I absolutely loved this pet sit! Karen and Hugh are very kind, welcoming and easy to communicate with. Their home is clean, comfortable and beautiful! Within walking distance to everything you may need and with beautiful views of the lake. Bea was of course the best part! Such a little sweetie. She was easy to care for and let’s you know when she’s hungry. She is a bottomless pit! She warmed up to me right away and was my little cuddly shadow by the end of the sit. I would recommend this sit to anyone and hope to return sometime.
We had such a wonderful time looking after this beautiful house whilst Georgie and Mike were away. They welcomed us with brilliant hospitality and it instantly felt like home, which we were lucky enough to enjoy for a few weeks over Christmas. The dogs became our instant companions for daily walks, and feeding the alpacas was a highlight whilst enjoying the beautiful natural surrounds and historic farmhouse. A truly magical stay and we hope to return again soon - thank you!
Kali and Loki are very sweet and friendly cats – I really enjoyed my time with these 2 cuddlers 😊 Mary-Louise is a great house owner – she’s very responsive and answers all my questions. I also loved her detailed “My Welcome Guide” 😉 She and her partner prepared the apartment for my stay – I had a desk to work at. Staying at their place was a real pleasure!
I loved staying with both Indie and Loki, they are a perfect balance of fun and loving. Indie is like a little princess who so sweet and cute but sassy too, is so adorable. She might not play catch but makes sure she gets her ball in a real princess style. Loki has so much excitement and energy, wants to be with you and follow like your partner in crime and absolutely loves playing catch with ball. They both like to play and tease eachother with the balls is so funny and cute. Such a nice home to stay and Ilenka was friendly and caring and a pleasure to meet and talk to.
I had a lovely relationship with Wendy and the dogs, Bella and Daisy. I sat for them quite regularly during my time in Malta. Wendy was generous and kind, and I adored looking after Bella and Daisy. Bella was high energy and pulled on the lead, so you do need to be strong and physically fit to walk her twice a day, although she could be off the lead in the reserve. The reserve near Wendy's place are stunning, and I loved being out in this part of nature. It's a great location in Mellieha.
We had a blast sitting for Ranger and the chickens! The pool house was clean and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing week! Clear directions and expectations were provided. Cynthia was welcoming and genuine. It was a family friendly oasis in the lovely city of Austin.
