Jennie was a great sitter. She communicated well before she arrived and I felt that our cat would be in very safe hands with her, and of course she was. During the week we were away, Jennie sent us photos of Sooty who was well-looked after. The house was clean and tidy when we returned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jennie as a house sitter.
Sylvie and Ray spent 4 weeks caring for our senior Oscar kitty and our house. They stayed in contact during the time away and sent updates and pictures of Oscar. The house was very tidy when we returned. They made sure that my kitchen was especially clean as I can’t eat gluten and they were extremely respectful of that. Oscar was content and relaxed and showed Absolutely no sign of stress at all. We were more than happy about Sylvie and Ray caring for our cat and our house

I odopted my dogo from there and he is my all! She take really good care of the dogs. Before I took him home to see how he liked my home, she went on a walk with him and me to get used to me and show him around me and to let me know of his habits or what he likes and everything!!! She was open with him and made sure he was calm and enjoyed the time he was with me. He absolutely loved being with me and nows he's my all sweet heart. I love my baby boy. They make sure every dog feels safe and is always fed properly and taken out at very reasonable times with the dogs they get along with the most. I would love to bring my dog by 😊 I got him at close to 9 months he's 1 1/2 now and very happy.

Awesome place and very friendly staff! We were having trouble finding places to board during a last minute trip during the holidays and they were able to get us in. Very clean kennels with plenty of room. Made us feel very comfortable to leave our dogs there for a week.
We've boarded our labrador here quite a few times without any problems. Prices are reasonable and I feel good about the owner and the facilities. She knows our dog by name and I like that!
We adopted a Shih Tzu from the Heber pound 2 years ago and Tee J's gave our little dog a discount on her 1st hair cut and grooming. Our dog is very skittish and scares easily. We found Tee J's always spends the extra time to groom her some times taking all day. They have also been awesome allowing me to drop her off a little early before I leave to work so I am not late. Thank you!!! We also love the little bow's they put on her ears.
I have never met anyone so unprofessional and rude. I'm surprised people take their dogs to be groomed by her. I met with her for all of 10 minutes and I couldn't believe how awful she was. If she treats people that poorly in such a short amount of time, I can't imagine how she treats the dogs when she's in a hurry and busy.
Mrs. Elbaba I am the person your met that morning and I feel like this is not a very fair review. You never know what that person situation is yes we were very busy at that time we have our boarding and grooming dogs dropped off, also I volunteer to microchip and vaccinate for the local Rescues and they were also here waiting for this in all fairness You had not called a head and made an appointment with me or I could of made time for you, I was also notified that morning right before you had showed up that one of my children had been in a car accident and I was trying to get info. On their condition. And for you to assume that I would harm anyone’s pet that is a pretty low blow, I apoligize that you did not get the attention that you needed, I have been in business for 18 years and care deeply for all my clients dogs.
She's always busy you need to make an appointment and I always forget to make one when I'm there so then I have to wait that's on me does a great job with our Yorkie she is very personable with the dogs and I always feel like our dogs in good hands when she's there I never worry and her prices are great

My biggest problem with bathing my dogs at home is that they never stay still and scurry all over the place. But here? There is a leash in the tubs that keeps the dogs in place! So cleaning my dogs takes MUCH less longer than it ever needed to be. They have combs, brushes, blow dryers, everything it would take to make sure your dogs is nice and tidy! I don't remember if they have snacks or treats for the dogs, but if they do, this place is just perfect for giving your fur baby a good bath after a long day of walking and playing!
I had my dog go get a hair cut today they told me they would take extra care of her cause she is pregnant. My son went to pick her up and she had a big cut on her ear and you can see her skin. The groomer had a terrible attitude when we called to tell her what happened. All she had to say was that that’s part of their job. My dog has experienced many years of hair cuts and she never once came back with a cut or any damage on her. She always came back happy and excited and this time it was different she was scared and nervous.
I couldn't remember where my grooming appointment was and called these people since they came up first on google. They asked me some questions about who I made the appointment with and they were able to identify the groomer and point me in the right direction, rather than try to "pirate" the appointment. Super cool of them to want to help someone who wouldn't even be bringing their dog in. Super cool people for doing that and makes me want to pay them a visit!
Excellent place to bring your fur baby for a groom. Megan did fantastic job on our cat, Atticus. She was so kind, caring and very patient with Addy. We’ll definitely be back with our other fur babies.
My dogs love Heather! I have a very sassy shitsu and a lab with hip problems and no patience. Neither of my dogs don't show any signs of anxiety when I drop them off and they both come home happy too!

I can't say enough good things about Fetch and the people that work there! My dog is very nervous when anyone comes to our house, so it can be tough for them to pick him up if we're not home. The Fetch staff are always patient and communicative, and go to great lengths to make sure he safely arrives at Fetch, and he loves it there! So appreciate this local business.
I can't say enough good things about Fetch and all of the staff. Truly a special place, there is no where else like it. My puppy loves going and has learned so much about getting along with other dogs. The staff is always positive and friendly, its a pleasure for the humans too!

My wife and I got married in Utah in September and wanted to incorporate our dog somehow into the ceremony. Tony came to the rescue and allowed us to have that very special to share with everyone, and then some! He was punctual, boarded our dog the night before and even gave him a bath to make him look extra spiffy for the big day. Best part, Tony blended in so well that everyone thought he was a wedding guest! Highly recommend for wedding services or even boarding!

We had the most incredible experience with Fetch!!! We have two HIGH energy boxer dogs and the entire staff went above and beyond! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made our dogs feel part of the family from the moment we arrived! We’re so thankful knowing our two dogs were in such a loving and supportive environment! SO grateful we found such an incredible place for them!! After their stay at Fetch, nothing will compare and pretty sure they both would agree! HIGHLY recommend 10/10! The very BEST!!!

I cannot express how amazing Puppy Palace is! Amy is a MIRACLE WORKER! We have a beautiful little Malti-Poo that had a really bad experience at a groomer before we adopted him that traumatized him to the point that he would go PSYCHO if anyone tried to groom him!! He had to be sedated by the vet and buzzed as an only option remaining. Amy told us to bring him in and despite all our warnings and concerns she quickly and expertly calmed the dog and us!! 🤣 She has been working with him regularly and we have seen a night and day difference, his whole demeanor has relaxed even when he’s just at home relaxing. He is quieter, more patient with the kids and more gentle. He’s always been a great dog but thanks to Amy he’s now a perfect dog!! (Well almost!). We can’t recommend Puppy Palace enough, they love the animals they work with and it shows in the results!! 🙌👍🐶
I was excited to hear about a new groomer in town as we desperately need one here in the valley. Booked an appointment online which was very easy and convenient as you can browse the days and times available. Walked into the store and was greeted immediately with friendly smiles by the staff. After checking in my 14 year old Shih Tzu, Lulu, I met with the groomer herself. She asked how I like her hair cut and any other specifics they needed to know. Lulu is 14 so she has some older dog issues like hearing loss, moles and isn't so spry anymore but they did not bat an eye at those issues. The groomer scooped Lulu up and her tail was wagging shortly after being in the groomers arms. It was nice to know that she was cared for. Upon pick up I was asked if there was anything that I wanted "changed" or if she looked good. Not only did she look great, but she smelled good too. Couldn't beat the price for the services and customer service. Give them a try, I think that you will enjoy the service and your dog will too!
This is the cutest little place! I took my 8 yo dog in for her first ever groom (I’ve always bathed her myself but now I have a toddler, iykyk) and they took such great care of her. She looks amazing and they didn’t exactly what I asked of them! Great customer service! My girl will be back!
