Laura
Laura’s home was cozy, lovely, and felt like home. Her cat, Pep, was a love bug and has a fantastic personality. She’s adventurous and loving all at once, and curls under the covers to sleep with you! Laura was really helpful when a pipe burst after a sudden freeze, and was really communicative the whole visit. I would love to come back and would recommend it to anyone!

Sitting Chet and Pipi was a great experience. The cats are easy going and full of personality. Chet Baker is such a sleepyhead, but very sweet. If he is not asking you to pet him, he'll probably be relaxing on his bed. Pipistrella, on the other hand, is lively, curious and an accomplished climber: when you can't find her, try looking up. Their routine is straightforward and you won't lose their feeding time (they will wake you up if you oversleep). Chet needs daily medicine but it was no trouble and Larissa even found new alternatives that he'll eat like snacks, so you'll probably have an even easier time.
The house is very cozy and comfortable, we had our own private space (bedroom and bathroom) and were free to use the house. It has great, modern appliances and everything you may need. The building is very well located, one block from Ipanema beach, a walking distance from Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, very close to the subway, supermarkets and all the best restaurants. You definitely can't ask for a better region. The area also has a very good bike sharing service that you can use to move around easily.
Larissa was friendly from the get go. She has a great energy that perfectly matches the neighborhood. She was also very thoughtful, giving us two sets of keys and two cards that we could use in the bike sharing service for free(!!!). We had clear instructions for all the care the pets needed and she was super responsive throughout the period we stayed in her house.

JANE
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the wonderful Bish in Jane's comfy Craftsman. Communication was excellent: In addition to a Welcome Guide, Jane sent several helpful (and entertaining!) WhatsApp videos detailing Bish's routine and various features of the house. (I took full advantage of the hot tub in the back garden--complete with fairy lights!--and the gas fireplace on chilly mornings.) She was also very responsive when I had a couple minor questions. As for Bish, I can't say enough good things. Not only is he super-easy to take care of (no litter box, automatic cat door), but he is just the sweetest, most loving cat out there. I could spend hours cataloging all the cute things he does...but I'll just say I miss him enormously! Thank you, Jane, for welcoming me into your home and entrusting me with the Bish!

If you’re looking for a sit in Dallas, this is the one! Aubrey was so kind and her place is just beautiful. Very easy parking and great location to get wherever you need. Buzz is such a wonderful old man - he is talkative but everything he meows about has a meaning! He loves to be held, cuddled up to me each night, and is just one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever met.

Overall, this was a wonderful sit! The house is lovely and in a beautiful setting. Roscoe is incredibly friendly and very fun to spend time with. The kitties were very sweet and warmed up to me and my partner. Nick and Kristen were very welcoming and I would recommend this sit to anyone who has the chance to come here!
