conscientious, tidy, cat-🐈⬛ lovers, and pleasant to a fault. They even reorganized my kitchen shelves! Who does that? They do. Five stars (again).
I had such a nice stay with Ruby and was so sad to leave her. She is an excellent companion pup who will follow you around the house and cuddle up wherever you are. Ruby and I enjoyed many walks to parks and woods around north London. Ruby is very well behaved off lead in the woods, but can't resist the temptation of picnics in the park so best to keep her on lead there. She was constantly sniffing for food on our walks and would occasionally find something to eat, but otherwise is an excellent walker. She is very well behaved and rarely barks, but will on occasion have a bit of a barking fit. Simon and Lara have a beautiful home in East Finchley near well connected buses and the Northern Line. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with many cafes and restaurants. The photos of the home were different than where they live now, which is a spacious home with a garden. I didn't know prior to the sit, but I was placed in one of the kids room, which was spacious but I did need to clear the side table and closet to make room for my things; same for the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and they have coffee and tea. I really enjoyed my time with Ruby and absolutely recommend this sit.
