Mary Jo & Rodger
Totally awesome is the best way I can describe Mary Jo and Rodger!!! They are the perfect hosts! Kind, considerate, organized, gracious, generous and lots of fun!!! Their home is a delight! Immaculate, quiet, warm, friendly and very comfortable with one of the most amazing views of a gorgeous lake and fountain and miles and miles of wild nature preserve. Many times I really felt like I was on a stunning remote tropical island. In fact, it is also just a short walk down the street to Bunche Beach, a somewhat rustic, historic and lovely secluded beach where you almost feel as though you were transported back in time.

Their two beautiful cats Smudge and Alice are super sweet, very curious, and truly enjoy their long naps on the sunny lanai. Plus, with their impressive set up of a feeder, a circulating "running water stand, and their super hi-tech “Litter Robot”, caring for their basic needs was an effortless pleasure. Both kitties are somewhat independent, but you know when they jump up to sleep at the foot of your bed that you are now their close cuddle friends. Yay!!!

Thank you Mary Jo and Rodger for the most wonderful time getting to know you both and exploring Sanibel Island, right over the bridge from your beautiful home. It was just delightful!! I would recommend this sit at the highest level to everyone, especially if you would like a nice quiet and picturesque tropical getaway only feet from some of the most incredible aspects of nature the sunny west coast of Florida has to offer. Stay well my new friends! I hope to see you again soon!

Julie & Fred
We loved housesitting for Julie and Fred. Their cats, Boris & Natasha, are beautiful and very sweet once they warm up to you. They spent most of their daytime hours lounging, and as long as they weren't hiding under the bed, they welcomed our affection. Boris got especially affectionate the last few days we were there. They really love getting their chins and behind their ears scratched

Aga was a very kind and welcoming host. Her apartment was spacious, very clean and had a lovely view. Her two cats were a pleasure to look after. They became comfortable with me quite quickly, and always followed me around for a cuddle.

Penny
I had a great time staying at Pennys home. It is a lovely place, very calm and with beautiful architecture.
Kaya is an incredibly intelligent dog, very communicative and attentive. She will talk to you with her facial expressions and body language, she wants to play and be challenged!
The cats are super autonomous, want to be fed and cuddled - well, Blossom wants to be cuddled. Blossom and Kaya snuggled up to me in bed which was just so cute. The other cats mostly do their own thing.
Kaya is a busy dog! She has places to sniff. Be prepared that she does need her time on a walk to sniff every edge that has the newest info about the local dog community.

Chloe and Coco were a delight to sit, affectionate and super intelligent, a great time was had by all. The goats and robin the sheep were easy to care for and enjoyed affection and play too. The house is set in beautiful countryside with a handy walk to an amazing woodland cafe. Lovely clean tidy home and comfortable bed. I couldn’t have wished for more, highly recommended.

Alana
I had such a wonderful time sitting for Alana and her family! She was very communicative, which I appreciated because I am new to housesitting! Her welcome guide was top notch-she was very detailed in her instructions on how to care for Ada and Benji, as well as so many recommendations for the area!

Her home is in the cutest small town and had several hidden gems! I really loved Commerce Street Creamery Cafe Bistro and would recommend checking it out if you have a stay here! St. Michaels/ Easton is also not too far and beautiful to spend the day at! The home itself has a lovely sunroom area I spent a lot of time in and has ample space to work from home for business travelers like myself.

I would absolutely recommend sitting for Alana and her family if you have the chance!
