Abi was a perfect house sitter when we went on holiday for four nights. She arrived in good time to go through all the instructions and took everything on board. I felt entirely confident leaving her to look after everything. She is a very personable character- friendly and professional too. She looked after our menagerie beautifully, kept us up to date with regular messages and left the house in an immaculate state. She even left a cottage pie in the fridge ready for us on our return which was delicious. Thank you so much.

Casper and Milo say: "Our Uncle Mike was the best! He took us on massive walks in forests, parks, beaches, everywhere. We are a bit of a handful on walks to be honest, but Uncle Mike took both of us together no problem and it was so much fun. Later each day we snuggled up on the sofa. He is really good at belly rubs. He got to know us really well and was great at mealtimes and bedtime routine. Our mums said that they could see from the pics he sent them that we were super happy and contented. It was nice to see our mums when they got back and all, but actually we were pretty devastated when Uncle Mike left. It took us a few days to get over missing him. Oh yeah, and our mums told us he was excellent at the boring stuff as well like keeping the house clean and tidy - a bit of a challenge with us around. We really hope Uncle Mike can come to mind us again some time."

Matt is a fantastic sitter in every respect, he did a recce beforehand as he lives not far away and kept in constant touch. My return flight was delayed many hours and Matt just took it all in his stride and was prepared to change all his plans to help out. Ellie, my spaniel really liked him and looked after him well! I would recommend Matt to anyone without reservation.

Sarah was a rather fabulous pet sitter. She genuinely loved the animals and made Roo the dog in particular very happy. She took her on long varied walks, took time to get to know her and shared some of their adventures with me. She fussed over the Ragdoll cats and gave them a brush. On top of this she left the house clean and tidy, which is what you want when you come home tired from travelling. Everything was stress free, she took over the sit from friends of ours and did it with ease. We met when we got back and I found her friendly and engaging. I would welcome Sarah back next time we need a sitter. I can imagine she will be very popular but hopefully we shall get a slot. Thanks again Sarah.

Tal was absolutely wonderful! We were gone for a long time and had to split our trip between two sitters, of whom Tal was the first. He was very understanding of the whole situation. Not only did he hand over the keys to the person taking over after him, he also walked her through the apartment and showed her everything she needed to know. He took great care of the cats and remembered when to water the plants. I would definitely recommend Tal.

Our stay at Margo’s house was great. The place is very comfortable and really close to the beach. Paddy is a great dog, energetic and affectionate. He loves to run at the beach and is very educated. He has his routine for spending energy and Margo was very good at explaining everything, so everything went smoothly. We really enjoyed our time with Paddy and will miss him! We can definitely recommend.

Mozzi was a great company during my days in Amsterdam: she is playful and energetic when it is time to go out, it is necessary to know how to set limits and have strategies to manage her.

She needs to drain energy and she is communicative of her needs.

The house and its location are great!!

Kaz

We thoroughly enjoyed our time looking after Pippa and Stella. They were gentle, quiet and clean cats who were a little nervous around us at first. They liked to go into the garden during the day and curled up inside at night. After a day or two Pippa became much more friendly, coming to see us when we came home and a few times each day to check that we were there. Stella was the more adventurous of the two, but took longer to adjust to us. By the end of the week she was better.  Kaz had trained the cats very well and we never saw them jumping on the kitchen surfaces or scratching the furniture.

Kaz's home was most comfortable, quiet and spacious with beautiful views over the countryside. We found it easy to communicate with her both before and during the sit. She had even written little helpful notes around the place that we appreciated. 

We would highly recommend this housesit. We are still missing Kaz's two gorgeous cats.
